Had a party of 12 that wanted to dine in , but didn't know they discontinued table service since the last time we were there. We walked I and I informed the woman we wanted to dine in and she just very rudely asked "what do you want?" We didn't even have menus so surely she couldn't be asking what we wanted to eat, so I said "to dine in" and she said again "yeah what do you want?!" I told her a table... she said they don't do table service anymore. She was the most rude person I've encountered in a while and appeared she was working alone so we promptly left. I'm legitimately convinced this place is a money-laundering operation. In summer 2022 when I was visiting my hometown of Lancaster, I randomly went to this Pizza Hut on a whim because I haven't eaten at one in years. The parking lot was completely empty, so I didn't know if they were still in business; it was a Friday afternoon, so this was a red flag. When I entered, the angry guy behind the counter asked what I wanted [in a suspicious, demanding tone] - along the lines of "What do you want, what are you doing here?". I awkwardly ordered a large 1-topping pizza (which cost like $22), and after I paid I sat down at a dining room bench. He yelled at me and told me to get up because the dining area was closed, so I had to sit at one of the chairs by the door for about 15 minutes. When I finally got my pizza, it was merely room-temperature and tasted like it was made in a microwave. Mind you, this was a Friday afternoon in the summer, hence the desolation of the interior as well as the clerk's aversion to customers sitting down seemed absolutely ridiculous. I'm surprised this place is still in business, as I was recently in Lancaster in late 2022 and this store was still there - granted also empty again, whereas the Burger King next door was filled with customers. Blaming the economy or recession on their poor business is no excuse, because again, Burger King was jam-packed when I went here, as were the nearby places like the coffee shop and video game stores which were within walking distance to this Pizza Hut. read more

Ordered delivery. After an hour I called. They had order sitting there but no driver yet. Went and picked it up and atleast they took off rhe delivery fee but no other discount. The pizza was COLD so we're the fries and they were not seasoned like they were supposed to be. VERY DISAPOINTED. This place is either a hit or miss. As long as you catch them when they're not too busy, you will be happy. Nice, hot, tasty pizza served with a smile. But, if they are busy, the service will fall through the floor. This is one of those joints where 1 or 2 servers handle the entire restaurant. Worst experience ever we ordered a pizza, wings and soda when it got delivered The Driver told us that we needed to pay them. We informed her that we had already paid and weren't paying a second time she took the food back. We called the manager the manager promised to re-order our food and send it out with a different delivery driver. They didn't re-cook our food sent us the old stuff two hours later, there was an attempt at trying to make it wrong The Right, but being lied to made the business to me untrustworthy, I don't believe I could trust Pizza Hut again read more

I won't debate the quality of pizza this hut has to offer. Odds are, if you eat pizza, you've been to a pizzahut,and know what kind of pizza you are getting yourself into. Love it or hate it, it is what it is...it's like trying to compare one McD's nuggies to another. Moot. That said, let's take a look at this particular Hut. We generally frequent the Hut for lunch,which during the summer weekedays lets us have at the buffet, which is pretty good. However, this Saturday was a busy lunch rush; there was only one waiter, and the place was so packed that several parties did a 180 and headed elsewhere. The waiter did his best, was upbeat, and finally some reinforencement was called in. When our order arrived, it was hot, and what you'd expect from pizza hut. No complaints. The resturaunt is generally clean, and the servers in the past have been friendly and attentive. My only gripe was that the waiter, when refilling my drink, picked it up in my "lip area" with his fingers...time for the straw. They do work with kids' "Book It" reading literacy program, which is cool...and today, one free little kids' pizza brought two more hungry eaters in to dine. Thanks for supporting this program! I'm sure we'll be back, and it will be the standard visit. It's not the pizza "go to" for Friday night, but when we do visit, it is what it is. The Hut! read more

I was pleasantly surprised. I say this because it seems as if Pizza Hut is slowly dying as more take outs close and you see less dine ins (at least in my area). It's been a long time since I ate in a Pizza Hut so I didn't know what to expect. Food and service were great! The moment we entered we were greeted by a friendly server. We were seated and immediately asked if we wanted drinks. We ordered a lunch special. The bread sticks and pizza were tasty and the server stopped by to check on us a few times during our lunch. The restaurant was very clean and organized. The restroom (at least the men's room) was also very clean. Horrible service. Ordered pasta, wings, and pizza. Ordered 4 extra ranch packets and was supposed to get breadsticks with the pasta. Didn't get the ranch or breadsticks. Called them back and we got a two dollar credit. Very disappointed. read more

I have nothing bad to say about this Pizza Hut, however I don't expect much from Pizza Hut in general. They compete with the other pizza place Papa Johns down the road and honestly I prefer Pizza Hut. Most of the time I use a promotional/coupon deal and order online. I have never sat down and eaten here because I typically don't sit down at fast food places to eat, I just take it to go so I can't comment on that aspect. Their pizzas are really good, I haven't had any issues with food, delivery or pickup. I recommend this place if you're into Pizza Hut style pizza. read more

Today's order, done on line, was delivered and was really poor. I ordered a regular, a pepperoni, and a light sauce. None of the boxes were marked so we couldn't tell the regular from the light sauce. The cheese didn't go all the way to the edges so there were some big bare spots. And, the pizzas were over cooked and dry. I called to complain and was told the reason the cheese was light is because that's what I entered in the order. I apologized and then checked my order after I hung up. Turns out I had entered light sauce....NOT light cheese. I will not order from the Ephrata Pizzas Hut again. service is absolutely terrible here on busy days. There's only one woman trying to take care of it by herself and seat people most of the time. She seems to be overwhelmed on those busy days, and comes off bitter when u ask for anything. But who wouldn't be? Pizzas always good, but I've had half raw wings multiple times at this location. I will not waste my time with this location, the staff clearly doesn't care including the very rude and unprofessional manager. 1st experience: Ordered pizza online for pickup, the site noted my pizza would be ready in 35 minutes, I showed up at the 40 minute mark, after sitting for another 20 minutes I asked about the status of my order, at which time I could hear the manager in the back yelling that my order hasn't even been started yet abd that the online is just a suggested time. The manager then came out and was rude to me directly, she was very unprofessional and when I asked for the regional manager's number she laughed and walked away. 2nd experience: Fast forward about 1.5 years and we just decide ok lets give the place a second shot most likely new management and staff can't be any worse right??? WRONG!!!!! Me and a second person goes for dinner, I ordered boneless wings they ordered a medium pizza. Their pizza came out and I asked about my wings and was told they would be right out, 10 minutes later asked again and was told the same thing, another 10 minutes my dinner mate finishing their Pizza and the waitress says how was your meal I said I still never received my wings, she tells me to hold on a minute. Finally the manager or assistance manager comes out and says I am so sorry but we are going to start you wings now, I was like are you serious they are done their meal and now I am to sit for another 15 minutes to wait to get mine. This Pizza Hut needs some new life breathed in to it. It just feels "tired". I do love that they support the local reading program. The rest of my fam ordered pizza, while I, on the other hand, have been trying to cut bread out of my diet-so I ordered a side salad & boneless wings (yes-I know-breaded-but not as much bread as a pizza). In any case-2 of the boneless wings were like rubber-not hard & over cooked, just moist & rubbery. Very gross. I let the waitress know-she subtracted 10% off of our check. Wow. The woman at the register said-"it just may not have been cooked enough". Great. Undercooked chicken-bc that's safe. They also need to offer more drink options. I guess I need to remember that their specialty is pizza, & leave it at that. read more

On Memorial Day, we pulled into the parking lot and there were only two other cars; the dining room was empty of other customers (around 1:30 pm), which was worrying. I then checked the Yelp reviews which were horrible, so we were expecting the worst. The waitress was pleasant, answered our questions about the menu, brought out our food and drinks quickly and checked in on us twice after the food came out. All told, we only stayed about 35 mins. Granted, my expectations were rather low going into our meal but I was pleasantly surprised. Also price for four people was $25 (four personal pizzas with toppings and two milks) which also seemed reasonable for what we ordered and the prices noted on the menu. read more

I made a order online. I ordered 3 pizzas ( one cheese one veggie and one meat) plus two orders of breadsticks. My order was confirmed and I paid! The delivery guy came and he had two cheese pizzas and one meat pizza. When I called to correct my order the lady on the phone got very snappy with me and insisted my order was right, when I stated that was the last time they will have my business she hung up on me!
