The service is poor and food was not great either. It seems to get worse with each visit

The service was horrible!! One of the employees got off work and had a beer right there and she didn't even look old enough, then she got in my conversation and she was yelling at me from 2 tables away!! Good thing I didn't work there she would have been FIRED on the spot!! I had to get my own napkins and silverware!! It took me 15 minutes to get my debit card back! Okay... we ordered a pizza at 5 and didn't get it until 6. It was cold and not up to quality standards. so we called and they were super busy. so we told them we would wait until 9:30 because they had no time. so when we arrived at 9:30 and obviously were ignoring us, their doors were locked, didn't answer the window for at least 10 minutes and ran out of dough. They did end up getting us things to cover the cost of the pizza. 3/5 read more

Started just fine placed our order.....then the wait.....an hour later we asked if it was almost ready (there was one other couple inside). Was told they pizza forgot to get made, pizza and breadsticks finally came o and breadsticks were cold and not cut, it was a cold chunk of cheese bread and a grease ball pizza.....for $50 safe to say that's the last visit to Abilene Pizza Hut. read more

Love their Buffett and pizzas. The staff is friendly and super nice. The food is always good when we go or order out.

The pizza was ok, the salad bar didn't have a ton of options and the tomatoes would probably not pass a food safety inspection. We had to get our own pizza plate and napkins and had to ask for drink refills. We watched an older lady (a dishwasher) sit near us complain about her coworkers while she took a break- she was loud and not professional. Our young server needed more training- sad to watch! They had a party of 25 come in....the party had called in advance, and tables and salad bar weren't prepared for that many. Watching her make drinks one at a time was the worst, we felt bad for the large group, The cloth booths need a major cleaning as does the floor (lots of trash and debris all over). I hate this but would not recommend unless a new mgr and better training is put in place asap! I wonder if it's locally owned or corporate. Believe it or not, but my family had two interactions with Pizza Hut today. Both involved a server named Katelyn. Both were exceptional. The first was a large family meal in the hut. The food was good and service from Katelyn was outstanding. Unfortunately, the restaurant is showing a lack of TLC. The place needs remodeled to get another star. The second order was a delivery to our hotel. Katelyn answered the phone and was pleasant. As fate would have it, their computer crashed after we hung up and everything about our order disappeared. When I called to check on our order, Katelyn immediately apologized and began to fix it. I was beyond impressed. Pizza Hut, you need to reward this young lady for saving your bacon. I love going to Pizza Hut especially on the days has it's bar, full of salads etc. Steff always friendly and always filled glasses. The service was excellent. The atmosphere is really nice too. Low music. Highly recommended read more

We tried ordering an online order scheduled for 7:45pm. The app sent a text message stating the order was ready and being sent out 30 min early. At 7:50pm we called to see where the order was and was told on the phone that the order went out at 7:44pm. I called again at 8:20 and was rudely told on the phone that they couldn't find my order anywhere. I asked who I spoke with earlier who said it would be out and was put on hold. Almost 5 min later I was told they were going to remake the order and send it out and when we asked if they were going to comp the meal we were told no. When we were trying to asking why they hung up on us. We will not be going back and will be telling friends and family about this. Being 1 hour late on the meal and then being hung up on when we just wanted any answers, not okay. read more

Only in town one night. Stayed at a local hotel and ordered pizza instead of dragging everyone out somewhere. They need to update their menu online as there were a couple things they don't carry anymore that were still up. When the pizza finally arrived the delivery person pulled it out of the bag sideways which should've been a clue as to what it would look like. At first the box didn't want to open. That was because it was glued to the bottom of the box with cheese.(see pic below). They also didn't include marinara sauce with the mediocre lukewarm cheese sticks. read more

I would leave a 0 if I could. We ordered a taco pizza for delivery and it was delivered without salsa, the order was incomplete. When we told the delivery driver the salsa was missing he told us that he was new and he didn't know what to do. I'm going to say this multiple times, your staff need better training! We called the store multiple times and never got an answer, I believe we were hung up on three time when put through to the GM from the Pizza hit call center. Eventually a call center agent told us to go into store and they could give us a complimentary pizza and refund our money. When we went into store and asked for the Manager she refused to come out, her name is Amber. She never once accepted responsibility and blamed others every chance she got. We asked that the cost of the pizza be refunded and they she makes us a new one for the mistake to which she responded by crediting to our account and she ordered us a new pizza. We then asked her for proof that the account had been credited but found out that she had charged the supposed free pizza to the account that she credited this negating the credit she gave us. When we confronted her about her using the credit she gave us she looked at us dumbfounded and lied saying that it automatically did that and then walked away. We informed her that we would be speaking with the GM the next day, she seemed unconcerned. We would expect more professionalism from a manager. Absolutely appalling ! read more

We have been going to this Pizza Hut for a month now and the food is good the only thing is when we ask what kind of creamer they have they say it is the power kind. Well that is not the kind we want (liquid) is the best and Liquid is the kind we want. Please fix this. read more

Usually pizza huts pizzas are really good but somethings wrong there the pizzas are so greasy we wont eat thete anymore.

In the past this location was very curtious and friendly. They have long since lost that. They removed all the things that Pizza Hut was know for on their salad bar. And when I had questions about salad bar all I got was it was a cost reason even though I was not the only customer that had come in for salad bar or lack there of. It is all of this that I will not use their store anymore and would not rector to anyone. read more

Things have turned around since my last review. They do honor online deals now and have for a time.

Well, I was only sick for about 16 hours after eating their pizza, I guess that's better than 24 hours. The place was empty right at the prime supper time, I guess that should have been my first hint. read more

One of the worst Pizza Hut restaurants we have ever visited! Gave it one star because the pizza was cooked well, but the wait staff spoiled the visit. We tried to call ahead, but no one answered the phone (& we witnessed this many more times while we were there)! They were not busy at all--two small tables when we arrived & both left before our food was served. Most of the time, no one was around--served our own drink refills from the station in the restaurant & no one bothered to bus the two tables that left while we there. A BIG disappointment!! read more
