I give this place five stars because it's a dope little pizza joint that's delivery or take out, has fast and HOT fresh pizza, and a one of a kind creation that I've never had before ever before at any place ever never ever nowhere but here. It's a Wisconsin cheese burger pizza!!! It has pickles in it... hiding under a ton of oozing cheese (three types of Wisconsin cheese I believe) and burger meat. Sounds weird to you? No... you're weird for not liking delicious things. It is a slice of heaven. The bane of the lactose intolerant and the fear of cholesterol watchers. To sum it up, it is purely delicious. I don't I've four hours to g t this pizza. They open up at 4pm so I had to starve until the next afternoon, but it was worth it. I had this when I was in town back in 2004 and have thought about it for over a decade. I hope some of you yelpers get the chance to have this some day. Ridiculous service. Still waiting for our order that's 30 minutes late. Called the store and get "oh, sorry your order is ready were waiting for our driver" Meanwhile our food is sitting on a shelf, waiting to go out for a 20 minute drive. Ordered a pizza with sausage, Italian beef, green pepper, and onion. Received the pizza and it was burnt. The crust was rock hard. There was no Italian beef, no green peppers, and no onions. I ate a burnt, rock hard sausage pizza. I paid $2 for each topping that I didn't get. The "owner" called me and was very rude. I can immediately hear the aggression in his voice. We ordered the pizza using the app, Slice. He stated he heard my recorded phone conversations with slice and he doesn't believe any of it all. He said I refuse to refund one single penny and the only thing I'll do is remake it. Remake it so he can spit on it? It's now 8pm, and too late for another pizza. I said honestly, after this experience, I'd never order from you guys again. He snidely says, breaking up is hard to do isn't it? I mean how do you keep customers coming back by burning bridges like that? I said why are you being that way? He just says do you want the pizza remade or not? I said no and hung up. Slice can't do refunds. I'd definitely not order from this place ever again. If you take your chances ordering from them, you've been warned. I love pizza and this is hands down the best place in Pontiac!! Everything I've gotten from here - thin crust, pan crust, calzone beef roll, sandwiches - everything has been amazing!!! Hate to say this but had horrible service from Marchelloni's tonight. Ordered pizza for delivery around 5ish for a PPV party. Originally was scheduled to be delivered at around 6:30 then they notified me that it probably wouldn't be until 7:30 which I understood that it's a delivery to Flanagan. I filled a complaint through the app that Marchellonis uses and they looked into what was going on and said Marchellonis was going to refund us some money back. It just now got delivered about 15 minutes ago. Probably won't be ordering from there for awhile. Apparently they were short staffed and were running behind. I understand that that happens but it would have been nice to now that instead of waiting for over an hour for the pizza. read more

Alright everybody...time for an update of The Best Pizza in Pontiac. I have been wanting to try The Wisconsin Cheeseburger pizza but a friend tried it and thought it may have been a bit too heavy on the mustard for his taste so I have hesitated. I hate to waste a good meal so even though I trust the people at Marchelloni's, I am going to make a small adjustment to their tried and true. For this I appologize. No mustard on my pizza please! Our first time ordering from here. We ordered a "3 pounder" medium thin pizza thru Slice. We get a skinny small pizza delivered ice cold and with the wrong toppings. Manager was adamant that this was the right order. Did not even try to rectify the situation. Misleading the name they use for their pizza Terrible customer service. The website says the beef roll is $20. But we where charged $25. The nachos on the website is $5. And we where charged $13. The price gouging ridiculous. It looks like the got an extra $10 out of us but they will never get any more money from us. The food wasn't even that good. For $40. We could have had a decent meal not some cheap beef roll. read more

Love this place - I lived here for a long time before ditching the usual suspects and working Marchelloni's into my regular rotation. After "rediscovering" the place, it is without a doubt my favorite pizza in Pontiac and surrounding area. Very cheesy stuff, in contrast to the ultra-thin crust of Monical's. It also holds up very well for morning pizza after you are inevitably stuffed to the gills by the first couple slices. Smaller medium and small sizes than most establishments, though it is worth mentioning once again that this is a thicker pizza than just about anywhere else. Delivery is timely. Prices being high and the lack of dine-in option are the reasons I'm docking a star here. With that said, you'll forget about it once your pie has reached your house. read more

Had a pizza and cheese nuggets delivered tonight. The nuggets were good; the pizza was raw. I called to complain, and was told that that couldn't happen since they use a conveyer belt oven. Then I was told to bring it back in, so they could finish cooking it. When I told them several pieces were already in the trash, the manager said he could offer me a credit or finally make another one. As four of us still needed to eat, I chose the last option. He then told me I could pick it up in 20 min, or wait 45 min for another delivery. We picked it up, and will not be going back. read more

I understand that you have new owners. I would like to comment on an italian beef roll that I purchased on Mar 31. I could have just ordered cheese sticks and got about the same quality. There was very little meat on it. I have purchased these several times in the past but was quite disappointed this time. Hope this post will improve future purchases. I always go for the carry-out option. No seating -- bare bones operation. The same woman is there every day working her rear off, and she makes a hell of a pie. Very unique flavor to their pizza and their beef sticks are tasty as can be. A great option before or after seeing a flick at the theater next door. Best pizza in town. read more
