We probably should have looked at the reviews before coming here. But this Pizza Hut is with a KFC. We had to wait to be seated and it took way longer than it should have. We were acknowledged by the server but it still took time for them to seat us in a space that had 90% of the tables available. Finally after being seated, the server came and took our orders. About ten minutes later, another server came back to our table saying that he couldn't read the writing of the other server. So we had to go back over everything, and guess what? They still got it wrong. We were still missing two personal pan pizzas when our orders came out. My mom didn't get her cheese pizza until we had all finished ours. I'd probably suggest avoiding this restaurant if you can. read more

This place is literally horrible. The workers are the worst and laziest I've ever seen I seriously cannot believe this place is still open. There are NEVER any customers here. How can they afford to pay the workers to stand around and stare. Something seems fishy. Maybe this is money laundering. These people are clearly doing something else here becuz all of the help act like they have better things to do than to take orders or wait on people.... and how are there soooooo many bad reviews yet nothing has changed in the past 5 years. Horrible location. Pizza is usually cold, poorly prepared and the staff is surly and unfriendly. There are LOTS of pizza options in this college town. You are better served going to ANY place but this filthy dump. read more

PIZZA HUT! It's almost like a house but it's a hut instead! Hut is defined as a small, simple, single-storey house or shelter. So does that mean that pizza hut is basically a small house made out of pizza? Crazy! Their pizza sucks though so i would not suggest filling your body with this toxin. read more

Previously I gave this place a decent review but recently we had a horrible experience I will share. We went on a weekend and hardly anyone was there eating at that time. Did not think it would translate into a terrible food experience. So we did the buffet as usual and noticed the Pizza was old like it has been out under the lights for hours. Then went to get some chicken and same thing it was disgusting. Remember this is a KFC and Pizza Hut combined. The food also tasted old and gross so we just gave up and left. Apparently if they are slow like that and not enough people in the place to make them bring out new food they just let it sit there and try and get you to eat gross food. Well they will not see me back again, that just turned me off of eating in at KFC/Pizza Hut Buffets. read more

Would give 0 stars if possible. Lg pizza with xtra cheese was NOT xtra cheese. Tasteless. Haven't ordered from Pizza Hut for a while and will not be doing it again soon. Very disappointing. Service was borderline at best. Staff seemed more focused on other things than mu pickup. read more

Horrible food! I got motzarilla sticks and the marina sauce was not edible. I spit it out once it touched my tongue!!! My friend asked for the house dressing and it was very vinegary!! The food was over all gross I used to love going there but it is gross now. I will never go there again read more

Ate there this evening and had the Buffett. It was terrible, food had no taste and it was empty most of the time. A worker was putting bread sticks in the pan and said to someone he hated when the. Bread sticks fell into the gravy. Well one did and he didn't even clean it up. My granddaughter had to use the restroom and I have seen better outhouses. There was black grit (looked like mold). All around the baseboard. It was gross. Second granddaughter had to go and I would have rather her go in her pants then go back in there. Luckily she didn't mention it again so I didn't have to face that again. read more

ewwww don't go here for chicken. It's a combo Pizza hut and KFC, so I went to order an 8 piece extry crispy bucket, a salad, and a pop. What I got was a bucket of soggy part crispy, part orig recipie (no, they didn't say anything). Had to just about do jumping jacks to get the attention of one of the 8-10 people just standing around ... none of them making eye contact with any customers... guess they would have work if they did. got attitude trying to get the rest of my order, and when I got home found out the chicken looked like it had been sitting in a steamer for hours... pretty disgusting, and the wrong dressing on the salad. Hopefully their pizza is better, but I honestly don't know how the employes can make it to work in the morning. At least the rest room was clean... next time Sheetz or a chinese buffet I guess... read more

Very disappointed with my last pizza from this location. I called it in and picked up. The pizza was not even the slightest warm and half of the pizza had very little cheese on it. The pepperoni was normal in amount, but it almost looked like the pizza had previously been reheated. read more
