The pepperoni was hidden under the cheese which made it even better. The bacon was whole bacon pieces. My wife had a grinder and the bread was airy not too thick. You could tell it was made fresh. Our first trip: Ordered pizza on app yesterday for delivery today at 4. Arrived the front desk said I had no order, then said it was in Lexington, I showed them the order. He apologized and ask me if I wanted to wait. What a clean, well kept, punctual friendly establishment this place is! I've had Bellacino's in Lexington before and it was good too, but this location just seemed better. My husband and I came here for lunch because I was craving a salad and he was craving a sub! We both got exactly what we wanted and both meals really hit the spot. I went with a Greek salad and added some steak for my protein, with Greek dressing. It was so big I couldn't finish it all, but it was absolutely delicious! I'm a sucker for a Greek salad and this place has a good one. My husband ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch sub and the second he took a bite, he was very pleased with his choice! I kinda envied his order and realized I would need to order a sub next time too. The dining area was very clean and felt very welcoming. This was first time trying Bellacino's and it was pretty good. I ordered a small pizza with cheese, pepperoni and olives (I didn't get any pepperonis) but the pizza was still good. The nachos were pretty good. It was hard to reach the chips all the way at the bottom though. The cinnamon sticks were really good though! I definitely would try them again, will just make sure to check my food before I leave. Service was great though. I ordered online and was greeted and taken care of quickly. However 16" was more like 14", extra cheese was more like regular cheese and the onion rings were most likely made the moment the order was placed and sat on a shelf for 25 minutes until the pizza was finished. I don't have enough adjectives to describe how bad his place is. Called in an order for a Reuben Sub. Arrived, no greeting, employees seem to hate their jobs. Management needs to take a serious look at how this location performed on the night of 05/09/2025. Our Grandson was visiting from the upstate and was excited about eating at the Irmo, SC location. We ordered a 16 inch pizza, cheese breadsticks and a side salad. Things then went south. The salad came out after about 20 minutes. The bread sticks 20 minutes later. After an hour i checked on the pizza only to be told it not only had not been made, the order had been lost. i was offered a refund or i could wait 12 minutes for it to cook. 30 minutes later we checked and yes it was ready, it was sitting on the counter. no one thought to bring it out. Apologies were made, but by now we were no longer interested in eating. we boxed it up and left. Several families experienced the same service and the general consensus was everyone had the same opinion about orders being dropped and slow to no service. One lady got her refund and left with her 80 year old parents after waiting as we had. This was supposed to be a special family outing for her as it was for my family. The table was dirty when we sat down so we wiped it clean. at least we did our part. read more

I had went to this location for the first time since living in the area and I have too say that this place has the best sandwiches (grinders) that I have eaten. They beat out subway by a mile and continue eating at this place from now whether I want a grinder or a pizza they are both great and would recommend this place to anyone to go and their favorite pizza or try a new one and also try their grinders with your favorites on them or try something new you will not be unhappy with your choice. read more

I love bellacinos, grew up on it as a kid. The food is typically good, except the one time that our grinders tasted like they had been throw together with items that were going bad. The service. Man, the service is on a steady decline. Last time I had to have my pizza re-cut because I couldn't even saw through it with the spatula they provide. I'm all for teenagers and young adults earning a paycheck, but they might want to look into getting a more seasoned employee or two in the mix. read more

My wife and I had dinner at this location last night. It was terrible. Her lasagna was so undercooked you could not bite through the pasta. My spaghetti sauce was nothing more than tomato sauce with a ton of sugar added. It was sickening. We will never eat at this establishment again. read more

Wow! We had a meat lovers pizza. The crust was perfect. The sauce was perfect. It was loaded with meats. It was delicious. My daughter ordered the chicken grinder. Very good. I meant to take a picture. But she started in on it before I could pull my phone out. Lol. My entire family enjoyed it very much. The staff were friendly. Very nice. The atmosphere was good.
