If I remember correctly, they are "cash only." I think you can pay in USD if you want/need to. Parking in the immediate area is limited. The new Presidential (Mayor) building is literally around the corner so the curbs in the immediate area are now all painted red (no parking zones). There was a full row of small vehicles and golf carts parked in a red-zone when we were there. None were towed or got tickets but they had been newly painted in the past 48 hours (April '26). I would suggest finding "yellow" parking in the immediate surrounding area and walk to Sonny's. There is also a Sonny's "south" located at The Joint close to Punta Sur. However, they only have a limited menu of about 6 pizzas. We prefer the original located downtown. Bottom line - Delicious pizza . Worth the visit. Parking is limited. Bon appétit, y'all.

We were only checked on once during the entire meal. Although staff walked past our table repeatedly, no one offered drink refills or asked whether we wanted dessert. Meanwhile, other tables appeared to receive much more attentive service, which made us feel overlooked. One staff member was also noticeably unfriendly. They never smiled, seemed irritated, and gave the impression that they did not want to be there. Their attitude made the experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Even after our table was completely cleared, we waited another five full minutes without anyone bringing the check or acknowledging us. I finally had to get up and pay at the register on my way out. It is disappointing because the food was excellent and deserves to be matched with friendly, attentive service. We also acknowledged it to a waiter with the owner at her desk. Not once did they apologize for their bad service. With better hospitality and equal attention given to every table, this restaurant could be outstanding.
