I kept thinking that maybe Dr Jim was having a bad day,... I was hoping that my next visit would be a much better experience. Sadly, each time I was there, He lacked professionalism beyond words. There were times that as I'm getting worked on, he had the dental assistant in tears. She "wasn't holding the tools right", or he snapped at her for not being fast enough, & there were times he grabbed her hand aggressively to put the tool where he wanted it. It was very awkward witnessing this as I'm laying back in the dentist chair, all of this going on above me just inches from my face. Not to mention, feeling embarrassed for the dental assistant. The work I had done also had me returning after my new crown fell off after only a few days. I finally changed dentists and am so glad I did! I know that the dental assistant no longer works there and I pray that she is working elsewhere, where she is being respected and appreciated! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

But being unsuspecting, I trusted Pruitt, so he put in three crowns he said I needed. Why oh why did I not question this? I guess I didn't go to the dentist as a detective!!! Most of my dental experiences have been "horrific" since early childhood. The morning of my oral surgery, a friend of mine prayed for me that the surgery was painless, the surgeon's hands were steady, and the recovery quick . The surgery was actually "painless" and the stitches were not felt while Dr. Buck placed them into the extracted area. Dr. Buck is AWESOME. His voice and mannerisms are caring, concerned, and reassuring. When I arrived home, I looked into the bag that his office had given me at "check-out" and to my surprise there was a pamphlet titled "A Letter to My Friends" which asked the reader to accept Christ as their Savior. After reading the pamphlet, I called my praying friend and told her about it. She said "That's Awesome, just think of the number of souls they reach each day." I know that The Lord led me to this office and I am very grateful. Dr. Buck and his staff are awesome from beginning until the end; they have welcoming spirits, warm smiles, and timely knowledge.

They also stated my husband came in late for an appointment which they have a 15 minute grace period he was 4 minutes late they tried to turn him away, they then stated that he missed several appointments which they charge for but he has a zero balance which clearly shows he hasn't been late. The service that has been shown to us is very appalling and it clearly shows discrimination. We are paying for a service, we are not asking for charity work and that's how we have been treated.

The dentist does not pay attention to your concerns and hurries you in and out. I believe this is a widespread issue in healthcare today. Consider visiting a non-corporate dentist. You will likely be more satisfied, as they genuinely care for their patients, unlike this facility. Last year, I had eight cavities filled by them, only to later see a new dentist who informed me that I had no cavities, and they had drilled into perfectly healthy teeth. I returned to discuss my TMJ issues, but she rushed me through the appointment. She mentioned sending me to physical therapy, but I expressed my preference for injections, to which she replied that she would refer me to a TMJ specialist. When I contacted them, I was told that Naos PT does not provide injections and does not accept my insurance, despite my dentist claiming otherwise. I have decided not to return to this place, and it frustrates me how little they seem to care.
