I arrived at 9:45 and Salesperson Elijah was busy so he pawn us off to another salesperson. He informed me that the truck was in Victoria Texas but they had other trucks if I was interested. I told him no and walked out. They could have told me that this specific truck was not there/fucken waste of time and energy! I hope I get this correct but here goes. I had to get another truck when in New Mexico. All good, great 2024 Chevy 2500 HD. Off we go to the rest of the US of A with temp tag on the truck from New Mexico Fast forward, we get home (about 2 months later) and try to register the truck. Nope, because I didn't register in NC within 30 days, they assumed my insurance lapsed. (curious why at this point they were not notified). So call to the dealer, NC and NM DMVs and the lien holder. Seems the dealer didn't sent it over as they used a 3rd party and it finally made it through the system about 1 (2 months late) week ago. Dealer then says, "we did all we can do at this point" My assumption is it is all fixed now. Insurance thing fixed! Time for the tag, No Bueno! Title info has not gone to NC. Call to both the lien holder and the dealer. What do you know! The dealer made an error and is overnighting the fix. (didn't tell me what) and MAYBE just MAYBE! I can get my tag next week .... stay tuned.. (I am sure there is more to this story.) At this point, It's become a nightmare. (I am on temp tag 3) UPDATE 8/14 - Seems the lender had an issue with the title so now the dealer has to do something. Waiting to hear back about this CRAP now! Ok blood is starting to boil. Over 3 months.!!!!!!! I need resolution! UPDATE 8/18 - Sent this email to BRAVO and no response (didn't expect one - IDIOTS): Saul Tena, (hes a manager lol) Can we please resolve this finally? Next week will be my 4th TEMP tag! I have never EVER had a situation like this that has gone on for MONTHS! I just want my tag. Something dealers do every day. Also some sort of compensation for dealing with this for over 3 months! from the lender today: At this time, Mark, the original title has not yet been issued by the DMV. It can take up to 6 - 8 weeks -(REALLY!!!!!!) for the title to be issued. On the other hand, a note on the account shows that we sent a letter to your originating dealership to inquire if the title paperwork has been forwarded to the local DMV to complete the process of title perfection. In the meantime, kindly allow some time for the process to be completed. Almost 4 months and still no title at the lender. They never sent it until I started asking about it. Don't use them! I had to schedule a service appointment. Once I arrived they then told me that it was not an appointment, I had just scheduled to drop off my car. Then they said I would have to leave it there for 4 to 5 days. I told them to just, actually, schedule an appointment. They said it's somehow impossible. Went to the parts department and ordered a part that was due in 3 days, I called after 5 days and was informed the part was there. I asked why I had not been contacted and was informed that they are busy. When I arrived to pick up the part and I again questioned them on poor customer service they then said it was a lack of training to the employees. Two star rating is deserved. read more

Buying my car was easy- the registration paperwork on the other hand has been a total disaster! They claim they support veterans and always looking out- Not quite, not only did they not process my registration until the mid May ( I had to keep calling to get an extension) they never filed the correct paperwork even after I have provided all the information 3 different times! I've gone in to speak to managers and they just blow it off because the sale has been made the hell with taking care of the customer/veteran. Don't be fooled by the smiles, they will not follow through in the promises or do the paperwork correctly, 6 months later, 8 emails, 5 in person visits to mangers and an email to GM and nothing has been done to correct the issue. Had my vehicle repaired from an accident and the experience was a nightmare. First, I was told it would take 1-2 weeks to get auto back and 6 weeks later I am still getting the run around. I physically went in to get answers and finally was told I could pick up my vehicle. Approximately 2-3 weeks after auto was received the panel above my tire completely fell off. When I called to report the man in charge of the fix told me they had to make sure I didn't have another accident that caused it to fall off, Ridiculous! A few days later I kept hearing a knocking noise, was told by same guy to take it back to Big O to see if they can check what they fixed. Got to Big O and the female manager disregarded me. She told me I'd have to come back the next day. It was only 3 pm and I told her I was certain they left my strut loose. I called the other Big O as I did not feel confident in the one on el paseo. They looked at my strut and sure enough it was loose. I could have had a serious accident and Bravo and Big O (El Paseo) had no remorse for their incompetence. And this was during Covid when we were expecting delays. After the second accident, which was the front bumper, left fender and headlights, of course our first thought was Bravo. However, our second experience has not been as good. We dropped her car off on December 15, expecting that due to delays in getting parts, it might be 2-3 months. We flew from Bakersfield, CA to Bravo in Las Cruces, NM to purchase a 2020 Silverado 2500HD High Country. Our experience was very pleasant, minus a few caveats listed below. First, let me state that our sales rep, Brian Gibson, was a joy to work with. He was eager to help, drove all the way to El Paso airport to pick us up, and was very responsive to our concerns regarding the appearance and condition of the truck. With that said...below are the issues that kept us from giving a top-rating. 1) Detail Crew: When the truck was brought around from the back lot for our inspection, we noticed dirty foot prints on the back seat leather. There was a very noticeable scuff mark on the right mirror housing. The overall cleanliness of the interior was less than satisfactory. We asked for the BRAVO emblem to be removed from the tailgate. There were paint chips on the edge of the driver door (noticed after delivery). When we brought these items to Brian's attention, and asked for them to be remedied, Brian was prompt to have the service/detail crew take care of them. It took 3 attempts for the detail crew to address the items we discussed with Brian, and they still didn't get them all. This wasn't a long list, and points towards laziness and lack of attention to detail by the DETAIL crew. Instead of giving a 4th attempt, my wife found a towel and took care of them herself while I was in the finance office. Brian even attempted to remove the scuff mark from the mirror. While it did look better long enough to get the truck delivered, the next day it looked as bad as before. I took a photo of it prior to Brian's efforts. 2) Finance Office: After having been seated at David's desk for a while, I noticed a web cam sitting on his monitor, pointed at me. I asked if our transaction was being recorded. He replied, "yes", with no further response. I stated that I should have been made aware of the recording when I walked in. Check the video for accuracy. God knows who has a copy of it by now. Nobody's system is as secure as they think it is. While Bravo retains the right, just as with security cameras, to record the events inside their building...the courteous thing to do would be to inform me that I was being audio and video recorded. Especially in an environment where HIGHLY SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION is being discussed. I believe this to be as intrusive to my privacy as installing cameras in a restroom. Maybe even extend a further courtesy of allowing me to withdraw consent of being recorded. I was not made aware of Bravo's recording, nor was I aware of any posted signage informing me our transaction would be recorded in high detail. 3) We have a Check Engine Light on the dash already, limiting the functionality of the truck. I believe it to be a clogged Diesel Particulate Filter. While it is supposed to clean itself after so many miles, having driven over 1200 miles so far, it has not. This is not an accusation, but I'm left wondering if the light was on while the truck was in Bravo's inventory, and they cleared the code long enough for the truck to be delivered. Then, because of Bravo's No Further Responsibility clause in the contract, it becomes mine and Chevrolet warranty problem. Having been in the car sale industry myself, I know this is not an uncommon practice. When I take the truck to my nearest Chevy service center, I'll have them scan the truck's log for DTC timestamps to find out. In summary, Brian Gibson is top notch! We will sing his praise to all we tell about our buying experience. But rest assured, items 1 and 2, that speak to Bravo Chevrolet as a business, will also be discussed. I believe an exceptionally clean, and well cared for vehicle is not an unreasonable expectation when one is purchasing a $71K truck, and spending 14 hours to travel 2200 miles, to do so. If my dread about item 3 proves to be true, I will actively dissuade people from Bravo Chevrolet. read more

They left the trunk open and the rust built up from the rain and they didn't clean up. Second, I notice that the bumper was not painted professionally because you can see the runny paint. Third, the mud guard was not screwed in properly. Fourth, the top of bumper was not bluff out. Poor customer services and bad workmanship are the what we received. They took advantage on my daughter. Went back and they check it, told me it was probably my tires, turns out my wheel was bent but yet my car never had problems when I bought it. I decided to limp towards my destination and be on the lookout for a dealership. I found Bravo on maps and called ahead to let them know I was coming. Ivan helped me on the phone and let me know that he had no availability but they were open until 6, so to come on in. I pulled in at 3pm and was met by a wonderful, friendly staff! Which is pretty much unheard of at a dealer! Bonnie helped me and she fit me in without much of a wait! They diagnosed my problem and gave me my options. Although I decided to try my luck continuing down the road, her whole staff showed me nothing but courtesy and friendliness as well as being extremely helpful!!! My Chevrolet Volt received a normal oil service on a Saturday. On Sunday, I drove to Albuquerque, and used electric for local driving. On Wednesday, there was a "river" of oil coming from underneath the car. All the oil had drained. I took the car to a local Chevrolet dealer for inspection where it was determined that the oil pan threads were stripped as the plug was cross-threaded when it was reinstalled by the Bravo service technician. Bravo Chevrolet agreed to pay for all charges directly to the ABQ dealer, however I would be without transportation during the additional two days required to complete the "repair". Bravo Chevrolet did not offer, but reluctantly agreed to pay for a Hertz rental car. They said Hertz would call me in the morning. Hertz never called. After informing Bravo Chevrolet, I was told they would pay for a rental through Enterprise Car Rental. I called Enterprise, but no cars, and that was the case for all other major rental car agencies except at the airport. Instead, I decided to use Uber. Bravo Chevrolet agreed to reimburse me for those charges. Bravo has not offered a formal apology for the inconvenience, and the extra days stranded in ABQ. read more

We got our Silverado truck serviced at Bravo due to an ugly whistling noise it was making. Granted it was fixed after the 4th time I took it in. My service agent was very helpful and it was obvious she cared about the issue because she kept asking the technicians to take their time in checking my truck when I went by the shop after the first time they weren't able to find the noise (they told me to take the truck when it made the noise again). Once it was finally fixed after taking it the 4th time (which I'm not entirely sure it was; only based off the paperwork) I went to pick up my truck about 3 weeks later and it was wrecked. Yes. THE SERVICE CENTER WRECKED MY TRUCK. NOT JUST A DING, THE ENTIRE left side of the bed was wrecked. Bravo took it in to thier shop after I refused to take my truck off of the lot. I never was in contact with any manager from Bravo. Not an apology. Nothing. I even had to wait for a loaner vehicle for a day (which I had to ask for). I'm so disappointed with my experience. Linda was friendly and personable but either didn't want to or had no authority to work out a deal. None of these vehicles were priced competitively. All were overpriced, even the used cars. They were firm on price and didn't seem eager to sell. Don't go here. Go to Mission Chevrolet in El Paso and ask for Jeff McCarty. I scheduled an appointment to test drive a Chevy Bolt. I called on the scheduled day and the person whom I scheduled the test drive with was not working because this was her scheduled day off...smh. I rescheduled the test drive, i showed up at the scheduled time and waited 20 min for a salesperson to talk to me. The salesperson came back 15 min. later and said they did not have a new Bolt on the lot but they had a used Bolt I could take out on a test drive. The salesperson came back later and said the used Bolt had been sold. So I wasted an afternoon because there was no vehicle I could test drive. I don't know why they would schedule a test drive and not have a vehicle on the lot. If they screwed up trying to coordinate something as simple as a test, I can't imagine what a joke it would be buying a new car from them, I will go to El Paso or Albuquerque to get a vehicle. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'll just start with I bought my 2016 Chevy Cruze in Washington State, I've gone to the same dealership since I bought my car. I love my little baby blue and I take very good care of it. My very first experience after moving 1600 miles away to a new Dealership was absolutely AWFUL!!!! First, I only came in for a oil change, shouldn't take 2 1/2 hours, with 45 minutes getting "washed". I get my car back with a very obvious door ding from a pillar, multiple scratches from the front of the car to the rear fenders. One of the service advisors takes the car back and buffs out 80% of the door ding from the pillar... something is better than nothing I suppose. I write my review in their email that they send out as a terrible experience. I'll back track a bit, my son is autistic and I had requested a loaner car for the oil change. Anyone who's child is on the spectrum understands why. I was told that was ok and when I get into the dealership they tell me they won't give me a loaner car because its JUST an oil change. Anyways as I digress, I go and write my review and a few days later I get a call from the customer service department wanting to rectify the situation. I was told I would have a walkaround with the General Manager and my service advisor. Well the general manager was not even there and the advisor that buffed out my scuff was like but you said it was ok! What about 80% of a scratch/scuff is ok? Specially if the dealership is the one who damaged my vehicle. They were ONLY supposed to do a walkaround and schedule the car to get put in a shop to get repaired. They did not do that. They forced me to get the car fixed there, and to top things off my service advisor didn't even know about my appointment. Nor did they even bother to tell me that the General Manager wasn't even there until AFTER they took my car back. 2 bloody hours later and my car is still not done. I had absolutely NO intention of staying there for them to do a half ass job of getting the multiple scratches out, then my son needs a diaper change. Still no car. I'm sitting there waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes while they try and get someone to find out where the heck my car is. Supposedly it's done 2 hours and 21 minutes later. I didn't want them to try and fix it. I wanted them to send it to someone who COULD fix it not do a crappy job. I only signed the paperwork saying I accepted the work done because I wanted to get out of there. I will NEVER come back, and I will tell anyone and EVERYONE who will listen to me to never go there. My car still has metal level scratches and I am still appalled over everything that has happened. I sat in that dealership for 6 hours total only to be out $100 something dollars and a damaged vehicle. Thanks you guys are the absolute worst. read more

My Experience: My vehicle was in the shop with Bravo for exactly 3 and a half months. I did tell them that I was not in a big rush to get my vehicle back, but I do think that 3-1/2 months is a bit excessive, even with my permission. In the end, only time will tell if they fixed the problem or not as I repaired the problem myself and did a little over 1000 miles before the dreaded Reduced Engine Power (REP) issue returned. They claimed to have effected exactly the same repairs that I made myself although they also included the replacement of the computer because 'It burned up when we tried to reprogram it'. I am a highly proficient and highly experienced mechanic but did not have the ability to reprogram the computer after my repairs. Reprogramming the computer was the original reason for my having brought the vehicle in, in the first place. I expected a bill of about $150 and 2-3 hours. I ended up with a final bill of almost $1750 and 3-1/2 months in the shop. If I never have a return of the (REP) issue again, I will give them a pass on the time in the shop. The total bill on the other hand will always be a sore spot for me. read more

Now the only reason I gave it 2 star was because of the actual job itself was done good (Driver side door and rear door were painted) if it wasn't for that it would be 1 star. First of all I take my car in because it had a ignition recall that needed to be fixed, I make an appt take it and get it back the same day a few hours later, everything got fixed and good to go. I get home and look at my door to see a scrape that's about 3 feet long that starts at the driver side and ends towards the middle of the back seat door with a gash in the middle of it. So I take it back to Bravo and let them know what I found, they take pictures of it and say they need to review the camras to see if they could see anything of what happen in the bays or other areas where my car was and will call me and let me know if they saw anything. Never heard back from them so I gave them a call to see if they saw anything on the cameras for the manager to tell me he never looked he didn't know about it and would call me later that day. I got a call said he didn't see anything but they would fix the damage regardless. I thought awesome that's great especially because I knew it happened there the car had not been anywhere else that could have happened. I make an appt to take it on a tuesday I hear nothing through that week so I call on that Friday to see that status and left a voicemail for the manager to call me back with no returned call. I call again on Saturday to see why no one had called me back for them to say the body shop is closed on weekends and they had no updates or knew of anything going on. I thought notes would AT LEAST be in the system but nope. I called that following Monday for a worker to tell me my car was not there and had not been checked in, no records of my car even being there when it was almost going on 1 full week of being there. She passes me to the manger who informs me the car had not been worked on due to them needing approval on the estimates of stuff they needed to fix the damage. To be without my only vehicle a week of it not even being worked on is ridiculous! A phone call would've been nice to know this in advance so inwouldnt have been waiting for them to do something that wasn't even started! They finally got the okay to work on it Tuesday exactly 1 week later and I was able to pick the car up that Thursday. Was an awful experience and will not be going back to this dealership.
