Amazing pizza, salads, wings, falafel and perfect curbside system!

This review is not just about the pizza - that as you can see from the other reviews is delicious which is why I blindly chose the place off yelp. This review is for the service. Because of COVID-19, one of my colleagues mentioned she and her husband could not celebrate their wedding anniversary in Rome. We wanted to surprise her and lift her spirits so we thought - let's send some pizza! I spoke with Rocco and he went above and beyond. They wrote a little note on the box for me. My colleague was in tears over pizza! It's the small things like this that make a difference but it takes other kind and caring humans to make it happen. Absolutely amazing pizza that's on par with best of North End's pizzerias. Thin and delicious crust, fresh toppings and blue cheese dressing to die for. Awful experience. Rocco is very rude and ended up hanging up on us while we were on the phone because they're "too busy". So many better pizza places in Natick to order from where the customer service is so much better. read more

BEST PIZZA in MetroWest, maybe in Mass actually. You are missing out if you don't try Rocco's, not to mention a great guy and staff, always upbeat and friendly no matter how busy they are. Don't let the small size/location fool you, the food is AMAZING. read more

I used to live in New York and when I moved here I couldn't find anything close to New York style pizza. Pizza by Rocco has the best thin crust authentic Italian style pizza I've had here or in New York. Great service, great food, highly recommend. read more

This place used to be called natick house of pizza I think. It's under new ownership and management. I heard about this pizza place from a family member. His a huge fan, It was closed for a while. They remodel it, although it looks a bit bigger the place is still kind of small. Its kind of hard to find a good pizza in natick so I decided to give it a try. I tried the buffalo chicken pizza which comes topped with ranch dressing and it was amazing. The delivery driver was on point and very nice. They have Italian pizza so its nice and crunchy with plenty of cheese. The staff were super nice. I would definitely come back and try some else as they have a lot to offer. We went to Pizza by Rocco for the first time tonight. I good friend said they had the best Buffalo Chicken pizza around. I had to try it. I've lived in Natick for years and I knew Pizza by Rocco was relatively new. I jumped at the chance to try it. WE LOVED IT! It was delicious!! We also ordered buffalo wings, which were amazing! We LOVE Pizza Rocco. My family gets the calzones which are amazing. I am GLUTEN FREE, and the GF pizza is outstanding -- good enough that my non GF family enjoys it too. Rocco also is so accommodating and kind. By far, the best pizza place in Natick!!! read more

Ordered pizza to go and to be delivered. Pizza was delivered hot, and within the time period promised. Pizza was very well made. Unlike some of the other reviews this pizza reminds me of a cross between a Chicago Style Pie and NY Pizza. The crust was firm and delicious, while holding the cheese, sauce and meat for every bite. If you are hungry and a Meat Lover, the small pie (approx 18") plus a 2 liter came in at approx $17.50. A great deal for a pie for 2! Will order in again on my next trip to Boston/Natick. read more

Place just opened. We ordered online. The delivery showed up right on time. Delivery guy was super friendly The broccoli, chicken,alfredo pizza was delicious! Thin crispy crust. Doesn't look like much from the outside but you know what they say "looks can be deceiving". Rocco's has become my weekly take out spot. I have not had a bad meal or experience; friendly owner and staff. My meals are always made fresh to order. Pastas dishes rival any North- End restaurants. A must try- creamy cajun pasta with chicken and chicken cacciatore. You can add or eliminate any item without an up charge. All pasta dishes come with delicious homemade or garlic bread. Great addition to Natick in my opinion. Ordered Sicilian pizza, buffalo chicken wrap, calzone and some mozz sticks. Best wrap I have had in Natick hands down. Pizza - even just cheese - has flavor, good balance of the proportions of sauce and cheese flavor. Buffalo wrap was huge, with soft pita bread that doesn't disintegrate, and had fresh lettuce and a buttermilk dressing. Seemed like the chicken in the wrap was hand-made breaded. The owner Rocco was there when I picked up, working super hard. Don't be too impatient as they work out the kinks, the "front of the house" probably needs more training. Pizza by Rocco is awesome! The staff is great and really customer service focused. The food is awesome. Pizza is delicious and I particularly love their eggplant Parmesan sub. The care that they take to make sure you have a quality experience is evident every time I order from them. Tonight, I am so happy they are open during the Covid-19 shut down. I asked them about their sanitation procedures and they are taking great care to clean and sanitize. I would not hesitate to order from them. Thanks for being there for me, guys!! read more

This is just a note addressing Helen and Kevin's complaints about recent service at Pizza By Rocco. We too went the same day they did and were told we could not order because they could not keep up. My wife said the man there was even a little short with her. However, there was only one person manning the ovens and one person behind the counter trying to handle a great amount of business. They were OVERWHELMED! Normally, Rocco's is one of the most friendly restaurants we go to. But just like many other places, Covid and other factors have left a shortage of workers. Clearly this is what was going on. After many hours under great strain, employees can be rude. It was not a good day for them. There is a reason that the place has such a high rating. The food is great and so is the service. Service was not good on that day - but you need to be understanding of the possible circumstances sometimes. read more

Tried for the first tome tonight. Got a cheese and the typical Jonny which is basically a Big Mac pizza. Both really really good. Parking is tough so will get delivery next time. Also, the pizzas are so big my left over box didn't fit in my side by side fridge...luckily it's winter and the garage is cold! read more

decided to give Rocco's another try as it said new chef. ordered the buffalo wings as i noticed some really positive reviews on them. WORST wings ever. the skin on the wings felt raw. the buffalo sauce was liquid on the bottom of the container and didnt adhere to the wings at all. ill never order from this place again. read more
