It was early this year after my husband had passed away. Being a woman, I know I hate the thought of shopping for a car or Truck for that matter selling one. So, I took His truck out for one last ride. I pass Jim's Auto Emporium as I go home so I thought I would just stop and talk to him about my husband truck. He told me he would sell it so I could look and try and find a small gas affiant car. He called me after a few weeks and told me the truck sold, and he had my money. He got a great price for me. As I looked in his lot my eye caught a little red Mazda 3 We took it for a ride, and I bought it on the spot. I have never been happier with a used car. Jim is an honest man to a Fault. Hé helped me with all the paperwork. I did just want people to know there are car dealers that are the best in Las Cruces, NM. So 3 years down the road and I had a leak under the front of Rudy. Took it to him and he told me that it was something that they were not able to fix there. He helped me find a place in Las Cruces that would fix it.Took it there and they got it fixed in 2 weeks. Price was OK. On the way home it was making a loud noise #@ right front wheel.I took it back the next morning and they told me what they thought was the problem and sent me a quote. (I guess I did not need my right arm or left leg.) On the way home I stopped @ Jim's and told him what was going on with other place .He said leave it here and I will check it out. About 5 hours later he called and said your car is ready.( Yes I picked myself off the floor.) He had the old parts and explained what had gone wrong. Jim fixed my car for 1/4 less than the other place.(So I keep my arm and leg). Maybe being the only place in town for Toyotas makes them indifferent in providing customer support. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I've encountered this type of "non-service" but thought it might have been an isolated incident so thought I'd give them another chance. When we arrived, they told us the truck had already been sold. No one called to let us know, which was frustrating considering the distance we drove. They then asked what we were looking for, and we found another truck that caught our interest -- but that one wasn't even on the lot either. We ended up looking at a similar one they did have and actually liked it enough to negotiate. Things became even more frustrating when we asked about working with USAA. We were told they don't work with them and only use their own banks. That didn't make sense, especially since my brother-in-law (who has experience as a sales and finance manager at multiple dealerships) was on the phone helping us. My husband even called USAA while we were there, and they were confused by the dealership's response, saying they can work with any dealership. When we went back inside, the salesperson changed their story and said they don't "directly" work with them, but we could still use a USAA auto loan. From the start, they said they were "only willing to move $400" on the price and kept saying they'd "meet in the middle," yet never actually adjusted the numbers. They also tried to pressure us by saying if we didn't buy it that day, the price would go up. After being there from 10:45 a.m. to 1:20 p.m., we were completely over it. The experience felt dishonest and like a waste of our time. We left without a truck and will not be going back. Save yourself the trip -- call ahead and make sure they "actually" have the vehicle you're coming to see.

We were honored to be the first buyer of a fully electric vehicle sold by the dealership. They helped us avoid having to buy our vehicle sight unseen and shipping it ourselves. They did the work for us and presented us with a beautiful used vehicle that has a new full factory warranty just as if we bought it new and at a GREAT PRICE! What nice people! Scott, who is a veteran by the way, and Chyna were delightful to deal with. This family-owned dealership does not carry any wrecked vehicles. They agreed to deliver the car with 4 new tires, after about 6 months my mechanic informed me they were dangerously bald and that they were not new, but in fact the original 2018 tires (I bought it in 2021). They lied about several other things including letting me drive 1 hour to see the car and when I got there they told me they couldn't get me keys to get in it or drive it. Every inch of this transaction was difficult, fully of lies, unreturned calls, and absolute ineptitude. I don't know why Honda would allow their name to be on this mess of a place. HORRIBLE!!

Off we go to the rest of the US of A with temp tag on the truck from New Mexico Fast forward, we get home (about 2 months later) and try to register the truck. Nope, because I didn't register in NC within 30 days, they assumed my insurance lapsed. (curious why at this point they were not notified). So call to the dealer, NC and NM DMVs and the lien holder. Seems the dealer didn't sent it over as they used a 3rd party and it finally made it through the system about 1 (2 months late) week ago. Dealer then says, "we did all we can do at this point" My assumption is it is all fixed now. Insurance thing fixed! Time for the tag, No Bueno! Title info has not gone to NC. Call to both the lien holder and the dealer. What do you know! The dealer made an error and is overnighting the fix. (didn't tell me what) and MAYBE just MAYBE! I can get my tag next week .... stay tuned.. (I am sure there is more to this story.) At this point, It's become a nightmare. (I am on temp tag 3) UPDATE 8/14 - Seems the lender had an issue with the title so now the dealer has to do something. Waiting to hear back about this CRAP now! Ok blood is starting to boil. Over 3 months.!!!!!!! I need resolution! UPDATE 8/18 - Sent this email to BRAVO and no response (didn't expect one - IDIOTS): Saul Tena, (hes a manager lol) Can we please resolve this finally? Next week will be my 4th TEMP tag! I have never EVER had a situation like this that has gone on for MONTHS! I just want my tag. Something dealers do every day. Also some sort of compensation for dealing with this for over 3 months! from the lender today: At this time, Mark, the original title has not yet been issued by the DMV. It can take up to 6 - 8 weeks -(REALLY!!!!!!) for the title to be issued. On the other hand, a note on the account shows that we sent a letter to your originating dealership to inquire if the title paperwork has been forwarded to the local DMV to complete the process of title perfection. In the meantime, kindly allow some time for the process to be completed. Almost 4 months and still no title at the lender. They never sent it until I started asking about it. Don't use them! This is exactly why I went to L&L, I had been looking for a new car long before my accident and had a great experience via phone call where I felt no pressure, was not harassed with a million calls after our conversation. It all went by so smoothly and you can just tell this family owned business puts honesty and integrity first, before money. I got a great deal on this car and it is in such great condition it feels new! They cleaned it up fresh for me when I showed interest in it and I wouldn't have wanted to do business with anyone else!! Javier and Aija were so sweet and great people I cannot thank them enough for being there for me without stalking me around their lot or bombarding me to make a decision.
