We came in on a hot July day. The counter staff were nice and courteous. We had a special pizza made with white cheese, pepperoni, meatballs. and shrooms. I was impressed how fast it was ready.It was very good and filling. The gelato for dessert was very good too. It happened, the last straw. We come here frequently and despite our wishes, have the rudest, most awful service and consistently get bad pizzas. They short us on ingredients, they burn or undercook the pizzas. This gives me heartburn and indigestion. They have kids running the store who literally just don't care about anything and will give you attitude if you ask for ANYTHING. I ask for my pizzas to be well done- each time it is met with an eye roll and then they proceed to burn the pizzas. Well done does not equal black on top and the bottom floppy and undercooked. It also doesn't equal completely burned all the way through but they do not care what they serve you. They roll their eyes, mouth off and purposefully ruin the food. Then they ask if everything is okay when the pizza is literally black. There is one girl who is especially rude each time- her name starts with a V and she is hateful every single time. According to her, "we can't control the temperature of the over so that's why your pizza is burnt." The quality of the food would be so much improved if they could learn how to cook the pizzas but they just can't. We've come here for years and the service has been consistently getting worse each time. For a $10 pizza, at an establishment titled "Your Pie," we are definitely not getting our pizza the way we want it. We visit Your Pie at least twice a month, sometimes once a week. We used to love this place because we could customize our pizzas the way we wanted while still eating as a family. However, despite us trying (ex. Asking to check the pizza before serving to see if we would like it cooked more), the restaurant does not accommodate. We keep trying and I don't know why we are because it is a very frustrating and poor experience every time. Not sometimes, literally every time.  More often than not, we end up taking the pizzas the way they are even when they are not satisfactory and up to standards purely because we do not want to deal with the rude staff. And after speaking with the owner, I see where it comes from. Despite sending her everything I've mentioned above, there was never an apology issued. There was no corrective action (come in, we'll make you a new one, give us another chance, etc). She simply said "thanks for the feedback...we'll work on training our employees" and that's it. This place is very different from your typical pizza place. We didn't realize that until after we ordered. Go here if everyone in your group wants different pizza toppings. We saw large Caesar salad and ordered that as we normally do to share in addition to a large pizza. The pizza and salad arrives at the same time. Runner then came back with plates, no extra plates for salad. Oh, we have to get our own forks. So what I'm saying is that they are assuming 1 person ordered salad and everyone else eats pizza. Great 1st experience here ordering pizza for a Friday night. We were able to order right in the app and it was ready and picked up within the 15min estimated and only took a minute after arriving to grab it and be out the door. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful so the experience was easy with a correct order. We ordered the keto cauliflower crust pizza which was absolutely delicious, cheese breadsticks, and a regular white crust pizza. I have tried close to 10 pizza places in the Woodstock area and honestly none of them are any good and most are over priced. This is pretty darn good and very reasonably priced. Some of the bad reviews that I see here I have to laugh at because most of these people only have one or two reviews on their profile and I'm pretty sure they're clueless about any type of good food. I think they'd be happy with McDonald's or chicken fingers lol they don't get it. Most of the other reviews seem to be spot on. Couldn't wait to go when I saw this location. I 1st visited a Your Pie location and few years ago in Arizona and loved it. I knew I couldn't wait to go to another one. Upon visiting family, we saw this location and returned the next day. The location was large and airy. It was very clean and organized. As soon as you enter the restaurant there are menus on the wooden wall as you walked up to the ordering area in the front of the store where they make the pizza. There is also a menu on the wall to see what they have available and the sizes with the prices. Now, the offer a 7', 10' and 14' sizes and 7 is really small so watch what you are ordering. 7.99, 9.99, & 21.99 respectively. (Order 2 7' inches as it is cheaper than order 1 14'). The hubby got a mushroom, the grandson got a pepperoni, and I got a lineage. Hubby actually ordered 2 pepperonis' when he saw how small it was. My lineage included green peppers, black olives, red inions, sausage, mozzarella cheese, and mushrooms. I also added feta cheese because why not. The price was good for the value. We were given a number for the table and the food was bought right over within 5 minutes. There was red pepper, grated cheese and salt and pepper on the table. The pizzas were all nice and hot when they arrived with ample topping. I liked that they cut them into 6 slices. Flavors were very good. I love this place just to start this review!! If you have not been here run drive whatever you need to do. Create your own or try the signature pies. Favs are hot honey pepperoni and trying out the new peach prosciutto today. We have been here so many times and I can not say enough about the pizza but the staff is amazing as well. The just want to serve their guests and great food as well. Newest gem in Woodstock. Lots of seating inside and they also have a small patio.
