This store really needs better management, I called to order in the afternoon a couple days ago around 4-5pm which I understand can be busy for fast food restaurants, but it took around 5 minutes for someone to even answer and who my husband went to pick up the pizza it wasn't even ready until 10 minutes later than we were told and it was completely wrong. When he asked to talk to the manger about it a young lady with a terrible attitude said all they could do was remake it and that they were busy, No apology or any respect. With this said the lady who had given us our pizza was very nice and understandable, I just wish the same could be said for her manager. read more

Went there for lunch today. Sign said, order at window. 10 mins later someone said, just have a seat. 15 mins later, server stopped by...30 mins later, no food. Went to ask and she said, oh I forgot to put your order in. No apologies were offered. I'm done with PIZZA HUT!!! Should be negative stars for rating!!!! read more

Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. Pizzas piling up in the oven wait for our food was a good 30 minutes if not longer and when we got it it was in to go boxes...we were dine in. Luke warm food at best. If I could give it less than a 1 I would! read more

Wish I could leave negative stars. Ordered the supreme pizza. Had been good in the past. This time almost nothing on it. When I called, asked to speak to manager I was told she was busy. After insisting she finally got on the phone. I told her the situation. She said I could bring it back for a "remake" I explained I live 20 away. Very odd ,it says order at counter and have a seat but they did ask us to have a seat and they came to take our order. Waitress was nice but we had to ask for silverware and red pepper. With our wings the ranch was an additional fee of 81cents. No huge deal but I thought this aways came with wings. When we got ready to leave I asked for a box to take our left over pizza ,I was given a paper box.. I asked for a larger box so I was given another small paper box. Horrible service, I'd give it a 0 if I could. Ordered 2 pizzas, wings, breadsticks at 6:55pm. Website said it would be ready at 7:30pm. Husband shows up to pick it up, it's not ready. He pays and then waits. He waits over an hour, checking with the woman at the counter who refuses to give him a time when it will be ready. Finally they shove the pizzas and wings at him. He asks about the breadsticks, they don't have them, they will credit his account. At this point it's after 8:30pm, he tells them forget it and asks for a refund. Woman at the counter says she'll have to contact corporate and they will issue a check. A what?! No apology, just a "we have all new staff." I get it, but stop taking orders if you can't handle it! If you had no breadsticks why did you charge him and then not tell him!? Never again, Pizza Hut! read more

I tried it, it was OK but nothing special. I used to work at a Pizza Hut in high school and it seems that they have cut way back on the amount of toppings per pizza and cleanliness. It had a buffet as well that I would not eat from just by looking at it. One should not expect great food from Pizza Hut, that being said this one meets the substandard criteria. read more

Not sure why all the bad reviews. We've never had any issue with the Pizza Hut. Our orders have always been right, they even show you your pizza and ask you if everything is good before you leave the store. The people that work there are also super friendly. read more

Ordered a pizza for takeout the other night. Husband paid at window and then was asked to pull forward. After about 20 minutes went inside still no pizza. Said they messed up and was making another pizza. My husband said no. Didn't have the time, asked for his money back and was refused. Said it would be added to some forms of credit on our phone number. Well, we needed our money back not credit. Husband left. No pizza, no returned money, 17.00 dollars. She put my husband on the phone with someone whom I assumed was manager. He also stated money could not be returned. I called, asked why my husband's money hadn't been returned she says, oh you're the one who ordered the pizza! He's already spoke to our manager! And hung up on me!! So folks we won't be going back. If they mess up I shouldn't be made to wait another 20 minutes, and not be refused my money back!! These people were rude and I've never been refused my money back! So watch your wallet at Pizza Hut. Do NOT PAY unless your pizza is in front of you. They say they cannot return your money and only give you credit and we paid cash money!! read more

My family and me just moved to this town and came in one night for dinner. We ordered chicken wings and stuffed crust pizza. The wings came out and my fiancé took the first bite. He had chewed and swallowed the piece before looking and realized it was raw and bloody. The manager came and got them and returned with a new set ten minutes later. We just boxed everything up and left. When we came back the next day to let them know he was sick they said there was nothing they could do and could not offer a refund or gift certificate. Aweful service. Took 45 min to get personal pan pizza. What a joke . Do not waste your money or time.

They have some nice workers, but all of the waitresses are stuck up and mean they will change your tip so they will get more money. I used to go here every Friday and one manager named Dean is really nice and knows who we are and has our pizza and total ready right when we walk in to pick the pizza up. They have a drive thru which makes it easy to pick food up and is usually fast to get through. read more
