That Friday night hangout with friends and or family. Lots of fond memories from the 70's and 80's. Which is why it is so sad to see the gradual disintegration of this brand. Another YUM brand disaster. Perhaps through neglect. For this store, the following were true. One type of salad dressing for the salad bar. Very few items available and it looks like those have been neglected. Basically lettuce, cheddar cheese and two other items. With the neglect of the salad bar i have to wonder how they checking to insure temperatures are being maintained They are out of Pepsi and other varieties. The building is definitely showing neglect I am disappointed to see such a brand in decline. read more

Typical pizza but nice people. We were actually driving this town on our way on a long road trip. We ordered online and at first they didn't get our order because I had accidentally put it on the wrong day but they honored it still. Good toppings but crust was a little stale despite just coming out of the oven. What struck us was the customer service. We had driven over 10 hours and were pretty weary looking for a place to sit down and eat and despite them closing their dining section at 3pm and it was 9 pm, they turned the lights on for us to eat our meal. Super nice of them and even gave us some drinks for free. Very much appreciate this staff and manager for turning our long exhausting trip to something more uplifting at the end. read more

We were in Elkin today and on Mondays our favorite restaurants are closed. We decided to try Pizza Hut as it has been several years since we ate here and at that time I remember it being pretty good. This location doesn't seem to offer the lunch buffet any longer. I don't know why but I assume it may be due to lack of customers. I say that because we drive by it about once a week and it always looks closed. We were there between 11:30 and noon. I only saw one other customer in the restaurant during that time and he was complaining about lack of options on the salad bar. We had the salad bar as well and there were some empty containers. The waitress commented that was all they had. Although somewhat limited, I felt the available options were sufficient. It may not be a good place to go if you are only looking for a salad bar with extensive options. My only negative comment would be that the tomatoes were way too over ripe, in my opinion, and made the salad less appetizing than it could have been. Our waitress was very good and we had a very brief wait for our pizza. We had no issues with the pizza and enjoyed it. read more

Called 2 times to place order they hung up both times I went in the store to order and they said they didn't have any pizza

Ordered delivery. Did not receive any sauces that were purchased. Called in and was told there'd be a credit attached to our phone number. Called in again, and found out that no credit was added to our phone number/account. Felt ripped off. Shame because the food is decent. read more

terrible service. i called earlier to place an order for 12 lemon pepper wings. the first time i called, a man answered and when i said i wanted to place an order for pickup, he hung up on me. i figured it might've been an accident, so i call back. the same guy takes my name and number and takes my order. he puts me on hold for about 4-5 minutes, so i hang up and call back AGAIN. when i ask him if my order was placed, he said "no? this is a call center. i'll transfer you to the store". i hung up and went in person to try and place my order. when i get there, i tell the man about what happened and he just shrugged and said "i got busy". there were no cars in the parking lot and nobody in the lobby (because the lobby was closed). i asked him for the wings and he said no because the fryers were down. i went back outside, and received a text from my MIL saying that she tried calling to place the order and she said they hung up on her 4 different times. i went back inside and told him this while his manager was standing there, and i confronted him again about hanging up on me while his manager was standing there and he said "oh that was the call center we don't receive calls here." i'll never go here again read more

Start by saying restaurant was clean and the food was ok. As far as the environment there was no worries of bacteria growing. It felt as though it was refrigerated through out the restaurant. Waitress was not friendly at all stemmed as though she had better thing to don even though she only had 2 other tables the entire time me and my family visited. Will not visit this location again. read more

I ordered online. Delivery guy got here and dint have enough change.. took himself a $6.00 tip. Didn't seem to mind a bit. It even ask. Seemed as if he planned it that way. I got into my order and noticed something missing. I reviewed the online order slip and I guess it didn't take when I added it to my cart. So called the restaurant and was gonna place an order as inline it said add to cart for $5.00 more. She told me $5.69 plus tax. May seem like a little thing but since 1- I ordered online I chalk it up to computers are glitchy. But the fact the driver appropriated my change as his tip. I am not happy..Not a happy customer I can assure you. BTW I am within walking distance of the restaurant I could have picked it up. But a long day at work and I am ready to rest. read more

This experience was not great... I ordered delivery and when the pizza arrived it was not prepared how I ordered it, they forgot sauce on the pizza and didn't add toppings that I asked for. When I called the store the manager claimed I never asked for those toppings and that she would send a new pizza out but would charge me extra for the one topping they forgot. First off I did ask for it and 2nd after they had already messed up my pizza it seems reasonable that they could add chicken to my pizza without me having to give them all my credit card info again. The only upside was the delivery driver was very friendly so that was the only reason I gave 2 instead of one star. read more

Feb.....5th,,,2014~~ Went there last Week & got the buffet & was none of the pizza we wanted on the buffet!!! So i asked the woman very nicely,,what kind of pizza i wanted.So said okay mam give us 10mins....Well it got 2 end up being up to 45 mins......& still no pizza on the buffet,,,,So i asked her again,,,,,She said i am sorry but they will not be making no more pizza's to go on the buffet bar,,due to where the buffet was over!!!! That will be the last time i will ever visit that Rest..again...Asked to speak with the manger & had to wait 30 mins.......So we just got up & left!!! Thanks read more
