Food is always good. Great local restaurant. Ordering through Yelp was easy and it go to my home quickly.

Loved that this place was open a little later on a. Sunday. A total life saver! We got the Sicilian and we were disappointed. It was so good! The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We ordered online and our pizza was ready when we got there but my only wish is that the whole menu was on the online ordering. When I got there and saw the whole menu I was astonished at how much they had! And bummed I didn't know so I couldn't order it. Other than that, we really loved our pizza! read more

I love their pizza when I eat it there. But takeout is a completely different story. I don't know why but whenever we get takeout from Roma the pizza tastes like the cardboard box it was in.This has happened the last few times so we give up. Pizza is very average. Everything else is frozen. They aren't Italian and it shows in their cooking. They put sauce in their cheesesteak, gross. Also comes in some type of spanish soft bread. Hard to communicate as English isn't their native tongue. They should sell tacos instead. read more

Ordered a grilled chicken house salad this time which was overall really good. You can't really go wrong with a salad unless the ingredients aren't fresh but they were. I asked for oil/vinegar which I did not expect the dressing I got. The dressing I got was some sort of mixed herb seasoned oil and I'm not sure if there was vinegar I couldn't entirely tell. They gave me 2 containers of it. It was OK, but I expected the standard extra Virgin olive oil & red vinegar. Maybe it was mixed into a vinegrette and that's fine but that should've been listed as a vinegrette not separate liquids. We also ordered the Texas chicken wrap which was good, my boyfriend has never been a fan of the French fries because he claims they are limp and bland, but I like them and just threw some salt and pepper on it. Tasted great in my opinion. We removed one star because of the mozz sticks and corn nuggs. The actual food itself had no problems and tasted fine. It's the fact that they shoved marinara sauce in the foam containers upside down or even if it wasn't upside down they gave it to us in a paper bag with the rest of our entrees upside down/on its side so all of the sauce leaked out on all of the food before we even opened it. I think it's the best pizza in Ephrata. Ambiance is like a cool little mom and pop restaurant with sort of an old school vibe. Hanging plants, and mirrors make it feel homey. The main st. Location is convenient, and charming. Pizza is the standard excellent pizza I expect to find so close to Philly, NJ, and NY. You can't go wrong here. 5 stars! read more

Roma pizza home of THE best chicken cheesesteak! Begin with a homemade 9" roll! Add perfectly cooked chicken and mix in cheese, sauce, onions and mushrooms. For just a bit over $6.00! Hands down best pizza in the town of Ephrata. Sandwiches & salads are great, & they make their own bread, which is delicious. My only issue is that they sometimes forget items during delivery, however, they happily & quickly return with any forgotten items. read more

Good Food for a Good Price. The pizza is definitely the best in the downtown Ephrata area and the hoagies are great to. I've never had anything I did not like from Roma. They are quick and use fresh ingredients. The decor isn't much but who cares, it's a pizza place. This place is right across the street. It's small, but has a decent amount of seating. The pizza is okay, but not noteworthy. I definitely suggest extra cheese, but make sure they make a new pie, or you'll get a sprinkle of mozzeralla broiled into a slice. The cheese steak was okay, but not amazing. I wish they had fried zucchini or eggplant on the menu, but they dont. The fries were not good. Overall, I like this place for it's convenience, but it's just tolerable, not amazing. read more

Best Pizza in the Area and we have ate at most of them so we know ! Homemade Rolls for steaks and subs are excellent too. Would be nice if they had take out beer but the liquor store is a few doors down so it works for take out . The Staff has never been overly friendly but they don't need to be cause the food is that good - don't get some of the critics in these reviews ! OMG I ordered a tossed salad and a large pizza with extra cheese and it was amazing and the free garlic bread was amazing too. the salad had carrots and tomatoes and cheese and onion and a little cabbage and was fresh, pretty, and amazing, on a huge plate. The cheese crust was so good and the cheese was baked perfect and it was huge. the price was $20 and it would have fed 4 people or more. The cashier was sweet and the place was clean and I was surprised a small shop would put out food this delicious. Bravo. read more

I would travel from Brooklyn to New York City to find a slice as good as this. The staff is friendly and efficient. My Husband and I love Roma Pizza and have never had a bad experience which is why I am hesitant to write this review..... First things first, the pizza is the BEST in downtown Ephrata. We were there on Friday February 9th for dinner. I give the pizza 5 stars, here's the bad part. There is a young man working there (probably 17 years old and most likely the son of the owner). Anyhoo....I watched him the entire time. He did virtually NOTHING. The rest of the employees were running around answering calls, making food etc. He took our order which was not difficult and wrote it down all wrong. Thank goodness he repeated what he had written so that we were able to reiterate what we wanted. The bin that had the dirty dishes and things was overflowing and he finally came out to get it after about 15 minutes (it wasn't too terribly busy so he could have gotten it a lot sooner). The table behind us was empty and had someone's trash including part of a pizza on it...no one came out to clean that table the entire time we were there. At one point he was drinking from his water bottle while leaning on the counter watching tv and texting or updating his Facebook. While I understand that this person is most likely a relative of someone who works there he needs to work on his work ethic and get with the program. We will definitely be eating at Roma again because we love the pizza and the adults who work there are awesome but I am not sure that working at this restaurant is a good fit for this young man. read more
