Service and food were exceptional. The store was clean, staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Always service with a smile.

I delivered my own pizza. This is the worst place if you expect good service. The order was placed on the app. If you don't mind waiting for two plus hours for your order this place is amazing. I stay four minutes away. It's my fault for expecting them to be professional. The pizza was below average at best. Guess I should have just went to Little Caesars down the street. read more

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! On multiple occasions, i've had bad experiences! Forgive me for trying to give them a second, third and forth chance. The staff are always rude and giving unreal excuses as to why my order is not ready! They give you a 25 minute wait time, you give them 35 minutes only to arrive to wait even longer. I've had to cancel my order many times. This is the last straw! Please close the doors on this Horn Lake location! Hate i couldn't post my review without pressing a star! Always something with this place I had to wait for over an hour to get my food and it was not made right for the 2nd time . Seriously made a hand tossed instead of the pan I ordered and burnt the cookie pizza and gave me an old pizza that they let sit out the hole time the other 2 were supposed to be cooking. I ordered a pizza Friday night and even though the estimated delivery time was out of this world it didn't actually take very long! The delivery guy was very nice and professional and my pizza was hot enough when it arrived. My only complaint is that I ordered black olives and those were not on my pizza and the pepperoni was lacking greatly in its serving but boy they piled it up with mushrooms! In reality I feel like I received a 1 and a half topping pizza instead of a 3 topping pizza! read more

I had a interview at the Horn Lake location and after seeing 2 different people, writing down my info/shirt size and discussing the training for the next 7 days, they say I'd get a call soon. I wait a few days, call, someone says it's busy and they'll call me. Few more days pass, plenty for a background check, I call again during a different time to avoid rush hour. Manager that i discussed all the above with, answered the phone and I asked for a update and she said her boss put a "hold" on hiring. Why even have the conversations and interviews, then tell me that? I put REALLY GOOD jobs on the line for this cause we were connecting. But I see who you really are Ms. Sham. Your two-faced. Ruining lives, as well as your own. It's all in the voice. I'm glad know, that I wasn't hired. i've come to this place 2-3 times for pick up and it's never ready. i get a text or email saying my shxt ready, i wait 10-15 after that email or because of the past times, i get in my truck to head that way. If I could give a -1 I would. Waited 2 hours for our puzza. Called the store...sat on hold for 10 minutes...3 times because I called back after waiting for so long. The lady said "doordash probably has your order"....then when doordash finally arrived she said they lost my order and had to remake it....I will never order from pizza hut ever again. read more

I called to place an order for take out. I asked for cheese sticks with pepperoni. She said they can't put pepperoni on cheese sticks. I said sure you can. Put some on it and charge me for the topping. She said that's not how it works. So I showed her how it works and told her I'd go somewhere else. Of course it's not that they can't do it. They just don't want to. It's not too outlandish of an idea to ask for pepperoni at a pizza place. It's not like I asked for yellowtail tuna on my cheese sticks. They won't accommodate the customer. If you're ever in Horn Lake, Mississippi never order a pizza from Pizza Hut located at 3980 GOODMAN RD HORN LAKE, MS 38637 (662) 393-6645 1st problem we ordered are 6:15 and the delivery was supposed to be here by 6:55pm so we call then they say we must have ordered from a different store and hung up I call back ask for the manager was put on hold 3 consecutive times and a young lady comes back to the phone saying my bad my manager making pizza now what's your question and I said never mind tell her I will talk to her when I get there. The manager name is Anna when I got there she couldn't look up at me mind you it's 8:00 now and she made 100 excuses then said the ticket was voided because they tried to deliver at 7:30 which never happened because I was home. Then she goes on saying I can make your order now I mean remake it.. I told her I didn't want anything from there and would never patronize the establishment again as well as I will be posting on social media and leaving reviews and call corporate. This Pizza Huts customer service is failing and causing this Pizza Hut to crash quickly. We called to place a to go order. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. When asking about a special WE KNOW they use to have, she sighed and seemed irritated with me. She suggested it was more than likely Dominos( I never call them, but the way she handled me, I may as well bring my service TO them). Anyways, I asked how much a medium two topping pizza would be. She decided ringing it up would be better. So, we ordered two two topping medium pizzas on hand tossed crust. I asked for a 'specialty pizza' then. I started the ingredient with pineapple. She again, sighed loudly and said, "that's NOT a specialty pizza. That's a create your own". The attitude was pretty thick with her statement. This place is so inconsistent!!!! One time my pizza is great and the next it's horrible. I got a 50/50 chance of me eating good or the dog eating good. This past Thursday it was the dogs turn. My crust was gummy my pizza was cold and the topping were slim. I was told my pizza would be ready in 25 minutes I was up there in 15 so it would have really been cold if I had waited even longer. It's pitiful when you have to go home and put your pizza in the microwave just to warm it up. One piece was all I could muster the rest had to go. read more
