During my time there I couldn't help but notice a staff member sitting at the bar during business hours playing on her phone. She was an older lady with glass in a blue hey day shirt. I did not realize establishments allowed employees to sit at an open bar during business hours playing on their phone, very unprofessional. Probably won't be back anytime soon.. kind of a bummer because the food and drinks were great. :(

We're overcharged extreme amount already for that but to be forced to purchase blankets just to be able to sit in the theater and watch a movie is ridiculous.

We were not planning to spend more than 5-10 minutes there. We just wanted to walk around and see what machines they had to offer, as we were looking for a good "gaming" business to visit for a family-night-out. There was no one in the arcade, judging from the empty parking lot and a lack of bodies in a very open room upon walking in. The first thing you see is a room full of retro-style arcade machines such as PAC-MAN and Galaga. Two middle aged women greeted us at the front door. One was working behind a bar, and the other was standing beside the bar counter. I approached the woman beside the bar counter and asked if we could have a quick look around, and then leave. She definitively told us no, because the machines were "free to play." Basically... you pay $10 for a full day of free-range play on all of the machines. After telling us no, she did not say anything more... instead motioning towards the bar to show us the drink and food options they offered. First of all... why would you expect people to give you their business if you do not advertise the products/machines you offer? There was no way to figure out what machines they had unless you walked around for yourself. Second... I understand not wanting customers to play your machines without paying. But there was no one in the arcade. These two women were just standing around when my mother and I first came in. She couldn't have stood at the doorway and just monitor us while we looked around to see what they offered? Third... if you REALLY don't want risk your customers stealing your services to the point that you don't want to monitor them while they browse, then OFFER to SHOW them around. I don't think it's very good for business to flat out refuse customers the way that they did and then offer no alternative. The whole interaction was very off-putting... so my Mom and I walked out once we realized the woman was not going to work with us in any way. We almost considered not going back at all as a result. Granted, the woman was not rude per-se. I did not find there to be any malice or during our interaction, but the attitude we received was odd. We did not find the place to be very welcoming. However... I did go back once by myself. They have a wide variety of machines to offer. They also offer both retro-style arcade machines as well as more modern-choices. The $10 price tag is great for the amount of playtime you get. They do offer a bar and food menu, but I did not sample these services.

He helped us multiple times throughout our visit and was incredibly friendly every single time. Our kids absolutely loved him. He was so kind and patient with them, and they really connected with him. At checkout, he continued to be super helpful and made everything smooth and easy. Huge thumbs up for the assist, Terry! Lisa also came by and was so sweet to our daughter for her birthday. That extra kindness really meant a lot to us. Overall, fantastic service and a memorable experience. We'll definitely be back!

It was about $20 for a large popcorn and 2 large sodas. Sodas are free refills and the large popcorn is $3.50 for a refill.

There should be more workers to make sure this place is following all safety protocols. I understand there is a shortage in the service industry right now but for safety reasons they need to be operating at less capacity before more injuries happen. Also, communicating with guests or not taking food orders if they can't handle the volume would go a long way. This place also needs more than one manager on shift.
