If you prefer the taste of cocaine over parmesan cheese, you are also conveniently in the right place. I should have known something was up when we tried to order 5 breadsticks and were told 5 breadsticks cost $6.99 and 10 breadsticks cost $4.99. Sounds like a special straight from Planet Zongo. Our waitress was no doubt on drugs which whatever if that's your thing so be it but do not let it come in between me and my pepperoni personal pan with ranch. After basically overdosing on 10 breadsticks we didn't want in the first place we waited over an hour for our personal pans as we watched one employee just standing at the counter eating, one sitting scratching her hair that was in a messy bun on top of her head while she was simultaneously texting, and another employee doing God knows what in the back because pizzas were not cooking. People were lined up at the counter to pick up to-go orders all of which were ignored. After finally receiving our food the check was wrong, the dipping sauces weren't brought to the table, the fairy was flying around the restaurant high on pixie dust, and I literally witnessed the phone ringing and messy bun employee walking to the phone picking it up and straight up slamming it down. To top it all off as we were walking to the car the fairy tip toed outside with a pizza box and approached a male who walked out of the gated garbage and handed him a box which was so obviously a drug deal it wasn't even funny. Not sure how this Pizza Butt is still in business and not sure why I even gave them another chance because they gave me food poisoning 10 years ago. Moral of the story do NOT go here unless you are looking for cheap ratchet drugs and discounted breadsticks. read more

We ordered pizza around 5:30pm and was told it was 41 minutes for delivery. By 7pm we still had not received our order so we called the store asking for an update. They said that they were waiting for a driver to come back to the store to deliver it to us. By 7:40pm they still had not delivered our pizza so we called back again. We asked for a manager and she had a rude tone and told us that they tried calling us because they had a rule of calling to confirm someone was home before taking it out for delivery. We had not received any calls and even confirmed that they had the correct number. Manager offered no reconciliation or apology for us, minutes after hanging up we received a text notification that our order was out for delivery. As I'm writing this we still don't have our order. UPDATE: our food was cold when we received it. Justin was the one who delivered it, and is also a manager, said he would credit us back a discount for the inconvenience and frustration. read more

Ordered two pizzas around 7pm, lady told us they would be here within 45mins to an hour. 2 hours later still no pizza called back to ask what's going on and the lady rudely said its on its way. I asked if there could be some compensation or discount for theong delay she said no but she could cancel the order. I said I'll give it a few more mins. Waited another 30 mins still no pizzas so called back again, same lady Michelle said all she can do is cancel the order. So if all you can do is cancel, did you even start the damn order? Forget this place this has happend twice now and I'm done with the crap customer service. Least she could've done was explain or find out what the delay was. I call to order their chicken alfredo, because my mom loves it. She's in rehab, so I've ordered it a few times. When I called in to order, the young lady remembered me, and I was like, "Oh, you remember me!" I have shopped and ate at so many places, and customer service has always been lack luster. You appreciate when you actually receive A1 service. It becomes shocking, which is so sad. Ordered some food at 635pm on Feb 8th 2022 an hour passed and nothing I called the store 6 times with no answer. I called the call center told them what happened what did they do? Connected me back to the store where nobody answered. Finally I called customer service and they "took a report" and said someone would be in touch. So I took a shower and laid down at 815pm dude showed up. And I said contact less which he didn't do and he forgot my drink. He offered me a 2 liter of Mt.dew but I turned it down. This store is absolutely ridiculous. I now understand why it's been 15 years since I've had pizza hut. It'll be another 15 before I order again. Absolutely terrible. Oh and I forgot driver was complaining about being the only driver. Back when I delivered for a pizza shop I was opening and closing driver. Running over 100 deliveries a day. The food is always decent. It is Pizza Hut. I haven't had a bed experience here except for he fact of when they cut my pizza it usually tastes like whatever cinnamon and sugary food they cut everything else with. That's my biggest problem. Actually my only problem. I'm hoping tonight won't be like that. I'm asking my waitress for it not to happen. So let's cross our fingers and pray. Hmmm. It's clean in here, but there is a faint smell of old grease in the corner. The customer service is wonderful. And that makes up for the rest. Except the the taste of dessert on my pizza. Please go to the *other* Pizza Hut! For a 2nd time in a row, I made the mistake of selecting this PH as my pick-up location when I ordered online. Big mistake. I arrived there after I got a text saying my order was ready. What I got when I got there was gross incompetence by the staff, and waiting another FORTY minutes for my order. And, when I had enough and asked for my money back, I got a nice dose of attitude from the staff - as though I should be grateful they made my order in the 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Please, never go to this Pizza Hut. There is one right down the street on Indianapolis Blvd that is 1000x better. Go there - you will thank me. read more

The food is typical Pizza hut. It was good. A bit over priced. The service was ok even though I was on hold for a while to order. The main reason for the negative review is that I got 2 pizzas and 2 sets of wings and I had to pay 50 cents for a ranch sauce. I didn't ask for a lot just one. My local pizza hut gives one per set of wings but not the one in Griffith. I can spend $50 on food and not get one ranch. I won't be going back. I'll be going to the new Domino's down the street, save some money and get a free ranch with my pizza. read more

Just got food from here and it was all pretty awful. Ordered a personal pan pizza, which was just ok and the brownie and cinnamon sticks were fine. The cheese breadsticks were terrible. There was almost no cheese and what was on them was burnt. There wasn't any seasoning on them and it's basically burnt cheese on soft dough. We also got a side of fries for $2.50 and there was almost nothing in the box. Won't be returning to this location which used to be good but they need to step it up. read more

Ok let's start this off by saying I feel bad for this younger generation. I arrived with my family for dinner and we were the only table in the place. It took over 20 mins to just get our drink order taken the whole time these kids were laughing and joking in the back we could hear them. Now I'm going to pull this card and I know it will hurt a lot of peoples butts but the truth is the truth. We are white and this place is full of black employees. And I'll tell you what you could tell we weren't a priority for them. The service was terrible at one point out food order taker can't call her a waitress that would be demeaning to all the real waitresses hadn't been around for a bit and we needed napkins. So I had to get up and get the napkins myself. Waited forever to get refills I almost went and got those myself also. Now at one point towards the end of our meal a black family walked in boy did the service change never seen our waitress as much as this other table imagine that. Now when we wanted our bill you would think that this wouldn't be a a problem right ? Wrong!! Took forever to get her attention to get the bill once I got the bill I walked up to the register to pay I told my wife to take the kids out to the car. I stood there and stood there. At one point a male employee looked out the door through the window and made eye contact with me proceeded to turn around and continue to hoot and holler and joke leaving me stand there like I don't need help. So I left the payment and the bill tray on the register and left. I left no tip and will not return will not order from this place. The only reason we cam to this place was one of my daughters won a free personal pan pizza from her school for doing well on something and she was so excited to go and get her pizza so I paid for another 4 meals and it would have been a great tip for a person serving us if they could see past us being white. It's a shame to say this but it's what happened here and it's disgusting. read more

Pizza was ok. Basic Pizza Hut pizza. Not spectacular, not awful. Dined in. Placed order and paid at the counter then sat at a table. There was one other family there. The place was a mess. Instead of chit chatting in the back, it would have definitely been a good time to make sure everything was clean. All Huts are not the same. I came here at exactly noon. There was about 4 tables full of people. The cheese on top of the pizza was hard from sitting around so long. The peperoni was curling like an old shoe. I waited for the new stuff. But that took about 10 minutes. By that time 20 more people came through the door. I ordered my pizza online at 3 and they said it would take 50 minutes. A little over an hour passes so i call and they said it should be here anytime it was sent out 20 minutes ago. Then she didn't even show up until 430. That means she was driving for 50 minutes with the pizza and when i got it it was cold. I noticed it immediately and ran outside to catch her before she left. She saw me yelling for her to stop and kept driving. Now i have to wait god knows how long for the new pizza to get here. I never seen such bad service. read more

Great people and drivers! The food is pretty good like all Pizza Hut joints, but the dine-in area is gross. Always has dirty tables and floors. Seems like the only time they clean is when people come in to dine. Clean it up so families have a reason to want to dine-in here. read more

This pizza Hut is awful. I always order delivery, and they are always later than the quoted time. Not to mention, about 1/2 the time they forget part of my order. Then to top it off, 95% of the time the food is just awful. The few times I've ordered have been few and far in between, but being in the restaurant business myself I believed in giving them another chance-but always to my disappointment.
