My doctorwants to do knee surgery but I wanted to see if I could either delay the surgery or get in the best shape for a more positive outcome. I started working with Albert Chen at the recommendation of a friend and he has been outstanding. My range of motion has improved, amstarting to get some strength and the constant pain has dimenished, particularly as long as I keep up my exercises. Now I am in 1x/2 weeks to keep my motivated to do the work on my own and have him massage my knee and do range of motion stetches.
