My children have been going here since they were babies. They are 15 and 12. The staff is always…read morefriendly when you call. They try their best to get you same day appointments. My daughter was sick and I called at 2pm. They saw her the same day! They send you a text or email with a link to fill out the pre appointment paperwork. So when you arrive you aren't juggling a sick kid and the clipboard with pen. You can also pay your copay prior to the visit for an easier checkout. Every nurse we have encountered has been more than friendly. The doctors care and are thorough. The lobby area and bathrooms are always clean. I've never had a problem with them filling refills timely. The one thing that stands out that I love is the artwork throughout the office. And of course the fish The fish at the entrance have always been a favorite for my kids.

I will say the service remained the same in person but now instead of picking up the phone the best way to get to staff is through a portal message don't love that. Also the after hours line is now a bigger line of people all over. The service with them hasn't been great. Still love the doctors and nurses we see in person.

He takes the time to get to know you and your kids. This is the saddest I've been to transfer to a new unit, because I didn't want to get a different pediatrician! Although Dr. Culler was our primary doctor, my children saw others throughout our time here for sick visits. Every last one was amazing. They didn't brush off any of my concerns and took their time to find a solution. I couldn't be more pleased. On top of all the providers and their nurses, the reception staff is amazing as well. They made things uncomplicated and quick to check in and book appointments. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. LOVE this place!

Over the past few years, that has gone by the wayside and everything is treated with a prescription or referral to a specialist. It's overkill, not to mention expensive and time-consuming. The overall feeling is that they are treating symptoms but not taking the time to see the big picture. And ordering unnecessary tests and visits with specialists to cover themselves. She just turned three a few days ago, I've never missed one appointment. I've never rescheduled with that being said there's been plenty of times that the provider has specifically told me I could do a call or a video appointment because my daughter was continuously having the same issue and had already been seen multiple times for the same issue very recently. Heather refused and said I had to come in person even though the provider clearly told me when I finally came in person that she would've happily did a phone visit now my daughter turned 3only 2 days ago mind you Airflow sent the providers office a form for her to get free diapers where my hours have been cut back and we're in desperate need of diapers. Heather refused to send it saying that my daughter is behind and needs her three year-old exam well child well considering she just turned 3 only 2days ago, it seems you would be able To complete the forms since she's never missed anything and I have an appointment scheduled for the soonest you could get me in and especially knowing she's out of diapers. There's no compassion or understanding at all with any messages with her.

Then he kept writing a prescription for a anti-fungal that could cause liver failure!!! WTF is wrong with these people! So you can't take my blood for my concerns but your going to prescribe something that does more harm to my body than good???? And the way Dr. Johnson said it to bothered me he quickly slid it in there "but we'll have to check after 4 weeks to see if you have liver failure" WHAT? Then I won't take it! Simple as that! But God forbid somebody wants to find out if they're iron deficient don't take their blood. Seriously listen to your patients!

This office is solid in person, not great outside of that. The in-office experience is consistently good; staff are friendly, and every doctor we've seen (including our two primary doctors over the years) has been great about taking their time and answering all our questions. That said, if you're hoping to get much help over the phone or without going in, don't count on it. They can tell you if you should come in or not, but beyond that, you're better off using a telehealth service.

I could not speak to the delay in getting an appointment noted in the prior review or the delay in receiving a return phone call as I've not had this issue when I've called them. To provide some professional perspective, I will say, however, that with scheduled 2 medications (ADHD medications), physicians are required to see patients at regular intervals and most practices require 1 weeks' notice for providing prescription refills.
