I drive 25 mins to this location and its worth every minute for each mile. I come in the door the first thing I have is hello Sheril and I cut up with them so much during the time I am there I have everyone laughing till I walk out the door. The girls at the desk are so awesome they tell me they hate it when its not my day to come. My 2 therapist's are Dresden and Jonathan they explain everything there doing and the goals we want to get done. They are awesome!!!! There is a therapist also there that's not mine his's name is Warren and he is awesome as well. I could go on and on and on about this whole staff. I have been in customer service all my life and worked for a company that I won best customer service nationwide 4 years in a row so I know customer service. If all your locations have this kind of customer service than this Benchmark company will go far. Now I give credit where credit is deserved and bravo this location is awesome and I hope this review gets to all the staff there. Being in customer service I know a customer is quick to make a complaint but as for a compliment it sometimes gets put on the back burner! Again I just want to give them a 100 thumbs up they deserve it. I will referral my friends to this company as well as this location. My motto when I was training new people I would say if you cant make a customer smile than you don't need to be working here a little harsh but true you can feel a customer smiling on the phone if you don't than your not doing it right! The X-rays gave the unexpected diagnosis of Scoliosis in the lowest part of my spine. I was shocked and nervous. Luckily, mine was diagnosed sooner rather than later. Dr. O'Toole and his staff were lovely. He suggested core strengthening and flexibility exercises. I requested guidance on exercises and a referral to Novant Health Rehab, in the same building. My Physical Therapy Team is Erika and Ryan. They explained that this won't cure Scoliosis but my strengthened muscles will better support my spine and hopefully slow the progress. Erika did my evaluation and explained the first batch of exercises and gave me an elastic band and printed instructions with illustrations, so I could also do them at home. She was so nice and helpful. Ryan has been doing the actual PT with me and I've been twice. He added more exercises and gave me the revised printed instructions with illustrations. Ryan has also been very nice, efficient and thorough with explaining new exercises and he patiently answers all my questions. I do my at home exercises everyday and my flexibility and core strength is improving steadily. I really appreciate the spacious and clean facility and all it's equipment and tools, especially because it is close to home. The overall atmosphere of the PT area, other staff and other patients is very pleasant. I actually enjoy the appointments. After every appointment they update MyChart so I can read all their notes about my progress. I hope you don't, but if you should ever need physical rehabilitation, for health or injuries, I highly recommend them.

We were sure amazed at how much better her jaw felt after just 10 sessions. Tom Fish was excellent at determining what the right course of therapy was and she went from pain in my ears and clicking in my jaw to no pain at all. Highly recommend giving it a try if you suffer from TMJ pain.

He was HORRIBLE. No bedside manner. He tried to pull me straight up from a laying position which is not something to do with someone who has possible herniated discs. He refused to actually listen to me and then when speaking to the nurse in the hallway outside of my examination room he said "well I doubt she even knows what that means when referring to an epidural steroid injection. This is a procedure I've had done in the past and is on my chart however he didn't even bother looking at my chart he just instantly judged me as an imbecile. Since I began treatment at Katz Wellness Center I must say that I have seen and felt a big difference in my back issues. Most people don't know that in order for the Doctor to charge Medicare they have to spend a amount of time deemed by Medicare but they don't they rush you out after making you wait way past your appointment time. Which is against the rule of Medicare. If you are on Medicare file a complaint against them. I would say stay away from Kernersville Family Practice you will never get good care at this terrible place!!
