Once in a while you might get lucky, but only after spending quite a bit of money. Not this place. I've never won so any plushies before and I'm already itching to go back. Beyond this though, the team behind Mini Social is what stands out at the top of my list - they are truly so unmatched. You won't meet people more committed to making your event magical. While many people use Mini Social for private parties, baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, corporate events, etc, my experience has been with hosting craft socials for women's community events. I felt so supported by the team and got so much help from them in customizing the setup for my needs, plenty of time for setup and cleanup, and epic communication. They are absolute pros! I was not home to receive the order but my father-in-law said delivery team saw the cushions and left them anyway. When I returned home late that afternoon I emailed the company immediately. After getting the run around from a couple employees, some guy called me back, said they were sending someone to replace the cushions. At that point I had a full house of guests and didn't want them parading through my house. I asked they credit me on the 3 disgusting and stained cushions. they refused. I don't care about the $30 they wouldn't credit me. I care about the lack of understanding that at that point I had a full house of people for the holiday and didn't want his team on my property. He was incredibly rude an inflexible. Unfortunate because we are renting again for NYE, as well as many business functions. Him providing good customer service over a measly $30 has cost that company thousands and thousands. Ridiculous.

It really didn't affect the use of the jumpy house, but they wanted it to be as perfect as possible. Because of their self-described 'inconvenience', Dave allowed the girls to have a few hours of extra 'jumpy castle time'.
