Venancio handled the electrical work flawlessly and was patient and attentive to every detail. Tino built the cabinet beautifully -- true craftsmanship. I…read morehad a mediocre experience with our upstairs bathroom remodel and wanted to do it right this time. I saw Daniel and his company, TruBlue of Allen, got great reviews everywhere I looked so I reached out. He agreed to meet me the next day and came and always had a smile on his face and a "can-do" attitude. He showed confidence and I could tell he has done this many times. We agreed on his very reasonable estimate and the project began! I wanted to completely remove our existing shower and tub and make the tub are our new shower and the previous shower would become a an area for storage. He showed up to help me get tile and we got a great mix of tiles for our bathroom and we couldn't be happier! Fernando helped with all the tiling and a separate group of guys helped with the finishings and drywalls. Daniel's plumber is fantastic and you can tell that all these workers pay attention to detail and have worked in nice homes and do great work. This was so different than my previous experience which was mediocre. As the project finished, we were just so happy and I don't think you could get a better result in the very reasonable price range that Daniel offers. Nothing but great things to say about our experience. As with all things, stay in communication and make sure you are talking to the day-to-day workers as well as Daniel. He set up an appt. within days, arrived on time, listened to my project. Tuesday reviewed project (it's a small job but to us it's major undertaking). I figured it would take weeks (big box said). NO. It was done in less than a week - and when we found an issue - he had it fixed before I was finished telling him about it. The installation of counters (in a world of uneven things) - I don't know where to begin - care was taken to demo, and install new counters and you cannot tell there was work done. I'm so impressed with Allan and his company - on time (ahead of schedule), on budget, flexible to what can afford, professional, dealt with difficulties. From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They're going to take advantage of you and your home when you're in an emergency type situation. As immoral as they come. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. Find another company.

Moving right along....Had occasion to use Cleaning Mavericks to do a moveout cleaning on my rental property, to prepare for an incoming tenant. I called shortly after they opened for the day, and got a VM requesting a message be left, and the call would be returned within an hour. Since I was pressing to get this done at the last minute, I was clock watching, and called a little after an hour had passed, leaving another message. Yes, impatient I know...but I was kind of in a bind. I received a call back from one of the office personnel (later found that she was one of the owners), to give my info & schedule. She told me that they had a cleaning in Dallas, but could fit me in immediately afterwards, for 2 man hours of cleaning. Fast forward to their visit....great service! Kurt (the other owner), and one of his staff came in & got right to work, after identifying what I wanted done. I only wanted a light cleaning done, since the house was pretty empty, but wished afterwards that I'd gone with the 4 hour service, because I underestimated the amount of cleaning needed. Will be calling Kurt back to do another moveout clean after these tenants leave, and will recommend them via Yelp & word of mouth to anyone who'll listen. The work's great, the prices are dirt cheap compared to other cleaning services, and the team doing the work is genuinely friendly....what's not to like.

After buying my house two years ago, and only doing "surface" cleaning for said two years, I've accumulated enough dust bunnies to start a pet shop. When one of them finally decided to attack me, I figured HEY. Maybe it's time to bring in a professional.... Enter: Cleaning Mavericks. After pricing the markets for a day or two and realizing that I'm seriously about to pay out the ass for a cleaning, I happened upon a coupon from Living Social. $64 for 4 man hours of cleaning (less than half of what others were going for). Time to shine! I had the good fortune of having the two owners come to service me. They were on time, super friendly, efficient, and most importantly, they cleaned underneath my bathroom vanity that had become the bain of my existence. Finally, I can walk in there without wanting to throw up. THANK YOU GUYS! WIll definitely use you again when my "pets" get outta control.
