Finally found a real pizza spot! We have been in MA (Natick) for 11 months and tried a few places. They all disappointed us. We drove by and originally thought it was apart of garage next to it. Decided to try it after realizing it was a pizza place. We had a plain cheese and a pepperoni pie. Both were right on (taste like Frankie and Sals from gun hill rd/bronxwood in bronx). The crispy chicken was the sh$t! It's worth the drive. To think, if not for wrong turn, we would have never noticed the place. This is the new regular spot! read more

I had my first Rocco's experience today, and it was great. Ordered a regular, think crust pizza for my wife and I had the Philly Cheese Steak. Both were excellent. I ordered online around noontime. I live in Wayland, and picked it up shortly thereafter, right on time as advised. I also got a cannoli for my wife, which was also excellent. I recommend Rocco's, and I will be back. read more

Pizza is excellent but sometimes they need to do better time estimate for pick up. Crust is thin, crispy and toppings are excellent. Chicken Broccoli Alfredo pizza is the best. I wanted to try this place because it is local, independent and received good reviews. On Saturday night my wife and I stopped by and bought two cheese slices. The guys were friendly and I liked the no frills vibe of the place. They heated up the slices and we ate them at the table in the parking lot. The problem: the pizza had no flavor. It may have been old -- I don't know. It was tasteless and dry (no oil and hardly any sauce). The guy at the counter talked up the margherita pizza, and I may go back to try it. Bottom line: I don't think they should have sold those slices. Even bad pizza has more flavor. read more

Their food is great. However, they have gotten both of my orders wrong. Twice I ordered a calzone and they put it in as a pizza. The second time they folded the pizza in half while it was still in the oven in front of me to turn it into a calzone. It was still good, but it didn't have the same texture as a calzone usually does. It's still one of the better pizza places in Natick, but they need to solve their order-taking process when things get busy. Food is still good, I'll go back for more. read more

Finally, Natick has good pizza! We've tried most places around here and have been unimpressed. Heard great things about Pizza by Rocco, and decided to try it tonight. And it lived up to the hype! Got the thin crust, and it was delicious. Finally, a crust that is thin but has great texture, slightly chewy. They are doing it right! I was actually prepared to not like it because ordering through the "Slice" app was so frustrating--kept changing our order, took forever (the wait time was almost an hour for pick up!) and then the price was wrong. But one bite of the pizza, and all was forgiven. Also, Rocco's staff: Please post your menu somewhere online. I couldn't find it on your website, which is how I ended up ordering through Slice. I personally know the staff at Rocco's, many are graduates of Natick High School and are currently college Freshmen and Sophomores working to help put themselves through college. Judging people solely on their appearance is a pure sign of ignorance, a more accurate indicator of one's intelligence is how they express themselves publicly in writing. Anyone willing to work with the public putting themselves at risk during a pandemic deserves some sort of respect. Pizza is decent -- we've had better in the local area and we've had worse. However, I give this place two stars (revised to three, see update) because it's impossible to pick up your pizza. They have no parking and they don't tell you when you order for pick up that they have no parking. I had to pull into an office park and call them and then they tell you to park in the bank next door. However that lot is completely full because there is another restaurant that uses it as well. I had to park in the mechanic's lot next door and luckily they were closed so I could do that. However they have not cleared any of their sidewalks or the porch into their front door and it was covered in a solid sheet of ice. Delivery is an option, but only if you spend $50 on food and then they still charge a $5 delivery fee. To be clear, there is room to pull into the back of the restaurant but they clearly don't want you using that because they have a car parked in the driveway so you can't get there. 100% inconvenient. If you are in walking distance, it might be worth it. Otherwise, don't bother. Update: The owner kindly called me to follow up on my review. He said there is parking (albeit limited and hard to access) and did not know why his employees said there was no parking. There is a lower delivery minimum but there are two ways to order online and the catering menu has the $50 minimum and is very confusing on a smart phone -- it's much easier to navigate to that rather than the regular online ordering, so be sure to sure you are on the correct online ordering system. Parking is still a major hassle but since we can order with a lower minimum, we'll try again. read more

Excellent crust with great a great sauce - just the right amount. Cheese that was hot even after the ride home. Toppings that tasted FRESH. And the best part? Rocco's was busy! Real busy tonight and they did excellent with our order! Rocco's makes great food and they deserve your business! They messed up my order and Rocco said to call him back to fix on next order. I called him back and he was unwilling to do anything. I gave 2 stars (instead of 1) because what they didn't forget in the order was good. Post update from Rocco's Comments: When the second order was placed it specifically mentioned and noted that this was an add to the original order. I have the receipt and pasted the orders instructions below. So we tried the new place and liked being able to order from the app. We ordered a cheese pizza, chicken parm pizza with an add of ricotta cheese, and a buffalo chicken pizza. They gave us an hour estimate for delivery. On the plus side, the delivery time was right on the money and the driver was very nice. Unfortunately, we got some sort of chicken calzone and not the buffalo chicken pizza and we got no ricotta on the chicken parm pizza. The food was very good so will definitely give them another shot but hopefully they can get the order right next time. The customer chat in the slice app is useless as they said they couldn't resolve because the restaurant was already closed for the night. It's not even 7pm on a Friday so I find that hard to believe. Simply put, the pizza is great! It is a classic thin crust Italian pizza. I've been in enough to know that they are still working out the kinks with "rush hour" on Friday/Saturday nights but that comes with time for any new business. We all liked it so the next time I went by I wanted to try their Cheese Steak Bomb in my quest to find the best one in the area. I asked for light mayo on the bread and lightly toasted. When I got home I grabbed half and sank in. Not bad but after a few bites I hit something sweet. I thought maybe a different type of pepper. NOPE. They put ketchup on instead of mayo. I hate ketchup!
