After canceling our order, days went by before anyone contacted us to confirm our cancelation. We repeatedly contacted them on a daily basis to get confirmation of the cancelation, but we got no reply. Finally, after almost a week, we did get an email stating the order was canceled but it was the last line of the email that brought everything to light - "Please do not contact us anymore either by phone, email, regular mail, or any other type of communication. We canceled your contract at your request. We refunded your money. That was the end of our transaction. We will not respond to further requests for communication." We were glad to just to be done with the whole experience. Sadly, 3 months later our credit card was charged AGAIN for over $2,000 and we NEVER ORDERED!!! All I can say is, buyer beware.
