I worked here a month back & I'd never give anyone who came to McDonald's something I'd never eat myself! BUT TONIGHT, it was just horrible. Night shift just doesn't give a Crap ab anyones food!!!!! I had cold fries & came around to ask for fresh ones only to get the SAME ONES I gave them back again & the girl I handed them to just had a whole attitude & slammed the slide door hard. Like I said before I've worked here & the door closes the way you close it so there's no way in hell that door would b able to slam on its own. Ik it's frustrating having to work in a fast paced place but at least try and b nice & also try to think ab your customers! We are the reason why you guys are still open!! They went to the back to hide after giving the bag back w the same cold fries! & I'm sure they probably just dump the fries back into the grease & give them back! The worst McDonald's there is, ever was, and ever will be. It looks like a waiting room in purgatory, it smells like a taxi with a faint hint of bleach, and it tastes like they went rogue and started microwaving breakfast sandwiches from the freezer at Speedway. I feel substantially worse about myself simply for having been here, and cannot shake the feeling that every good thing I've ever done in my life has just been canceled out. read more

We've been here three times this week while visiting with family for a few weeks. We're greeted by virtually the same staff every time. When I say WE, I mean myself and two small children; loud, excited, HUNGRY children. Ms. Lora at the front is a sweetheart, as are all of the other women who helped us gather our meal behind the counter. Both managers out front made time to stop by and talk to us while we ate. Even the gentlemen tending to the mopping smiled at my babes and told us to have a great day as we left. The staff never once made me feel silly for wrangling my kids back into their seats or asked my daughter not to holler about her yummy pancakes for the 5th time. In fact, one of the managers (all black clothes, long, dark and wavy hair) brought by a small book for my daughter to entertain herself while my son finished eating. Overall, I don't like going to McDonald's- ever, anywhere. The first day, we were on our way to the park and wanted a quick meal.. We came back another two times within a week and a half because our experience was like this not just the first time, but each time. What kind folk they have on that shift. Beware, if you drive -thru order from this McDonald's you are forced you to park in an annoying spot no matter if there is a car waiting in line behind you or not. In order to get out of the irksome spot you must back out and watch out for the cars who are driving forward after they placed their order at the window. I give it 3 stars because despite the inconvenience of the seemingly mandatory parking I still order food from them because they are close to my home and despite what other reviewers said I do not find the food abhorrent or the service bad. This McDonald's is the absolute worst. They continuously get the orders wrong. Customer service is obsolete. The managers have no clue how to run and control their shifts and simply do not care. The employees are constantly on their cell phones or screaming across the restaurant to each other. The only reason this place has customers is because choices are so limited in such a small town. I avoid going here until I just can't eat another sub sandwich. read more

Trash! I ordered a Big Mac with no lettuce. They gave me a big Mac that tastes like it has been sitting out all day with almost no Mac sauce on it. They rarely ever get any order right. How hard is it to work at McDonald's? This is absolutely ridiculous. read more

Very RUDE customer service! Locked the door 15 minutes early and refused to serve a softball team!

This place is falling apart, not only the ceiling leaks every time it rains on top of the grill where everything is prepared, but also the management is the worst. Worked there during breakfast and I was forced to give out hard burritos, muffins, bagles and everything else past their time just to save time and make up for only having one employee running everything in the kitchen while the rest just do nothing and argue against each other all day. Other than that sauces and salads are served after their expire after opening. The list goes on but you get the idea. read more

You know what's really annoying? When you go to a drive-through place and you get all the way home only to realize that your order is missing the main portion of your food. I ordered their meal deal for Saturday which includes a 20 piece chicken McNuggets only to get home and realize they didn't even put in my 20 Piece nuggets in the bag. When I went back to complain about it they were so apathetic about the situation it only made me even more upset. If only they could've apologized I maybe would've forgiven the whole thing, mistakes happen and I get that. But to completely act like you don't care and to just go grab the food and hand me the bag in silence left a really terrible taste in my mouth about it. read more

I really hate this place. This is the just one of three fast food places to eat in Daleville and it is the only one child likes to eat at. I had just came from a function and was in a bind to get him some food. So McDonald's it was. There hasn't been one time that my food has been ready at this location. How are you a fast food place and have a line of cars waiting for food? The bad thing about it my child said you know you hate this location but his stomach comes before my hate. I believe that they don't really care because they are right out side of a military installation and soldiers will come regardless because of the limited options. This morning is has been a very wet morning. I am a newspaper carrier and I got very wet in the rain. I got inside the restaurant (mcdonald's) 5 minutes before 5 am and I was so cold , I want to get me a hot cup of coffee, the rude employee told me she could not sell me a cup of coffee because it was not 5 am. I called to report her about her lack of kindness and customer service and the answer I got was from the manager I am so sorry, but we open at 5 am ma'am. I was telling her about me to calling a 1-800 # she put me in hold, I hungged the phone and started writing this . The rude employee was talking we customer/friend who was having breakfast fixed in the restaurant for her, but she couldn't serve me a cup of coffee. First, I am not a big fast food guy, so don't usually eat it, but had to have something for a long trip and went to the McDonalds right out of the Ft. Rucker Daleville gate. The girls and employees there were so friendly and helpful. I had a problem with a sandwich and they not only fixed it without question, but gave me a free sandwich, fries, and drink on top of what I'd already eaten without me asking for anything. The managers (a young pregnant lady and a jolly guy in his early to mid thirties) were so nice, personable, and helpful that I will only go to this McDonalds now. I had so much fun chatting with them. The food was great, the restaurant was clean and the people were top notch. I can't say enough good about this store. read more

This has to be one of the worst McDonalds...No hair nets, no gloves. Food left on tables, and a lot of the tables were dirty. A man went behind the counter to the back area....he had, long stringy hair, a hat on and a stripped tank top. This place needs to clean up this place. To much chit chat amongst the employees, while customers stand and wait them to acknowledge them. Sad read more
