** VEGAN REVIEW ** This review applies even if you're a meat eater. We ordered a large veggie pizza with vegan cheese and a large salad. The salad and pizza was so big that we had to split it. The vegetables in the salad and on the pizza were incredibly fresh and crisp. I can't remember having vegetables this fresh at any pizza place. It made a huge difference in the taste of the meal. It's rare to find crisp, fresh vegetables at a pizza joint. It's a relief to find a pizza place that offers vegan cheese. At other pizza places, the music was too loud and obnoxious to make dining in a pleasant experience. In contrast, Two Cousins Pizza Ephrata had pleasant music at a low volume, allowing us to converse comfortably. The service was excellent. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive, and the manager even came out to greet us. We're enjoying leftover pizza and salad for lunch today. The great thing about leftovers with fresh ingredients is that you can reheat them the next day and they still taste great. Considering that we'll get 6 meals out of this, the prices are incredible. It's not worth my time to buy, clean, and chop all the veggies, make the pizza, and then find out that it doesn't taste as good as the pizza from Two Cousins Ephrata. Forget about frozen pizza. They're way too expensive and don't taste as good. If you want a pizza, head to Two Cousins in Ephrata. They even have a drive-up window. I apologize that the picture isn't better. Perfect pizza and wonderful experience! We were visiting the area and chose this place for dinner because it offered several gluten free options. The crust was amazing and perfectly cooked on both the original and gluten free pizzas we got and both had plentiful toppings. The sub was huge and the salad was even bigger. I hardly write poor reviews, but felt the service and food quality here was awful. Our waitress barely looked at us or spoke to us, the water tasted like sewage and we ended up asking for water bottles, the fries were half frozen, and the side salad had half a cup of water in the bottom of it (I wish I could include the photo taken). I would have to say that they make the best Italian food around and one light order I normally order here of eight either steak sandwiches or super Italian sandwiches with jalapeno peppers and recently I had one of their strombolis which I never had before someone told me what to get and that's what I got so their food is very good and if I could I would give two cousin Pizza in Ephrata all the stars in the universe because they deserve a lot more than just five stars and one time I had a pizza I couldn't eat my pizza because it was burnt you know things happen it's not their fault so I called and told him and here they bought me another Pizza now nobody else would do that and that burnt pizza I gave to my friend cuz he has teeth and he likes shit that's burnt and the people they're very nice so people if you want an Italian restaurant to go to during the week or weekend or for lunch or whatever I would choose two cousin Pizza in Ephrata they're right across from Sharp shopper and as far as I'm concerned they got the best food in Lancaster county. read more

Don't forget to check-in, you get a free small french fry! I live closer to another Two Cousins, but don't care for some of the subs. I drove a little further to try this one to see if my experience would be different. While I didn't love the bread, it was definitely a step above the bread at the other location. The small isn't so small! I do think the portion of chicken was on the slim side, considering it was a chicken sub. It seemed like there was more bacon than chicken. I get it, there are labor shortages. Then don't offer online ordering. Placing an online order for pickup in 40 mins then having to wait in drive thru for another 20 mins to be told it's not ready yet, park and it will be out in 10 mins. 15 minutes later, still waiting. Forget it. I'd rather cook at home, which is the reason I barely get take out or go out to eat. This has been my experience at another 2 Cousins as well. Not worth it. read more

Fast service, great food, we love coming here for lunch. The pizza is very good, as is the stromboli. Only issue we had with the stromboli was trying the "Hawaiian" version, and it was overloaded with pineapple juice, which made the crust really soggy. It's been about 6 months since our last visit and quality has definitely gone downhill. My husband got a steak sandwich and there was hardly any meat in it. I got an Italian sub with the same result. By far my favorite 2 Cousins in my general area. Right now, I am stuck on their Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad...yummy!! They are the best here because they are fresh, they give a large portion for the price, when I ask for extra red onions I get them, the croutons have great flavor and they give you delicious homemade garlic bread with it. Was unimpressed with the food at Two Cousins. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't all that good either. With regards to the service-very friendly! The down side was each item coming out one at a time-with several minutes in between. So-fries for one person comes out first-then maybe someone else's sandwich, then fries for someone else, etc.-again-with about 5 minutes or so in between. The subs here don't seem as big as the other 3 or 4 two cousins restaurants we've ordered from so heads up if you're expecting the usually portion of food when you order a large. This was the reason for 4 stars. They messed up our order just slightly though and we drove 15+ minutes to get it and back to our house.
