I don't normally leave a bad review for any restaurant due to it can always be a hit or miss especially in a college town. However, I ordered online through Door Dash which does offer a delivery option. I waited over an hour for my food. I called the restaurant to see if there was an issue to be told yes, they excepted the order knowing it the delivery option was checked but they don't deliver. I can't cancel the order and to get my money back, I have to contact Door Dash. read more

Passing through on the way home. We were excited for a sit down pizza buffet which are hard to find these days. However, when we came in, it took several minutes for there to be any fresh pizza put out, no breadsticks, no pasta out even though there were places for them. The salad was less than fresh. Basically it took about 15 to 20 minutes to fill the buffet with pizza that looked edible and that my kids would eat. 3/4ths of my kids will try anything and they refused to do so here! read more

Too many times, there are vindictive ratings based on the smallest of issues or errors. No place is perfect and I am sure this Pizza Hut is no different, but my experience for this particular restaurant/delivery service was excellent. After riding in the July heat for just over 430 miles from Colorado, we settled into the Best Western within sight of the PH, but did not feel like venturing out again. I called to inquire about sales and none available due to this Covid crisis but of course was fine. I settled on a thin crust Canadian Bacon/Beef. Two rings to answer the the clerk was friendly and helpful. She gave me a time of about 20 minutes - it arrived in 15. I could always use more toppings but was satisfied. Fulfilled and enough to take with me on the road tomorrow. Nothing wrong here from my view. Yes, based on my experience, I would recommend this small town restaurant. R read more

Arrived at 2:30 and the girl on duty didn't even welcome us . We found a seat at the only clean table , all other tables were empty but dirty. We asked if we should order at the counter or the table and was told the table. While we were waiting on a waitress another family came in and ordered 5 pizzas and caused our one pizza to take forever ... when we were told to sit down . Extremely dirty...Buffet looked old. Walked to five different tables looking for one that was clean. The person seating us did nothing to rectify the dirty tables after we pointed it out. The restrooms were vile. We had to ask for plates and silverware. The food didn't even taste like normal Pizza Hut ingredients. Truly the worst experience I've ever had at any Pizza Hut ever. read more

Showed up about 45 minutes before closing, asked if they were closed and got the reply of "unfortunately not" then she yelled out for someone and continued to do what she was doing. My friend and I are disabled veterans on a trip to get him situated. This was where we decided to stop for the night and was one of the few places open for the night and next to our hotel. Let's be honest, this place is in the middle of no where. So options were singular, this lonely Pizza Hut, with the sign on the front door that reads "Bathrooms are for CUSTOMERS ONLY!" Understandable, seeing that the town sits in the middle of the major corridor to Colorado and it's fabulous mountains. We were lured through the place for the bathrooms, decided to order something because we were starving. When I sat down and grabbed a laminated greasy menu I immediately said "YUCK!" I wanted to run from the place, but the sign on the front door about the bathroom kept on flashing through my nimble head. Seeing that we had already used their bathrooms, I felt obligated. I looked at my GF and told her we should find something that was safe. I suggested the ice tea only, she suggested we share a sandwich. We decided to share a sandwich. The waitress came over and took our order. She wasn't happy that we were sharing an entree and curtly said "That's it?" My GF politely said "Watching the weight." Waitress replied "wrong place to be doing that." After many minutes the sandwich was flopped on our table. Weirdly, it had cheese melted on top of the bun. The potato wedges were tasteless. Reminded me of the old saying that "Hunger is the best sauce." Eating here was a mistake. Made me wish I had better planning skills for road trips. Someday this location will share the fate of many businesses on this road, shuttered and rotting in the hot Texas sun. read more

Terrible, terrible service! Asked if we were dine-in or take-out. We told him dine-in. He then asked booth or table. We said booth. He said just pick one...really?! Then, after waiting 15 minutes watching the young man behind the counter talking on the phone and sipping on his drink, we got up to leave. He met us at the counter and asked if we were ready to order. Yes, 15 minutes ago we were, but we're not now! There was one other table of people and us....that's it. So they were not busy. Now we know why! Also, the place smells bad, like mildewed carpet and the windows were filthy. And just so you know, this is my first bad review of a restaurant...I'm not difficult to please...but this was ridiculous. read more

Placed my order on the app. ordered 3 pizzas 1 large extra pepperoni, 1 med. garlic sauce with beef and it. sausage and 1 med PINEAPPLE and Bacon. Drove 13 miles to pick up my pizzas. Drove up tp the drive up window and watched a woman with pink in her hair prepare someone order and after a few minutes another woman came from the back and finally notice me. Said she didn't hear the bell. Paid for my pizzas and drove 13 miles back home. Got home and discovered that instead of garlic sauce I got nothing and instead of PINEAPPLE I got pepperoni. How do you mistake pepperoni for Pineapple? I did call and talked to the manager Erica. She said sorry and offered to remake the pizza but I refused cause I didn't want to drive a total of 26 miles just to get my correct pizza. She did give me a credit. I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut because I always got incorrect orders and it looks like things have not changed. read more
