Placed a mobile order for 3 pizzas to be picked up at 2pm. Arrived at 1:50 and was told it had just gotten done being cooked and just needed to be packaged. I watched the employee package all 3 pizzas and when I got home they all seemed old, as if they had been sitting under a warmer for almost an hour. I don't know if they made them earlier in the day and waited to package them when needed or their food just doesn't stay good after a 10 minute drive home. Should have read the reviews before placing this order from this location. All I can say is horrible! Ordered two pizzas and a soda. We got the pizza delivered by a Doordasher. Pizza was not fully cooked and soggy. Doordasher did not deliver the soda either. I hope she was thirsty enough to steal it from a customer. I reached out to DoorDash as well through text...got response from DoorDash that driver was being communicated, but NO response. I went to Pizza Hut on Riverstone Parkway, across from the carwash. It was $2 tuesday. $2 for a personal pan pizza. There was a young man named Benjamin working. Yes, he was the ONLY person working! Taking orders and payments, fixing pizzas, cutting and boxing them along with other items they ordered. Never once was he rude, or seemed frazzled! He kept the orders moving and i was so impressed by him that I will drive from Jasper to this Pizza Hut from now on. Service is as important as the food and he delivered both. Thank you BENJAMIN. I will never order Pizza Hut again! Worst pizza I have ever gotten from them. I tried calling customer service all they did was transferred me to a recording. NO ONE NEVER PICKED UP! We ordered 4 pizzas for our staff today 02/28/2025 $107.19 at the Riverstone location 2 of the pizzas were doughy I will attach pictures. Also, on my order I ask for delivery to be between 11:45am AND 12:00pm The delivery guy brought them at 10:56am! When I ask him for the number, he said it's hard to get through to them. NO JOKE! Customer service was the Worst experience I have ever had. What a horrible location. They can't fill an order that's placed 7 hours in advance - not can they even take a call and explain what happened and where the order is. Poor customer service, poor time management, poor customer relations.... drove to store to find out what's going on and they said they cancelled the order. Without telling anyone. If I could give a "0", I would. Absolutely horrible. My spouse and I were intrigued by the advertisement for the "Detroit Style" being fans of Chicago style deep dish. So we tried it. Ordered the one with all the meats. The ads promised edge to edge cheese. Nope. Large areas had NO cheese. The only meat was pepperoni. The taste was barely edible. Pizza Hut customer service wasn't any helpful either. I know I should have known better. It was the first time ordering from PH in years.. Lesson learned. I doubt I'll ever again. I ordered through the Pizza Hut app. I It's perfect because it tracks my order history and gives me point to apply to my next order for free food. The delivery was inside of 30 minutes and my pizza was hot and my cheese sticks were also great. I highly recommend the brownie. I saw the previous reviews and not certain it was for the same store. The delivery driver said the store has a new GM, so maybe that is why the older reviews no longer seem valid. read more

A few weeks back we had family in town and placed an order. We received a message our order was being prepared. We waited and waited and waited. No pizza. After several attempts to contact them we were told that our order had been cancelled. We waited over an hour to find that out and then placed an order with Domino's Pizza which we received. Placed another order online on my account with a verified address. Received a text my order was delivered with a picture attached which was not my house. I tried calling back and was sent to a call center which transferred me to the store which never answered. I waited 25 minutes. The following day I tried to call again. I got the same call center and again transferred to the store I ordered from and again no answer after 20 minutes. A few days later at 2:00 in the afternoon, I finally got through to the store I placed my order with and as I was explaining the issue to the person on the other end she put me on hold in mid sentence. I again waited, this time for 10 minutes before hanging up. When paying for my order I saw that a $10 tip was already added to the bill. No need to provide good service since they've already been tipped. Pizza Hut really needs to fire whoever is in charge of the delivery service. This is obviously a continuing problem. A few months ago I opened the front door to go to work and all over my front porch was Pizza Hut pizza and cardboard. I realized that someone's pizza had been delivered to the wrong address.
