My transaction was very simple. I stopped and went in for simple soft tacos and a burrito supreme. The service was fast, accurate and simple. They were pleasant and easy going. The building seems newer and is clean and well maintained. My table top was clean and had been recently wiped down. My food came up in just a few minutes and was hot and made well. New in town and stopped to grab something quick before heading to the hotel and I ordered a mini taco salad with chicken instead of beef. Settled down to eat and the taco salad had no meat at all. It was already getting late and i had been driving for several hours so I just ate the salad as it was but I was disappointed. read more

Ordered from drive through got home and nacho cheese was so cold stirring in sauce was chunky. Liquid in bag that I thought was just a little juice, but I opened a taco and the tortilla and wrapper were so wet it felt like it was dunked in the fountain drink. I returned to get it remade but when going in and seeing food prep done while all this maintenance was going on and cleaning supplies and mess / disgust and unsanitary working space I decided a refund was more appropriate. My daughter just started working here and I was texting her about how bad it was. When I went back to get her from work I took photos because while I was there I just wanted to get away from there. The pics attached aren't even as bad as it was about 2hrs earlier when I returned my food. I don't see how this is safe for employees or healthy for customers. I can never trust food from this Taco Bell again. I recommended my daughter look for a job elsewhere but it's her choice there. read more

Went through the drive through and sat there for about 10 min. Not sure if they took the order for the car in front of me. Waited patiently, but they didn't tell me anything until it turned midnight then they turned off the computer menu in the drive through. I get it that you want to go home from work early but so do I and just wanted to grab some food after a long day at work. If you are going to close early change your hours so I don't bother driving there from work. read more

Order meal in the drive-thru, got home......absolutely nothing correct. Drove back to get right order, went in the drive-thru. Double checked one bag and got it wrong AGAIN. theres a Sign up in drive thru says cash only. I ordered but girl insisted on interrupting me cash only. I said yes cash. I ordered 3 hard shell supremes. 3 soft shell supremes and blue raspberry. i said it 3 times. She never repeated order back correctly and I yelled it. once got to window she threw order at guy attending window. He handed me the order which I informed him was wrong. The girl came and yelled at me because she didn't get the order right. Kept telling me I was going to pay for it. I asked cost she never said. Bad attitude. The girl does not deserve to work in customer service. I never yelled just told her she needed to apologize and get orders right. Such a bad experience. We couldn't even dine there on a Friday night at 11:30. I understand many places are having staffing problems and that your employees also want to enjoy their weekend but in a extremely small town with already very few dinning options, you should really post on the doors or the speaker to order that you are closing early. read more

There is definitely a need for help at this s Taco Bell. The waiter just stands there with a look of discuss as you are wondering if they are going to acknowledge you or if you are supposed to just start ordering. The wait is very long. 4 people scrambling in the back, but I'm the only customer. Place does appear to be semi clean. Very old layout, i'd recommend remodeling. read more

I'm honestly pretty impressed with this Taco Bell. Let's be real, it's just fast food. I'm not expecting a five star dining experience. But this Taco Bell location always comes through. Always have my correct order and it's never just thrown together and slammed in a bag. The employees don't act like they hate their jobs either so it's always a pleasant experience. read more

Always satisfied when I come to this Taco Bell. I've never had any issues. Love the triple double crunch wraps. They're to yummy.

Almost always gets the order wrong or fails to pay attention to minor requests (like side of baha, etc). The location is ideal and the food is fair- just make sure to check your order before driving off. read more

Without question the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. Unfortunately it's the only one right outside of post....so don't expect improvements since there is no competition. Standard wait till mrs in the drive thru are upwards of 15 minutes. It is Saturday mid-day and I've ordered but am waiting behind two cars going on 20 minutes....horrible. Very odd layout for a Taco Bell. The service was good. The food was good. The layout has much to be desired. Don't know what they were thinking but there are a number of almost couch like seating areas. Kinda a cross between a Taco Bell and a coffee shop. My experience was ok but it would has been very bad if I had to sit in one of those areas and not have a table in front of me. Poor design. Good food. read more

typical Taco Bell: ok food if you're in a huge hurry...but consistantly with ALL other Taco Bells across the country, they screw up the order (usually by forgetting something). It's like they train their employees to leave out a random item of every order. read more

This is obviously a taco bell not a fancy restaurant so the 5 stars is on the Taco Bell scale. Easily the best taco bell I've been to. Everyone is always really friendly and the food is always made perfectly. So good! read more
