PROs: Veronica is very professional and we love how Josh directed every shot he took. basically, these 2 made posing easy for us during our wedding day. they are ON TIME which i think is VERY important. we got them through Wedgewood Tower reception package and Veronica's rate is reasonably affordable with the amount of knowledge and experience that she has. the photos turned out amazing PLUS she really remembered the details that i have requested her to capture during our pre-wedding meeting. we love the still shots of the wedding styling and the group shots they did with our guests. CONs: not much of a cons except that the pictures take 6 weeks to be ready so if you are that excited to see them, you have to wait for 6 weeks (but it's worth it, really). we also feel that the way they package the USB can be leveled up and improved. i've seen a few packaging from other photographers and they are really pretty (but this isn't a stopper since what's inside the USB is what's more important). if you'd like to capture more emotions or facial expressions during your big day, you may need to let her know as most of their shots will really focus on the couple (minimal on the guests).

They made it seem like they were/are the busiest photographers in the world-- so much so that they cannot respond to a text or email for days if not weeks. When you're planning your big day, communication is everything. Creativeness. On the day of, Johanna provided no real creative direction and we were left to come up with different poses and photo ops. In fact, there were several special moments I wanted photographed that she either missed or failed to capture. Actual content received. Johanna was present at our reception for over 5 hours and there is maybe ONE decent photo while we are all seated at dinner. I expected to see photos of every table and especially several photos from the table me and my husband sat at. Instead, there's about three photos of me and my husband at our table. There isn't even one photo of the entire table with the bride and groom's parents. Moving onto the dancing, there are also minimal photos. I danced for five hours straight and the content received shows me in maybe 10 photos with friends and guests. In fact, I danced for an entire song with my husband's sister and there isn't ONE photo to reflect it. Again, everyone needs to start somewhere and Johanna and Q. seem to be very nice but I, unfortunately, am disappointed with the photos of my wedding reception. ALSO, no sneak peek was provided. I hired a photographer for my wedding ceremony that was on a different day and she provided us with a sneak peek within 3 days. Experience is everything and when it's your big day, everything matters.

When my business was looking for a photographer for a big anniversary event we were having, I quickly recommended Andre Fox. He showed up on time, he got the shots we asked for, and because of some issues at the event (which had nothing to do with Andre) he offered to stay longer at to get some better shots at no extra charge.
