This has to be the most unprofessional place I've ever been to. The manager Robin Shepherd is ignorant and has a smart ass attitude. I order pizza given the wrong time that they will come and told that I can reorder and wait 3 hours. Wtf!?! Walked in there and her weave was all over her head and she was back around the food no hair net or anything. Dont have to worry about me getting pizza from that filthy place!!! This Pizza Hut is always unorganized. They will have you waiting longer than intended because the line in the drive thru is long. The wait is long even for a carry out. I don't recommend this to anybody. The pizza isn't worth the wait. Papa johns pizza is down the street from this location and the staff is so much friendlier and they are quick. read more

This place is trash. Jasmine, the girl who took my order was rude. I walk in hearing employee, and a large woman in a grey Polo shirt cursing and getting loud 20 feet away from me. Told me my breadsticks would be 15-20 minutes. It's just breadsticks. Should take 10 max. I managed pizza huts for 17 years. The location is trash, the employees, are trash, and I assume in 15 minutes, my breadsticks will taste like trash. I should have just canceled my order right then, but I didn't. Ordered online and picked up my order at the store. The pizza was just OK. The customer service is what really stood out for me. I walked into the store and up to the counter. The workers never acknowledged my presence. I stood there watching the lady at the counter work the drive thru window. The guy in the back making the pizza, looked at me, and kept making pizza. Finally, I spoke up and told them I was there to get my order. The lady finished a window customer and helped me with my order. What happened to good old fashioned customer service? If someone had simply said "Ma'am I will be right with you" it would have made all the difference. Guess I will have to drive to the window next time, if I choose to return to this location. Perhaps three workers instead of two on this shift would have helped? read more

I ordered 4 pizzas a couple of weeks ago. My MIL went to pick it up and witnessed a worker drop the pizza on the floor and continue to put it in the oven. When asked for her money back they refused until she called the manager. The cashier/worker said they don't give refunds and offered a voucher for a free pizza. HELL no! No one wants pizza that was dropped on the floor. Manager eventually gave the ok to give money back but never called back to speak to us. read more

What an incredible team for customer service! We needed 20 large pizzas with various toppings PRONTO for a last-minute healthcare facility. This pizza hut messed up my order giving me a pepperoni pizza when I ordered cheese. Side note, if someone orders cheese give them what they order. You are not helping by adding something unwanted to a order. Anyway I tried to call back to get a correction and they ignored my calls several times. The answering machine never picked up just hang ups. I finally got through and voiced my concerned and they sent out another pizza box, different once again but tolerable. However I was so sick after eating the pizza. I sincerely think my food was tampered with. I will never order from this pizza hut again (none of them) and I would advise anyone who gets a messed up order to just get your money back. I feel the same way as the other poster who said if they could give less than one star they would. That location is the WORSE!!! I tried to order a pizza online as i was told you can only get the coupon online. I go through the whole process just to be told they aren't accepting any carry out orders. So why did the guy tell me to order online?! So the young lady takes my order and my food is wrong!! (OF COURSE) I asked for extra sauce and got light to no sauce. I asked for lemon pepper wings and they are cajun wings. SERIOUSLY!!!! Plus the inside of the store is dirty! Saw only one employee wash their hands. I ordered pizza and wings from this nasty place. Pizza was ok but the wings was raw!!!! Me and my kids got food poison from them because of their careless mistake.. I asked for my money back and they refused to do so. I stayed sick for two weeks. Back and forth to the hospital and missing time off work. I called them (pizza hut) back to get corporates number they wouldnt give it to me but so called took notes to give to corporate still havent heard anything. Next step is legal actions. The worst Pizza Hut ever. Do not order from this location. The first time I ordered they messed up my entire order and gave me a vegetarian pizza instead of meat lovers. I decided to give it another try a second time, big mistake. Took them more than an hour to deliver my pizza. I had to call and ask what time it was getting delivered, they said it will be on the way in eight minutes. But it didn't arrive till another thirty minutes later. DO NOT ORER FROM THIS STORE!!!!!! I ordered 3 pastas they call to tell me they are out of bread sticks would I like any desert or a drink to replace the bread sticks. I said sure I'll take the cinnamon rolls. They deliver my food and I only get 2 pastas, cinnamon rolls and two drinks that I didn't order. I call to ask about my other pasta because I paid for it. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza. The pizza was very greasy. There was so much grease on the bottom of the pizza and in the pizza box, very gross. I also ordered bread sticks, and that too was very greasy . The grease was all,over the bag the breadsticks were in. There was also more bread crust than pizza. Horrible. If I could give them no stars, I would. I placed an order online at like 9:03pm and estimated delivery time was 10:07pm. So here I am waiting at the door and peeking out the windows constantly waiting for two pizzas and a drink to be delivered... Minutes pass by... 10:25pm to be exact so I call the store and the guy who answered said the pizza should be on the way so I'm like okay. Well come around 10:43pm and still no pizza! So I call again and the guy said that the delivery guy came back because nobody came to the door. So here I am mad as hell because I kept my kids up so they could have eat a late dinner. I explained to the guy that, I was home, by the door so the driver had to be lying and all he said was " well he went to your address and nobody answered when he knocked" I said well he never came and if he got lost he should've called! So he said he could send the pizzas back out here again. At first I was going to have him do that but then I asked how long would it take and he said an hr or so. I was so done right then and there. I wanted to cuss him out but my kids were listening in so I didn't. I just told his dumb self to refund the amount that they charged to my card. It's still pending so we'll see if I get this refund. If not, I'm gonna go cussing someone out tomorrow. So anybody who reads this...you're probably better off ordering from a different pizza joint. I have never been so disappointed with this location until now. And FYI, the driver didn't even come!
