TERRIBLE SERVICE Today we placed an order for delivery at 6pm for dinner. We ordered online and my husband got a Greek Gyro Pizza. Once the food came my husband got halfway through his slice of pizza before painstakingly picking through his slice and realizing that there was no meat on the pizza. I called the store to find out if we could get the order fixed. When I told the manager who answered the situation he went to find out what happened and came back to tell me that he spoke to the girl who made it and they "didn't have any meat left so they didn't put it on." You would think this would warrant a phone call but we didn't get one and the manager clearly didn't even know it was an issue until I called. He offered me "a free topping" on our next order and I told him well no, we would prefer a replacement since this wasn't what we ordered. My husband decided to order a "Measter Stromboli" instead. The manager asked for my name which I gave him and he said it would be 10 minutes. An hour later I decided to call back to see if there was another problem. Irritated that it was me again he replied to my inquiry with "Well aren't you going to pick it up?." I told him no I had the first one delivered why would I pick this one up. He replied with "well you said your name was Jenifer so I thought you were going to pick it up." ...... After a bit more conversation he agreed to deliver it and said it would be another 10 minutes. It was 30 minutes later that he showed up to my door with a lukewarm stromboli. Luckily my husband answered the door because I was pretty frustrated by then. He politely thanked the man and placed the box inside. The man goes "You are not going to pay?" My husband said "no it is a replacement for the pizza you sent me which was not what I ordered. Would you like the pizza back?" The man got angry and stomped away without even answering, slammed the door to his car, and sped away. This was the same manager I was on the phone with earlier by the sound of his voice. It is now 8:30 and I'm writing this review instead of eating with my husband because we've both lost our appetites by now. I have never ever ever written a review on this site before, however, the service I just got prompted me to create an account for the sole purpose of alerting potential customers to what will undoubtedly be a horrible experience. In Sykesville there are very few options for food delivery other than a very expensive asian restaurant or Dominos/Papa Johns so my husband and I were thrilled when we found somewhere that we could order sandwiches and gyros, etc. We have ordered from them several times since finding them. We've had minor problems in the past but nothing to complain about as overall everything seemed fine. Today however, has ensured that I will tell everyone I know to select another option. read more

Pizza was good. But this review is mostly about their customer service. I went into the store to pick up our order tonight. Either they got the order wrong, or my wife wasn't clear when ordering, but the order didn't match what she told me it should be. The guys at Pizza Boli's went the extra mile and fixed the problem beyond my expectations. I had to wait for 5 extra minutes, but they gave me what I was originally expecting as well as the pizza that wasn't quite right. I wish this wasn't so extra-ordinary, but they did what every customer oriented company should be doing. They quickly figured out how to fix the problem and then did so. All without any argument of any kind. It was great. I really wish that that was the norm, but unfortunately it's not always the case. Since they did such a great job resolving the problem, I felt the need to give them a great review. You should already know what to expect from Pizza Boli's as far as the food goes, but this location gave me great customer service tonight. read more

New Management is great! I ordered from here a couple days ago and noticed new management. The store is a lot more clean and they have these nice new tv's installed, making the store more enticing than before. The new owner was very nice and the food was amazing.
