Adrian was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Prior to the day of the event, I sent Adrian the venue's information and company logo to be printed on the photo strips. The event started at 5:30pm, and the photo booth rental period started at 6pm. Adrian was extremely efficient and had everything set up by 5pm. The attendant, Xavier, came right before 6pm to make sure everything was ready to go. Adrian returned closer to the end of the rental period and asked if there were any last minute photos before he started taking the equipment down. The prices Adrian provided was reasonable. We paid a portion of the total price when we reserved the date, and Adrian charged the rest of the total on the day of the event. The quality of the photos were great! Adrian's photo booth services are exactly what my bride and I needed. With only 9 weeks to plan a wedding, we didn't know if we'd be able to pull together all the vendors we needed. Of all the vendors we worked with, Pixel Images was the easiest! He sent a quote detailing exactly what he'd do over the course of 4 hours and the price was right. For an additional fee, he offered to have a scrapbook ready to tape the print-outs into and to bully our guests into writing in the scrapbook. This photo booth / scrapbook combo became one of the highlights and possibly most popular aspect of our wedding reception. Plenty of props, fun to work with...even customizable captions that appeared on the footer of each print. Coordination was easy too. First, I would like to say that I am not from Arlington, I am from NJ. When I knew my cousin would have her Sweet 15 I knew my gift to her would be a photobooth because I know teenagers love taking pictures. No one I knew in Arlington had ever dealt with photobooths so I did tons of research and talked to a bunch of companies. Since our first conversation Pixel Images was at the top of my top choices. Adrian was very thorough and explained everything pretty clearly in one simple email. My aunt was having a difficult time finding a venue so I kind of paused the search to help with that aspect. Once the venue was booked I once again started looking for photobooth businesses and this time it came down to Pixel Images and another business. Because Pixel Images package was just better package and had a bigger bang for my buck I decided on going with them. Xavier and Javi were our attendants they were awesome, very polite, and very helpful positioning guest with in the frame for pictures. Not only did the teenagers enjoy the photobooth but so did everyone else. The line for photobooth remained a line the entire time the photobooth was there. The picture quality is great and we used these as a favor to the guest, because unlike other favors that usually end in the garbage these are memories likely to be kept by all guest. All the props were so much fun, and the template was very special to my little cousin because it was inspired from her Sweet 15 invitations so it was right on theme with her party. Also communication with Adrian was the best it gets. He kept emailing me or texting me with every detail which I loved because I was in the middle of so many other things with this party I really had no time to be reaching out to them.
