It has been about 6 years since my last visit to Pizza Hut in Bolivar Mo (my hometown) back in October of 2015 due to horrible service on my last review. I thought since I prefer to support local I would give them another shot, who knows, maybe there is new management? NOPE! Called to order a pizza for delivery and was told 40 minutes. 1 hour and 20 minutes later I called to see if the order was on the way or not and I was told it was delivered. They claim they must have sent it to the wrong address... So now it is too late for me to eat before my meeting and I am going without. Waiting to see how long it takes them to process a refund for my order and over 20% tip I paid for via my card when I placed the order. Don't look for me to spend my money there again. read more

Restaurant was clean. We were greeted with a friendly smile & good service. Salad bar was clean & fresh vegetables. Pizza was perfect.

Really? Really? Not only were they 45 minutes late...but look at the pictures and see what my friend received. After one mistaken and late delivery attempt (which was refunded), my friend waited for her second food order to be delivered for 45 minutes (45 minutes from the time they texted saying it's on the way) and then the driver telling her they messed up the order & remade it (that's what took so long even though the manager lied to her and just told her that it was out on delivery the entire time), she gets her food to have it to be messed up AGAIN! An hour and a half later and she still has nothing to eat!! And the Manager has been very rude and says they can do nothing more. How about make a normal pizza? I know theres a lot of bad reviews however a lot of these are a lot older reviews. When i went to this place they had my pizza out fpr me in 10 minutes and i was hesitant at first because of the yelp reviwes however when i brought that up the an employe they told me that they had gotten new mangement and it was a pretty good pizza in my opinion so I say this place is having a new fresh start read more

I would give zero stars if I could. The customer service at this Pizza Hut is absolutely terrible. If you're a gambler, you should try this place! It's a 50/50 chance they will get your pizza order correct on your first try. It's a gamble. read more

This is your average pizza hut, except for two things. #1. They have the worst parking lot I have ever seen! I guess they expect Bolivar citizens to show up in their farm trucks because that's the only way to navigate/survive the steep hill and millions of large pot-holes. #2. No one on staff looked over 18 years old and they apparently had no idea that customers generally need their drinks re-filled during their meal. At some point our waitress ignored us and the boy at the door heard us complaining and re-filled our drinks and apologized. However, he missed two people at our table, and never came back. The drinks stayed empty. We considered getting up and filling them ourselves because the waitress station was in sight but decided against it. I'll stick to delivery pizza from here out. read more

Horrible service, pizza had no cheese on it and when asked if I could get a pizza with cheese the manager grabbed the pizza box and literally through it in the kitchen, pizza went everywhere, all over the walls and floors where it stade for at least the next 14 min. I've had my orders messed here multiple times. Nothing against the place it just seems like 2 times out of 3 my food is ether poor quality (ex. A few times all the toppings slid to one side of my pizza, another time the pizza had to much toppings so it didn't cook all the way through) or just the wrong order in general. I have called and they have replaced my order every time it has happened but I'm not really a fan of gambling on if my dinner is going to be cooked all the way. Other than that it is Pizza Hut you get what you pay for. read more

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut dozens of times. The order is always exactly right, they are there on time, and the food is the usual height of quality I expect from a Pizza Hut. I have also dined in several times and while their buffet is not as extensive as other Pizza Hut's it is still of high quality. read more

We went to the Pizza Hut buffet today in Bolivar Missouri, (we have a Pizza Hut here in Buffalo Missouri but the one in Bolivar until recently has been much better than the one in Buffalo) when we walked in there were people ahead of us waiting to be seated, they all said they had been waiting for awhile. When someone finally came to seat us I ordered their lineup 8 piece wings and their lineup chocolate chip cookie before we sat in our seats. They never came until after we finished what little meal we had. I had to go to the waitress station to ask for a refill on my Pepsi. They kept promising that more pizza was coming out. Every so often one pizza came out and of course was gone almost immediately. Then our waitress finally told us that they had 25 to go orders that they had to fill before they could concentrate on the buffet. That is NOT right. We paid for the meal if they can not handle the to go orders and keep up with the buffet they should not do the to go orders during the buffet. Then as we were at the register the lady just walked away without saying a word, she went over to the drive through window and gave someone five pizzas and took their money. We were at the register before these people drove up, we should have been taken care of first. The service was bad, we had to wait to be seated and to pay and no one offered a sorry. The one time a couple of pizzas were put up to be put out I had to ask someone to put them out, they just kept walking past them as myself and other customers were waiting for them. This Pizza Hut used to be a good one. Now we either go to Caseys or just get a decent frozen pizza at home. The last few times we have gone to this location it has gotten worse. But, they do not care, they know people will keep coming back anyway. Nobody there was rude to us but they were not polite either. I did leave the waitress a three dollar tip even though I did not think it was earned. But, I know I would have been the bad guy if I did not leave some kind of tip. read more

I order carryout pizza at this location.....ALOT. a couple nights ago, placed my order. arrived a bit early. lady at window said "about 8 minutes left" I said ok no problem. then, SHE DISAPPEARED! finally, after an ADDITIONAL 18 minutes, another girl came to window. she asked what I had. I told her, I also told her my pizza was ready at least 10 minutes earlier!..she finally came back with my pizza. of course it was already getting cold and I had an additional 25 minutes for the drive back home. VERY VERY MAD. most awful service I have ever had at this location. guess ill be getting my pizza elsewhere. Dominos perhaps? read more
