I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. I…read morehad a mediocre experience with our upstairs bathroom remodel and wanted to do it right this time. I saw Daniel and his company, TruBlue of Allen, got great reviews everywhere I looked so I reached out. He agreed to meet me the next day and came and always had a smile on his face and a "can-do" attitude. He showed confidence and I could tell he has done this many times. We agreed on his very reasonable estimate and the project began! I wanted to completely remove our existing shower and tub and make the tub are our new shower and the previous shower would become a an area for storage. He showed up to help me get tile and we got a great mix of tiles for our bathroom and we couldn't be happier! Fernando helped with all the tiling and a separate group of guys helped with the finishings and drywalls. Daniel's plumber is fantastic and you can tell that all these workers pay attention to detail and have worked in nice homes and do great work. This was so different than my previous experience which was mediocre. As the project finished, we were just so happy and I don't think you could get a better result in the very reasonable price range that Daniel offers. We had American Legend build our home, and it was the worst experience we have ever had with a…read morebuilder. Throughout the process, I had to constantly monitor construction to prevent major mistakes. At closing, homeowners are only given one hour to inspect the property. If you don't identify every single issue during that short timeframe, the builder will later claim you accepted the home "as is." On the rare occasion they do agree to address a problem, the work is performed cheaply and with poor craftsmanship. The jobsite was never properly maintained. I personally found beer cans, gloves, chicken bones, wood, stones, and bricks buried in the yard under the sod when repairing dead spots. When they replaced and stained part of our fence, they used mismatched stain colors, leaving half the fence one color and the other half another. The yard was improperly graded, with construction debris left in place and simply covered with soil. As a result, the yard sits 5-7 inches higher than the sidewalk and driveway. The overall workmanship reflects speed and cost-cutting, not quality. I have yet to meet a single American Legend homeowner who is satisfied with their experience. Proceed with extreme caution before signing a contract with this builder.

Have sound systems set up in the house so loud it literally shakes the house multiple houses down the street. And the best is they leave nails and screws in our yard and in front of our driveway. When you call to make a complaint, the response is "They aren't our employees, so you have to prove any damage otherwise it's not our problem."
