Pizza was too salty. Sauce wasn't good. Very oily. Cheese steak pieces were thin and over cooked. Never will order Domino's again.

I haven't had Pizza Hut in over a decade but Dominos doesn't deliver to my new place. Had a bad experience then and different but bad now. Not even the same state so it's not just a specific location. We ordered: -Pizza with 1/2 sausage, 1/2 spinach -Stuffed Garlic knots (includes marinara) -Cinnamon sticks (includes icing) We got: -Pizza with 1/2 sausage, 1/2 cheese ( not even spinach on the wrong side) -Barely stuffed knots, NO marinara -Cinnamon sticks & icing (technically correct but look nothing like advertised) ALL of this showed up room temperature and sub par. When I called they offered to remake it or a credit for next time. It already took almost an hour the first time, I'm not waiting that long for more crappy food and I don't want to eat Pizza Hut ever again after this. When I asked for even a partial refund on this order, they said they'd have to bring it in cash, although I paid with a card, and I would need to give the food back. Are you bring me better food from somewhere else in the process?...What am I supposed to do for dinner this late on Sunday in a small town? I definitely wouldn't have gone for ANY pizza if I could leave. Needless to say, I am still not a Pizza Hut customer and hope they've figured something in another 15 years if they're even in business and I decide to give it another try. read more

This picture of the cup has been sitting here for AT LEAST a week... the pizzas are made without gloves or proper PPE. The guy was digging in the ingredients with his hands... this is not a hand tossing joint. He also rubbed his beard, ran his hand along the counters and washed buckets in the sink ALL while making the pizzas. I'm not sure I will be able to eat this order... read more

Will never order from here again. My husband ordered $50 worth of food at 5:21pm. 6:45pm rolls around and our food still isn't here. He calls the location and they tell us it's on the way. Mind you this store is 10 minutes or less from us. 7:20 comes and we call as it's been two hours since our order! The girl on the phone says it's on it's way. My husband voices his frustration and the girl credits our account $5! $50 worth of food and over two hours of waiting and their response is a $5 credit. No! Will never never order from here again! Wow! People in front of us had to clean their own table with a dirty rag that an employee gave them. There was only one table occupied but all the tables were dirty. As we waited the cook in the back used her bare hands to scratch then used the same bare hand to place breadsticks in the pan. We waited for about 10 minutes with no one acknowledging that we were waiting. As we left I thought of an episode of horders with the amount of filth in the dining room. Never will be back. They updated the inside but took out the salad bar which was the major draw for me. The pizza is good but the cucumbers in the salad were slimy and the salad was just them, the iceberg lettuce, cheese, and tomato. Not impressed. The server was sweet though. read more

I called for delivery to Ft Rucker on a Fri night 20 Feb 15 at 8:20pm during a peak time. Was on hold for a few seconds. Lady on other end was very prompt professional and nice. I placed an order online to pay in the store. When I arrived, the employee cutting the pizza called for someone to come to the register. No one did, so she frustratingly walked over and asked if she could help me. I said I was here to pick up, and she rolled her eyes and threw her hands up as if to say "yeah, and?" Someone else then walked over, and asked if she could help me, so I again said I was here for pickup, and indicated number two on the screen (which showed my name). She also seemed confused as to what I wanted and asked for my name. Haven't even eaten the food yet, but I won't be visiting this location again. read more

Store has abnormally higher instance of failed attention to detail. Uncut pizza's, incomplete orders, website does not reflect currently offered items. I have yet to have an order not come with a phone call to fix a problem. Chances are high I will refrain from ordering from pizza hut in the future from this location. Hungry Howies has better pizza anyway, and they offer cheese stuffed crust. read more

The first time we ate here, the food was terrible. We had some pasta bowls. I don't think the girl cooking had any idea how to make them. So we waited a year and have now ordered a pizza. We ordered the pizza before 6 pm. It's after 7 and no pizza. This will be the last time we eat here. read more

They advertise delivery, but do not offer it through their website. You have to call and ask for delivery. I'm not sure if pizzahut changed their recipe or if it's just THIS pizzahut but its not good. My kids said Little Ceasars pizza is better and its a lot cheaper... read more

One of only two delivery places in Daleville, but doesn't deliver at lunch time and you can't pay with a debit card over the phone. Also, they don't honor nationwide deals, so ignore the commercials. read more

I am not a fan of the Pizza Hut personally, I have ordered it a few times because they deliver to my office. I don't mind doing business with them they are always nice to deal with. Some of the male drivers look like they need to shower more. read more

They just remodeled and it is looking nice and clean. The server was nice and quick. The place was not crowded. However the cook had no gloves I had a small problem with this but I still ate the pizza and it was ok the chicken alfredo was delicious and so were the wings. read more

I have ordered from here a few times and it has never been anything to brag about but tonight I ordered a lot of wings and quite a few of them were still raw and undercooked. Being a prior GM of Pizza Hut, Qdoba, and Macaroni Grill I have an above average knowledge that raw chicken can carry quite a few food born illnesses. The manager on shift gave me an excuse about not being able to change the time on the fryer. Needless to say this is not my first issue with this location and their below average OSHA annual rating is not surprising. The hand tossed supreme pizza was awesome! The delivery driver was awesome and I gave him a 10$ tip. I'm only about a mile away from Pizza Hut but still only took 30min for my pizza and wings to get here! (The wings are also great). read more

This Pizza Hut is a joke and I think just like the others on this page that it should be shut down and let a real pizza place in like Papa Johns or Hungry Howie's even Dominos come in and take its place. Whoever thought of charging for a delivery $3.00 is a outrage the customers should not have to pay extra to have their order delivered and a tip that is BS no tip for the driver to bad. My original order was a 2 topping pizza for $7.99 plus tax oh and I added extra cheese it was $2.00 more.
