It was early this year after my husband had passed away. Being a woman, I know I hate the thought of shopping for a car or Truck for that matter selling one. So, I took His truck out for one last ride. I pass Jim's Auto Emporium as I go home so I thought I would just stop and talk to him about my husband truck. He told me he would sell it so I could look and try and find a small gas affiant car. He called me after a few weeks and told me the truck sold, and he had my money. He got a great price for me. As I looked in his lot my eye caught a little red Mazda 3 We took it for a ride, and I bought it on the spot. I have never been happier with a used car. Jim is an honest man to a Fault. Hé helped me with all the paperwork. I did just want people to know there are car dealers that are the best in Las Cruces, NM. So, if you're looking for a good used car or truck go see Jim #@ Jim's Auto Emporium. P.S. I am adding a photo of my Mazda 3 A.K.A. as Ruby). So 3 years down the road and I had a leak under the front of Rudy. Took it to him and he told me that it was something that they were not able to fix there. He helped me find a place in Las Cruces that would fix it.Took it there and they got it fixed in 2 weeks. Price was OK. On the way home it was making a loud noise #@ right front wheel.I took it back the next morning and they told me what they thought was the problem and sent me a quote. (I guess I did not need my right arm or left leg.) On the way home I stopped @ Jim's and told him what was going on with other place .He said leave it here and I will check it out. About 5 hours later he called and said your car is ready.( Yes I picked myself off the floor.) He had the old parts and explained what had gone wrong. Jim fixed my car for 1/4 less than the other place.(So I keep my arm and leg). Called this place and the guy walked me through the pricing, even bringing me to his supplier site to show how Pep Boys came to their prices. He knocked off the labor costs of a couple things simply because he was already working in a similar area and charged me only half for the sensors. Came to $450. Fantastic experience.

I wish I could give 0/5 stars. needed an engine…read morerepair. mechanic was very friendly and helpful at first, saying that he'd "help me out" if insurance decides not to cover costs. when insurance stated they wouldn't be covering cost, they over-quoted me for the replacement $8-9k. when I said id think about it, they told me it would be $900 just to get my car back since it was sitting on their lot for 3 weeks while they were waiting for insurance to respond. all they did was park my car on their lot and change the oil... these people will switch up on you the moment they realize they won't get to overcharge your insurance. I highly DO NOT recommend this place and would recommend another shop I got the job done at for half the price (4.5k) and did amazing. now my car is running better than ever. even if I did decide to go with Advance Automotive, I HIGHLY doubt the job would've been as good.
