The design of the photobooth alone is gorgeous (it's a freaking MIRROR!) and fit in with our fairytale/rustic decor perfectly! As soon as we hired him, Jeremy was great about communicating with us and helping us customize the photobooth experience as much as possible. We were able to choose the frame, the animation and text, and we were even able to add some of my husband's artwork to the frame to make it all the more unique to our event. Working with him was a true delight and was a completely stress-free process. Our guests had an absolute blast doing group photos and playing with all of the props Jeremy had out for them. Everyone loved that they were able to walk away with an immediate printout of their photos and also have it texted to their phones. Jeremy also sent me digital copies of all of the photos that were taken that night so I could make a photo album of it later! I am not one to leave negative reviews lightly, but I feel it's important to share my experience to…read moreprevent other brides from going through what I did. My wedding videographer completely fell short of professionalism, communication, and delivering on her contract. Her contract stated that videos would be delivered within 60 days, yet it took over 110 days to receive anything close to what was promised. She missed her own deadlines at least seven times, each time with a new excuse. Communication was poor throughout the process, and it became clear she was not being truthful about her progress or intentions. The wedding highlight video she eventually sent was late and had issues. The sound was off, and it contained random footage of a desert--not even from our wedding day. On top of that, despite advertising drone footage, she didn't use a drone at our wedding. Three months later, she showed up at our venue (without notifying us) to get drone footage, which obviously wasn't from our wedding day, and she added that into the highlight video after fixing the sound. While the highlight video turned out cute in the end, it wasn't authentic to our wedding day, which is incredibly disappointing. We also NEVER received our fully edited videos as promised. After months of excuses, being blocked, ignoring our demand letter, and given so many chances to solve this matter amicably, I am now having to take Carly to small claims court. I consider myself a very patient and understanding person, but this experience was beyond unprofessional. It was heartbreaking to trust someone with such an important day and be let down so completely. While I can give credit for the highlight video being nice in the end (besides not having the drone footage from our wedding), it doesn't excuse the lack of integrity and communication, missed deadlines, breach of contract, and missing our footage we paid for. If you're a bride considering Carly at CineDream Studios, please consider my testimonial. I would hate for anyone else to feel the way I did throughout this experience.
