I stop ordering here about 2 years ago because frankly it was a painful experience every time. Fast forward 2 years, a change of management and a store remodel. Today was a new day! I came to pick up my order within the 15 minutes time window that was quoted online. To my surprise it was ready as promised! We ran into a little trouble when I explained to the manager I had ordered (2) side cups of the Cinnabon icing! To her surprise she communicated that she was not even aware that was an option! I use to run this store and to the people upset over the delivery's, I am sorry. The upper management decided to screw the delivery range up for very stupid reasons so I had to take the fault including death threats over it. I was denied making crucial decisions to run it to the most effective it could be. And to be fair a lot of the complaints came from rude customers who just wanted free food and thought it was okay to abuse the workers and file complaints for no real good reason. Not everyone was wrong though and I can honestly say a lot of it came from the District manager bad decision making. Don't always blame the staff, just remember those people just work there and dont always have control of what happens. If there is a problem there is a good chance its from outside the stores hands. read more

On the kids pizza(which was most important) we ordered a large 2 topping with half double pepperoni and the other half pepperoni and pineapples I will post a pic below of what we received. Next time you think hmmm I think I'll go to the Denison Pizza Hut.... just don't. Please. I watched 4 customers out of the 5 who came in have issues with their order. (Lost, wrong, or super late). I was provided a receipt then my credit card was run for double the amount on the receipt. I watched a male employee treat a very sweet female employee like a dog. And my kid got to hear the same frustrated employee yell the f bomb from around the corner. Oh and the 5 customers who had problems. 3 of them were talked to like it was their fault in a very aggressive tone by that piece of crap behind the counter. Everyone has a bad day. When everyone has a bad day. It's the managers fault. When there's no manager it's the owners fault. Worst pizza experience (oh and maybe credit card fraud) that I've ever experienced. My family had always liked their food, so we ordered often. When I turned 16 I decided to start job hunting and got hired next day by the area manager. I've been in many kitchens in my life from a famous French chefs to my dad's kitchen at his work where he is head chef. This kitchen is disgusting. There is mold in the drinks station, on the walls in places. I spent three of the five months I worked there just trying to get the managers to notice and do something. I was a server, since being near the oven too long makes my eczema break out badly, (I've almost had to go to the hospital many times cause of it just while working there). But the last two months I've been on the oven/cut table and I've had my skin feel like it's burning. It was horrible and they didn't listen even when I brought them a physical note from my doctor saying it harmed my health badly. The managers steal money from the servers too. In the YUM corp. Anyone above a normal employee (production or server) are not allowed to accept tips as they go to the servers pay check. I spent the last two months getting 60-70$ stolen a night! And when I asked if I could do some serving the manager said "you're lucky we're even keeping you because of COVID" and told me no. I ended up getting so sick I had to leave work for two days because I threw up during my break from standing by the oven. When I came back the next scheduled day, I got yelled at because they changed the schedule on paper but not on the new app they made us all download. I apologized and said it would happen again but the GM said it didn't matter and she would write me up. Then she said some pretty horrible things to me and I quit that second and walked out. To wrap that up. Kitchen is filthy and they don't prep food safely. Management is rude, and cross a line. AWFUL customer service. We placed an order and it was supposed to be delivered 2 hours from the time we placed the order. Apparently the delivery got cancelled due to increment weather and I was not once notified that the delivery was cancelled. I had to call 3 times to get ahold of an associate and when I did, Michael was very rude and at first told me that the order had never been placed and then magically "found" the order after my insistence that I had been charged. After the second phone call I was notified it was set to a pickup. After checking my email to make sure we set it up correctly when ordering, a third phone call was made when they magically found out that the order was indeed set for delivery and needed to be cancelled. After cancelling the transaction I was then notified that it'd be 2 days before getting a refund, which I highly doubt I'll get in the first place.
