Patty and her son did such a great job with deep cleaning our apartment. We're people who have a lot of "stuff" and had really let cleaning fall by the wayside during the pandemic, but they came in and got our place into shape before we have out of town visitors. They must have hand dusted each of the 50+ matchbox-sized planes we have on display and they managed to vanquish all traces of cat fur on basically every horizontal surface the cat can possibly sit her furry little butt on. They spent 4 hours on our 1200sqft and were incredibly thorough down to the cabinet handles and light shades. Responsive, polite, and worth every penny. Juanita's is a family run business that did a spectacular job of my move-out clean. I used Yelp's quote function and got multiple quotes from different cleaning companies. Juanita's quote was competitive and she also stuck to her word when other companies would first give me a quote and then waste my time saying actually it will be more if you want the windows, oven cleaned, etc. Jackie was very responsive and kind. I was in a rush so I left my payment in a lockbox for her to pick up. When Jackie picked up the payment she continued to clean for several hours after getting paid. This business is professional and trustworthy and I look forward to hiring them again. read more

I made arrangements with Jackie a week and a half ago to do an apartment move-out cleaning for me this coming Monday. We had several detailed conversations and it was confirmed. I even gave her the lockbox code. Today (Friday) I get a message from her asking for full payment in advance because "we're having issues with other people they're not paying us we decided to change our rules we want to get paid first before we go to the job because people now they're not paying". I called her twice and left a voice mail asking if we could discuss. No response. I would not recommend this business at all! FWIW, I have no idea who "Patty" is on the reviews, but I wonder if that is from a different business with the same name. read more

If I could leave a zero star rating, I would. TLDR, very unprofessional, would never recommend. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business!! I used this service to have my grandmother's house cleaned after she returned from the hospital, and Jackie was initially really responsive and accommodating. The cleaning service was pretty good. Not great, and there were a lot of things moved within the house that have proved VERY confusing for my grandmother. The problem is that due to a miscommunication day-of, only half the house and half the quoted rooms were cleaned. I paid the whole quoted fee via venmo, half before and half when my cousin, who was at the house and talking with Jackie, told me she had left & completed the job. I thought we'd be able to work around the fact that only half the rooms had been cleaned at my grandmother's house, but that wasn't the case, and I contacted Jackie asking if she could do the other half of the house since I had ALREADY paid for it. She quoted me $60 more than the original price for the whole house JUST for the half that wasn't done. This would be ok if it were just that- but it's not. I indicated that I might want a refund for some of the work, because the work I was quoted for was not what was done. Instead of responding to me, she called my cousin and demanded more money. SO unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business!! read more

The management company sends her Elva to clean up my house and she is doing ok. I support her to refer to my family and I start to learn that she is flip and flop people and not the honorable one. She has a schedule with my nice at 10 am and she show up until 2pm with so many excuses. She shows up too late, so she just clean 3 hours and left at 5pm with fee $220. My niece has newborn that she really needs her to clean her refrigerator and told her at the beginning. She does not clean up the refrigerator and said to my nice that I will come back another time and left. read more
