Bad service + crappy conditions if you don't typically carry cash around. The location is near the train station, and I was thirsty while waiting on a train, so I ran toward the Pizza Plus since it's all I had time for... The cashier was dawdling about outside and I waited for way too many minutes while just trying to get a drink. Then I was told that I couldn't just buy one drink if I was paying with card... there should be a sign about the minimum purchase requirement somewhere if the service will take so long. I have been living in the Natick area for many years. I think I have tried all of the pizza places, but I had never tried Pizza Plus. I knew they were a Greek Pizza place and I usually want New York style pizza. But one day I had a craving for Greek Pizza so I decided to give the place a try. All I can say is WOW. If you are looking for a decent Greek pizza, go somewhere else. If you are looking for a GREAT Greek pizza, this is the place. I always judge a pizza place by their cheese pizza. Nice little pizzeria with classic NE Greek style pizza. Haven't had the full menu, but the pizza is hitting for me. Get it with root beer, especially mushroom and pepperoni. I also get extra cook, but you do you. Service is pretty great, and I love the simple ambiance. read more

I was a bit skeptical when I saw some of the reviews but I really loved this pizza. I loved it so much I ordered it two days in a row!! The pizza is more of like a crunchy texture which I liked. The most disgusting pizza joint I've ever visited. This place had plastic sheaths hanging in front of the front door - completely open to the elements. The floor was disgustingly unclean as was the appearance behind the counter, including the staff, storage, cooking surfaces, right down to the cash register. The food was disgusting, I considered not eating it after seeing how it was stored, how it was cooked, and the appearance of cleanliness (rather, lack there of) of the staff and surroundings. I ate here after walking around Natick center and worked up and appetite. I live up Rt. 27 very close to the downtown area so I thought I would run into Pizza Plus and get a grinder for lunch. The place inside was gross, I almost didn't want to take a drink out of the cooler. THEN I was being stared down by some creepy guys and even tho I like being checked out...not soo cool. I ordered a BLT...pretty basic. I watched the guy running the counter go to a mini fridge, grab a BUCKET and threw some bacon on the grill. Sanatation, anyone? It was even UNCOVERED! I got home and I kinda enjoyed my BLT. It tasted ok! Fast foward to an hour later and me runnin for the toilet. I won't get into detail, but it was violent. I would drive up the road and go to Papa Ginos or up to Rt 9 or something. My roomate ate there a few weeks later, she kinda liked it but she's lame and already spends hours in the bathroom! read more

Been going here with wife every week or two. We always order a small pizza with two or three toppings and a small salad. The salads have always had a generous amount of lettuce, tomatoes, and croutons. The pizza has always been cooked perfectly; and I just love their garlic (not powdered). The staff have always treated us with courtesy and greet us like old friends. The only drawback I've experienced is how the restaurant itself isn't the most comfortable. I prefer to eat at restaurants instead of doing take-out. In the summer the place gets pretty warm; in winter, it's sort of cold. Obviously, if you do take-out, this is not an issue. If you're a young lady steer clear or your delivery guy might make you hug him when you're in your pajamas before you get your pizza or be told how much the guys miss when you order "yeah we miss when you come in to pick it up too" type of harassment. The food and the men who work here are run through town carnival quality. Go literally *anywhere* else downtown for better service and way better quality! Huge disappointment. I was very excited to move in next to this place, what could be better than pizza within a 2 min walk??? Unfortunately I was unimpressed with the pizza. Never had a great meal here. Pizza is much better and more reasonable down the road. One time my friend ordered the hamburger sub and all it came with was hamburger and bread! He wasn't even asked if he wanted lettuce, onion, pickles, or tomato or anything on it. Didn't even get ketchup and mustard of the side! I guess from reading everyone else's review here I will not be getting pizza here any time soon. I am however a big fan of wraps, they are pretty good here. They make a great chicken caesar wrap loaded with chicken. The place does need to get fixed up it is a definition of a hole in the wall but I will still come here. read more
