Just ate at Pizza Hut in Bonham and throughly enjoyed it. We ordered the hand tossed pepperoni pizza and the flavor was great. I've been in the area about 3 years and have never tried this place, but will eat here more often now. Only drawback was there wasn't a salad bar. WOULD NOT ORDER OR EAT HERE AGAIN. On my first order they did not give me some of my food I ordered. I called them and they said they could only give store credit and that was it. I ordered from them again a month and a half later and wanted to use the store credit. The manager was rude and then told me the store credit only last a month and it can't last forever. Made a order for curbside pick up, even gave a tip. Once I arrived and called to let them know I was the only one in the parking lot, I was told the curbside is no longer available and was asked to come in and get my order. I explained I wanted to retract the tip as the service was not provided. The young lady explained to me she could not refund anything but could retrieve the manager who was sitting in his car smoking. I have been on the phone for 20 min trying to order a pizza. I am at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel. I looked it up and the hotel is down the street and around the corner. I got transferred from a call center to the local store. They said I had to give them an address. I said it is the huge hotel just down the street. No, they needed an address. There are only a couple of hotels in Bonham, TX and this is by far the largest. I know that the address to the hotel doesn't come up in a search, Lord knows I have tried. We have ordered several pizzas from this place and we have had several bad experiences from the customer service and even the management! The people in this place does not care about hygiene they don't wear gloves, touch money and go back to making pizzas it's disgusting, the wait for the time is absolutely ridiculous and yesterday we ordered a pizza for delivery and when I open the box there was a huge woman's hair on it! Terrible experience. Server didn't really know what drinks they had. Then we order, after placing order received our bread sticks, had to ask for plates and utensils. After getting them and eating a few, had to go get drinks on our own. Then two of the 4 pizzas comes out- they are both wrong. The other two NEVER came out. There is no reason for this kind of treatment. The women at the counter were beyond rude. I ordered the online special $7.99 for two topping pizza. They tried to charge me $15 for said pizza. I explained calmly that was not the correct price. They refused to give me my order unless I paid the over charged price. When I explained that was incorrect they told me I was rude and said pay the price $8 more than it should have been or leave. This is a well advertised promotion of Pizza Hut so for a "asst manager" to be unfamiliar seems like a cop out! When I asked for a managers name the girl told me that the lady I just spoke with was the manager however her tag clearly says asst manager. Picked up a phoned in order. When the card charge cleared my bank there had been an additional tip added to the ticket amount. I went to the location and spoke with Nick, the manager. Nick found the original signed receipt which had my signature written in my dark ink along with the added tip figure written in a different ink - very obvious! Nick refused to consider that anything was wrong, stating "It all looks the same to me." The $$ amount is not the issue - someone in the location feels that they have the right to add tip amounts to receipts, which is theft. Somethings changed here. We walk in and they had no clean tables, I mean dishes, pizza crust, you name it on every table with 10 people running around the place. Used their paper towels to wipe their table after they said they'd be back to do it. 50 minutes later we got our cold pizza. Told them it was unacceptable to wait this long and expect this. She said she would get our bill for the sodas cause we were done......she did come back and comp our drinks and we left pizzaless. Have eaten here on several occasions, and each time has not been a good experience. The food was ok, but nothing exceptional. We have been there when the supervisor was yelling at the other workers inappropriately, including stating that one worker who wasn't there at the time wouldn't be working there after that day. It was extremely embarrishing to both the patrons and the waitresses. We have waited over 30 minutes for a pizza and given our bill before we received our food, we have been given someone else's bill, which was much more than our bill, and the last time, they overcharged us and acted as if we shouldn't have questioned it.
