They only had one physician working on a Saturday & she stated that she would have to take us in between appointments. That's fine and all, but this didn't happen. I'm extremely disappointed by the way I was treated by the pharmacy. A lady with black hair (Svetlana?) that I spoke to at the drive thru window said they would call my doctor's office for authorization to fill my script. I asked her if they were going to make the call THAT DAY. She said yes. Of course, when I checked with my doctor's office in Georgia the next day, they had not been called. The physician's assistant said if they called her right then, she'd be by the phone to authorize it. So, I called CVS and spoke to a pharmacy employee named Britney (sp?). Not only did she sound pissed off to be on the phone, but she was also completely void of any phone etiquette and made it clear I was wasting her time. When I told her my doctor's office said they were ready for the call, she said, "THEY have to call US." Luckily, the physician's assistant was willing to do that, and I got my prescription filled. It's not like I was trying to get a big bottle of morphine or something. I needed an antidepressant that I can't function without. I'm tired of people in customer service thinking they can treat me any which way they want. Somebody, please give the folks in the pharmacy a refresher course on being decent human beings.

BUYER BEWARE! This gas station is NOT reliable…read more.. I refilled my car at the Gaz-Bah station on September 11 2008. The car has a maximum tank capacity of 13.2 gallons, but after filling the tank, the pump indicated that it had dispensed 13.428 gallons -- 0.228 more than the tank can physically hold. Since it's impossible for the tank to hold that much, the pump was obviously wrong. At that point, there's two ways this could have gone down... (1) The gas station apologizes for the hassle, and offers to refund my money. I understand that the pump can break and mistakes can happen, so I go on my way happy. I spread the news of my good experience to friends and family, who are happy to stop at Gaz-Bah. (2) The gas station won't admit their pump could malfunction, and refuses to refund any money (stating "we don't owe you a damn thing"). I go on my way disappointed, insulted, and angry. I spread the news of their rude behavior to friends and family, who avoid Gaz-Bah like the plague. Unfortunately, Gaz-Bah chose Option #2... I will still get my money back thankfully, since I can dispute their overcharge with my credit card company. But Gaz-Bah has lost a customer for good, since I can't trust their equipment -- and more seriously, I can't trust them to help me if their equipment is broken! There are plenty of other gas stations right on the same road, so go to one of them instead of Gaz-Bah.

They're very good about it, and often offer you a free drink if you're having issues to make it better I would hate to be losing that kind of money. I want to pay them.
