Update: Ordered from BJ's this past weekend while back in town visiting family. The crust used to be one of the things that set them apart from any other pizza place in town, and beyond. Was disappointed this last trip with the lack of taste in the crust. It made the entire pizza taste bland. Dare I say that the crust taste frozen? Definitely not the standard I grew up with. As far back as I can remember there has always been a BJ's Pizza in Pineville and Alexandria LA. This is by far the best pizza in both towns and nothing has changed in at least 30 years. The smell of the restaurant when you walk through the door instantly reminds you of where you are. Nostalgia About the only thing that has changed is the fancy digital menu above the ordering area. We are in town for the day visiting our family and figured why not grab a pizza from BJ's. We placed our order and sat in the booth eagerly awaiting that traditional rectangular cut pie. I do t know why but anybody that has ever eaten their pizza will swear to you that it tastes totally different if it's cut in triangles. The pizza was just what we expected, amazing! After being a regular customer for years, it's time to say BYE. Pizzas delivered to wrong home, left on ground and this somehow turned into "this against our protocol, let us look into it" to "you should've answered the phone when the delivery guy called". 1) so you just leave food on the ground outside unattended? 2) we have 3 signs w our address visible from the street, along with a mailbox with house number 3) NO ONE EVER CALLED I could list multiple other things that happened during this incredibly rude conversation but don't least enjoy your time. AMAZING PEOPLE AND FOOD!! I'm from Chicago originally, best pizza city in the United States, and BJs just about surpassed my cities pizza. The manager was very polite, as well as the workers. The layout is very nice and intimate, we had a party of 8 and everyone was accommodated perfectly. Including my 1 month old son. When the pizza came it was cooked perfectly and the wait was about 10 minutes. It was so good we ordered another pizza to go. I live in Leesville and wish they opened one closer to me. I officially announce BJs Pizza House the best pizza place in ALL of Louisiana. Couldn't have been ANY better. read more

Best pizza in the area!! I grew up right down the road and I have loved BJ's Pizza ever since I was a kid. The premium ingredients and great tasting dough makes for the best pizza in Rapides Parish. I get so excited when I'm around the area because I am gaurenteed to stop by and get a pizza to go. Preferably the Full House. I have had pizza in NY and in Chicago. They both suck compared to here. If you have a problem with the pizza and you decide to call the next day the management team of the Ball location wants to lecture you on you reporting the issue the next day. Twice we have received our pizza around 2 hours after placing the order and both pizzas were cold both times. No apologize were offered for their incompetent staff just a 2 dollar coupon that you receive in the mail anyways. If the management would have just apologized we would have accepted that and moved on and continued ordering from them but not now. We always supported BJs because we believe in supporting our locals before any big chains but looks like we will be supporting those chains from now on. read more
