Erika acknowledged its supposed to be LEMON PEPPER. She couldnt find my order because it was a timed order and i even offered my full name, or the order number she still cannot locate it, she told me to call again a little before 730 (timed order), i did call and she said its still not showing on their end. She said call at 730, i called and she completely gave me a different sauce that i didnt know existed, i told her that wasnt the sauce i wanted to switch it to, i asked for LEMON PEPPER, she talked to someone that i can hear on their end phone offered to either accept the order or cancel it. I told her no i do not wanna cancel it, placed another order and wait 7-10 days for my money to come back when i wasnt at fault. The "DISTRICT" manager hopped on the phone and was rude, didnt gave any solution other than "take it or leave it". I used to work in a fastfood restaurant and been on that position, trust me i know how any position is supposed to treat a customer or even handle the situation. But first, I needed to nourish my flagging body and my favorite meal to keep me going is chicken, specifically fried chicken. Churchs is an extremely nutritious stop, and adjacent to where I could swap out my bikeboard ("Bicycle Safety is NO Accident!") for campgear, in anticipation of overnighting in Sunland ParkNM-USA. Purchasing a box of tlegs & thighs, I recuperated from the morning pedal/resucitated my body. This was a perfectly needed meal, and I could look forward to more chicken later, albeit not longer hot, which is OK--I've eaten plenty of cold chicken whilst out on the road. To be sure, this chicken was another main meal during the evening, as I sat on my Z-rest, prepping for a hopefully calm night.
