Very bad service! I would not order from here. I am at a nearby hotel but the person I called said they could not deliver to my location. My order was eventually placed but my order was incorrect. The Pizza here is made with Love. The service at this location is awesome. The restaurant is always clean and very comfortable. Me and my son walked in and were not greeted at all, everyone just starred at us like we were crazy. I had to call the restaurant while sitting at a table in the front to get somebody's attention. The old Pizza Hut that was here before it got destroyed by bad weather was way better. The employees are rude, especially the manager. I will never come back to this Pizza Hut location. This Pizza Hut has been recently updated (exterior and interior) and it really shows nicely. HOWEVER, this Pizza Hut has let itself GO....meaning the staff don't care anymore and have given this Pizza Hut (located by McDonald's on MacArthur Drive) a bad name. FOR EXAMPLE, I went twice this month and EACH TIME I had a waitress who was bored, sluggish, unprofessional, unkept, tired, nasty, ETC. In addition, the pizza was soooo full of grease that I literally threw up once I got home. The hot wings were literally DRIPPING with sause. They were soaking WET and so disgusting. The pasta was BURNT and the menu was only ONE PAGE. I was VERY disappointed and will no longer be eating at this Pizza Hut until they get it together....HERE I COME DOMINO'S PIZZA!!!!!!! ____________________________ UPDATED REVIEW: I have been back to this Pizza Hut a couple of times and have really enjoyed it. I love the vibe inside and it's really comfortable and never crowded...almost like a cool hangout spot with about 2 of your friends during the week or weekend. I've made Smarter choices about my food. I truly feel like Pizza Hut's topping ingredients have changed for the worst..so now I order the cheese pizza every time I go (can't go wrong there) and it always tastes PERFECT!!! I also went to their Lunch Buffet ($6.00) and it was very average. Only one or two things on the buffet line (which wasn't much) was tasty. This Pizza Hut is the worst pizza place ever. I have ordered a pizza for more than 2 hours and yet I have gotten my pizza. They then lied saying that the pizza is on the way yet isn't being delivered. And finally, they decided to say that the order wasn't set for delivery despite the option was chosen on the website. They don't even do cash anymore because they are apprehensive from the fact that a driver has been robbed ONCE. read more
