There are mixed reviews but we left here happy. It's pricey for the area but busy, cuz who doesn't love pizza? For dine in food you order at the counter and your food is brought to your table. Lots of indoor and outdoor dining and a claw machine in the back. Service was also good. 1 star for order counter style, no tip necessary lol. Calzones are good but actually stuffed pizza with melted cheese on top. The one with ham, salami, chopped onions (great texture), and green pepper was delicious. Medium pizza spinach and garlic, with sausage added. OMG They really go to town with the minced garlic. Good amount of meat, but it seems like there were literally two spinach leaves per slice. When we arrived to Three Rivers on a Friday night at 8pm, there wasn't much open for us to choose from. Thankfully, Pizza Factory was open until 10pm and was right across the street from our hotel, the Comfort Inn. It was pretty busy when we got there (not a long line, just lots of families eating) but parking wasn't an issue. We waited in line for a little more than 5 minutes but passed the time by checking out the decorations and watching the basketball game they had on the television. We ended up ordering a mini cheese pizza for me, a small pepperoni and green pepper pizza for my boyfriend, and an order of breadsticks to share. The pizza was just okay - the crust was soft and doughy, I prefer more of a thin and hard crust pizza. The cheese also would slide off at the first bite but overall, for what we needed it was good. My boyfriend enjoyed his pizza and ate the entire thing. The breadsticks were not my favorite, and if I came here again I would probably skip them. They were pizza dough so they had that same soft doughiness that I didn't particularly love from my cheese pizza and they were pretty dry. I think that if they put a lather of melted butter on before putting the dried toppings it would have made a big difference! I also think a marinara sauce would have been helpful but they only had 'meat sauce' and as a vegetarian, I can't dip my breadsticks in that. We were hungry after an entire day hiking at Sequoia National Park, so we decided to stop by this local eatery on the way home and order one large specialty Spinach and Garlic pizza at 4:51pm on a Sunday evening. There was no line when I went in which was nice. The pizza cost $20.00 before tax and took about 20 minutes for it to be made. After purchasing the pizza and paying by credit card, I went on to Yelp to go check out the business. Yes a little backwards, but my husband was the one who picked this restaurant while I was driving so I didn't get a chance to see if there were any deals or what the rating was beforehand, seeing as we were pretty hungry and were just looking for a solid simple pizza to satisfy our appetites. I noticed that there was a $2.00 off checking offer for any medium, large, or extra large pizza. I went ahead and checked in while I was waiting in my car, and then when I went to go pick up my pizza 20 minutes later, I showed it to one of the employees and asked if they would still honor the $2.00 off, as I didn't see the offer until after I had paid. She asked her manager, and the manager was actually really nice and went ahead and gave me $2.00 back in cash, which I really appreciated. My husband, toddler, and I scarfed down the entire pizza within 15 minutes. It was really good! It was super fresh, there was a lot of cheese and the pizza was piping hot. You could taste the garlic and there was enough spinach on it. The pizza was not burnt, it was a good size and we were completely satisfied with our meal. I have no complaints, two thumbs up. They really do not hold back on toppings so be mindful that the pepperoni pizza has A LOT of pepperoni and the garlic pizza has A TON of garlic. Right, so I've read a few 1 star reviews and in defense of the place, I just want to clarify a few things. The pizza IS delicious (tried all meat, special and pesto). Their prices are posted on their website, and Yelp. They're more expensive than your normal pizza shop because their main clientele are seasonal Sequoia tourists. I can't imagine they get a ton of business during the winters when the park is closed. I never had an issue with waiting because I called in. Even if you want to eat there, just call in, pick up your pizza, find a bench to sit at. I would absolutely support this place if they were local to me. 10/10 recommend read more

The pizza was so D E L I C I O U S. Not greasy. Super delicious cheese. The sauce was very good. The lasaña on the other hand was let's just say worse than frozen lasagna I've had. How do you mess up lasagna? It was beyond too salty - like a bad herb was mixed into the bunch. My partner typically tolerated any food but even he agreed that something was off. We threw everything you see in this picture away. I went back up to the counter to order another pizza. I let the gentleman at the register know how bad the lasagna was. He gave me 20% off on the pizza (and said it in such a way as if he was doing me a favor). This is unacceptable. I have a full bowl of lasagna that cost about $15 and you give me $2 back. How is that a favor? Cleanliness: doesn't look like they prioritize cleanliness. As we passed three tables full of grease steins. Including the one we ultimately sat at. They have so many employees yet none seem to clean tables. Never called out my pizza. Waited almost 30 min. "Oh they could have called your name" was their response. I've been coming here for 20 years and it's just not the same anymore. They take zero personal responsibility for their mistakes. We a family of 6 on a Tuesday come in for a few pies. We are a diverse group with a vegan, a diabetic, a child, and the rest carnivores. They made the most simplistic pizza wrong with pepperoni instead of pineapple. The vegan calzone came out 20 minutes after everyone else was done eating. They made it wrong twice with cheese. They could have mitigated the issue if they would have come out and reported the mistakes. But instead we had to get up and say, "the whole family is eating, where is the test of the food." Food is awesome, it's easily the most packed restaurant in Three Rivers at any given day. Perfect for carb loading before a long day of hiking and journey in Sequoia national park. I don't think people come here just because it's the easiest, most convenient option; but that the pizza is actually quite good, and reasonably priced! My family and I went to enjoy some pizza with a view on Tuesday 4/15. We went around 1:30-2pm, during their rush hour and waited in line for a few minutes to order. We ordered their special, a large pepperoni pizza with breadsticks and an additional 10 wings. We waited 40 minutes before we noticed all guests who had ordered along side me had cleared the restaurant. Came here about 45 minutes before closing, the place was packed and after we ordered, customers kept comin! Despite the evening rush the staff handled it miraculously. It was clear that they worked well as a team and still kept a positive attitude and good customer service despite the crowd. Went here for dinner after a day in the national park. We've got two small pizzas, one with pesto, sundried tomatoes and garlic, the other one with garlic, olives, artichokes and pepperoni. Restaurant was not super busy at this time so our order arrived pretty quickly. We were pleasantly surprised by how great the pies tasted. Very crispy, but not dry or anything. Toppings also tasted great. We were hungry and just managed to finish them, but it was more than plenty. A mini probably would have been enough.
