Stayed in Three Rivers to visit Sequoia National Park - we checked out Pizza Factory. The place is your standard pizza restaurant with some picnic benches inside and outside. Service was alright until we realized we were charged extra for ranch when it's included and $0.35/box of to-go. We asked about the ranch, and the staff apologized and stated she thought we wanted an extra ranch. So we were refunded for the sauce. The wait for our food was quite long. The pizza was decent. The wings were very small. The mango habanero sauce isn't spicy at all. The meatball sandwich was massive. The meal was right under $50 which is quite steep for 3 things, but choices are limited in Three Rivers. Overall, not a bad call. read more

Situated in a fairly isolated location (from the perspective of a city girl) with not too many eating options around, this place is a welcome sight after a long day of exploring and hiking the Sequoias. When I walked in, I was surprised at how large the dining area was--long large tables that seat about 4-8 people, a small section for kids (at least I think so & only because I saw kids hanging out in that corner), plenty of outside seating (although it was SUPER hot when we were there so inside with air conditioning was where it was at for us). I didn't have any conversations with any of the workers so I'm not sure of the history of the place, but it felt family oriented and maybe family-owned. I love that I could see the cooks flinging the pizza dough up in the air--like a mini-show. LOL! Prices fluctuate, but at the time of our visit, it was about $20 for a large pizza, give or take. The Huz is a Ham Pizza enthusiast, and he loved that the ham had some burned edges so that it had a bit of a smoky charred taste to it. The pizza also had a pretty boss cheese pull. We also had a Meatball Pizza--solid. And I got innovated and ordered a Mushroom and Garlic Pizza (I usually get spinach with the garlic but they didn't have it on their toppings list) and that turned out well too. The Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings were super tasty, crispy, garlicky, juicy. And the pieces were good medium sizes, not the dinky size that some places have. LOL. Our stomachs were happy after our meal and we highly recommend this place to Sequoia travelers because locals, I'm sure, already know what's up. read more

Coming home from Sequoia, decided to stop at the pizza factory for dinner. Disappointed is an understatement! Called in for a for a medium veggie pizza and a medium pesto pizza with light cheese and of course, the sun-dried tomatoes as advertised. I should have had a clue when the person taking my order had no idea what light cheese meant. Twenty minutes later we arrive as we were told. We walked inside and there were two people ahead of us. We thought that we would be out of there in no time. Instead we waited 30 minutes. We noticed the person ahead of us was getting a beer and there was only one person helping her and that person was the cashier. That added on ten more minutes. The next person ahead of us came and took more time as there was only one person able to do the work of probably two or three people while other customers were in line. Alas, it's was our turn. We paid for our order and headed home. Let me add when I say pay for our order I should say we were gouged for our order it was $47.09 for two medium pizzas of course they also include $.35 a box charge for the takeout pizza. The total disappointment came when we got home, l opened the box, and found what was supposed to be a pesto pizza with light cheese, turns out to be a tomato and cheese pizza with no pesto. In all my years I have never seen a pizza with so much cheese and no pesto. It tasted so bland and so awful and so greasy that I would never come back nor would I recommend this place ever again. Meanwhile, the veggie pizza also had a ton of cheese and a ton of grease and it was mostly of black olives so may I suggest that you name that pizza rather than veggie call it black olive pizza. After a long day of driving from Oakhurst to Kings Canyon/Sequoia National park, we got to our Airbnb in Three Rivers around 4pm. Restaurant options are limited in this small town and several places were also closed being Wednesday. Pizza Factory serves up delicious pizza with plentiful toppings! You can see them hand toss the pizza dough while they're making it and the pizza comes out pretty quick. The Pizza Factory Special had REAL crispy bacon and the Pesto Sun-Dried Tomato & Garlic Pizza had a ton of garlic flavor! Definitely recommend stopping here if you're in the area visiting the parks. read more

After leaving Sequoia National Park just past sunset, my friends and I were super hungry. We tried looking for food options around Three Rivers. We didn't see much options.... We found Pizza Factory in the midst of all the closed stores in the area. This is probably one of the few shops that stays open late. We decided to dine in. One friend and I ended up sharing a medium sized pizza factory special, which came with a whole bunch of toppings including pepperoni, mushrooms, ham, onions, green peppers & bacon. It came to about 8 slices total. My friends all shared garlic bread as well. It looked different from my typical image of garlic bread, but the bread was super fresh out of the oven - hot/chewy. I liked their spin on garlic bread. Between the garlic bread and pizza slices, it was carb overload. It was quite a filling meal to say the least. Prices were decent. This was our 1st to the area but let me tell you it is beautiful. We decided to have a pepperoni pizza and a calzone. They were both hot and delicious! The employees are welcoming and very attentive. They were fairly business and we still only waited about 15 mins for our food. They have what other Pizza Factory locations have games for kids and beer on tap. However this location is a whole lot nicer and cleaner than Visalia that's for certain! I highly recommend taking the trip for Pizza Factory. This will be our new go to spot. read more

Calzones are good but actually stuffed pizza with melted cheese on top. The one with ham, salami, chopped onions (great texture), and green pepper was delicious. Medium pizza spinach and garlic, with sausage added. OMG They really go to town with the minced garlic. Good amount of meat, but it seems like there were literally two spinach leaves per slice. They really do not hold back on toppings so be mindful that the pepperoni pizza has A LOT of pepperoni and the garlic pizza has A TON of garlic.
