Horrible sanitary conditions Mens bathroom is disgusting, toilet paper with poop on it is piling in the trash can and the hand blower blows into the trash can. the toilet was broke and would not flush, no soap, and the sink sprays through one tiny hole. Horrible and disgusting. read more

Placed an order for carry out tonight by phone (550pm) and was told my order would be 15-20 min. I arrived and was then told it would be 2+ HOURS because there was a large wedding order for 175 pizzas before me. Super annoyed (is an understatement) that that wasn't made known to me when placing my order and wasting my time. The girl at the front counter was complaining about her "manager who doesn't do anything but yell at everyone when she herself doesn't know what she's doing and how they've got someone with a hurt arm on shift who isn't pulling their weight." read more

Staff continued folding pizza boxes rather than acknowledging customers. We had to approach them to ask questions about the menu, and staff answered in a very condescending and arrogant tone. Other staff just avoided customers, never making eye contact or smiling. We left without order anything. read more

My car broke down on the middle of the road, and we pulled into Pizza Hut out of all places. My sister had her dog and they were nice enough to let us sit until we got our stuff organized. When I tell you this place and the people here were nice that is an understatement. They even gave us drinks which was wayyy to nice but appreciated. This has got to be the worst Pizza Hut on Earth!!!! The service here is complete crap! We have gotten take out here once, and ate in the restaurant four times, and walked out once. The only reason why us poor suckers keep going back is because it's the only pizza place in town and for the love all good pizza it's supposed to be a PIZZA HUT, THE BEST EVER....yeah not this one. So I'm going to tell you about a couple different occasions we've been to this location. We went in for dinner one night and the place was packed, but the four available tables were all dirty covered in dishes, and two waitresses came by and told us to have a seat anywhere we like....... Behind the buffet that night there was a waitress eating pizza off the back of the buffet and licking her fingers, then someone asked for more ranch on the buffet and she walked out there and filled it, never did she wash her hands, EWWWW, the returned to her plate and kept eating off of the buffet. The waitress took our card from us at the table to pay for our bill, and she brought it back with a pen then stood there waiting and watching me signing the ticket and adding a tip.... Another time we went in and finished our meal and while trying to get our three kids out the door me or the better half left the pizza left overs on the table, it was a complete large pizza untouched, we were in the parking lot about three minutes before we realized that one of us had left it on the table, the better half turned around and went in to pick it up and the waitress has bused the table and threw it out. We were gone literally three minutes........... It took us ten minutes to get a refill but she was able to clean our table in that short amount of time. There was no apology nothing. We've been to places before that we've left our take home on the table and the staff runs out after us and hands it to us, not this place. Another time we went in during a $5 dollar anniversary special and ordered our pizza and we were informed we could only get the special price on take out. So we said okay we'll take the order to go, and ordered two of the pizza's on special. She informed us that you could only have one pizza at the special price, and all others were about $12. We walked out that day. I got online and discovered that there wasn't a limit as to how many pizzas you could order at that price. One person said on the FB page that they ordered $15 at the special anniversary price for a party.. 15! We couldn't get two...... Another time we started to eat our pizza and it tasted like it had nail polish remover on top of it. There was something funky about it, it was inedible. And there was no compensation for this either. We have also been informed that in the entire restaurant there is only 4 yes I said four pizza pie servers, you know with the black plastic handle to lift your pizza out of the hot pan. Four of them for the entire location, instead of one for every table, they also told us they have no forks or knives..... What??? When we would call in our order and eat it there they would bring us paper plates and cups instead of real plates and cups and wouldn't come back and offer refills, like because we called our pizza in ahead of time means we don't get a waitress..... The pizza is terrible, the service is worse, and the best part is if you call the location you can not speak to anyone at the location. The phone call goes directly to a call center in San Antonio. WHAT? Pizza Hut has a call center? Yup this one does..... Weird, never ever had a call center answer the phone for Pizza Hut, when you call one of our locations back home you get the people who actually work there. So what I know is the people I've called in to complain about for pretty serious stuff still work there and still do the same crap they were doing before I called, like standing behind the buffet eating off the back side, licking her fingers, then returning to work. The place is classic Pizza Hut construction and so, a little run down as far as Pizza Hut's go but like the saying goes, any pizza is good pizza. This is especially true in rural Texas where there aren't so many mom-and-pop pizza places. The location is convenient and there's decent parking. read more

One thing I got to say about this place is that it improved a lot and I mean a lot. They have redone the whole place. Outside and inside and they fixed the restrooms. Because before they were nasty so nasty I didn't want to even use the restroom. But now I can actually use the restroom. But a few days ago I got a salad from the salad bar. Maybe the worst service I've ever experienced, anywhere. Walked in and there's a sign that says Please Wait to Be Seated. So we do as do a few others. Eventually the server walks by and tells us we can seat ourselves. We get our drinks and place our order--two pasta dishes and one personal size pizza. Ten minutes later our server brings the check. Okay, that's unusual, but not alarming. And we wait for our food. 45 minutes later, we finally get 2 of the 3 items we ordered. There was a mistake on the third so that takes another 10 minutes. We've been here close to an hour and I'm only just starting to eat. Then it's time to go pay the check. Theres a small line at the counter--two people ahead of us. But the guy at the register is also apparently the only one who can take pizzas out of the oven, slice them, and box them for takeout. And that's all he's doing. Twenty minutes later we finally are able to pay and leave. I'll never stop there again or any other Pizza Hut location since the brand has been ruined for me. The food was so-so. read more

Typical Pizza Hut pizza; prefab, assembly-line style. The pizza was OK, the salad bar bar featured irregularly chopped green pepper that had much core and seeds still inside. One of the dressing containers was empty, and the whole bar could use attention. The iced tea they served was extremely weak, it barely had any color at all. The service here was probably the worst I have ever experienced at a Pizza Hut. The guy that waited on me came by, dropped a menu in front of me, and immediately asked "Do you know what you want?". When I said I would like to look at the menu he got a pained look on his face and asked, "Well, then do you know what you want to drink?". I ordered tea, he went and got it in about thirty seconds, then asked, "Do you know what you want NOW?". My guess is he won't be waiting tables much longer, at least I hope not. As I was leaving I think I figured out why he was so impatient. The entire waitstaff was behind the counter, alternating between eating pizza(with their hands, no less) and waiting tables. We stopped here on out way back from San Antonio and regret it completely. We ordered a stuffed crust supreme pizza and order on bone in buffalo wings. For starters, the pizza was extremely soggy. The crust was so thin and we couldn't even hold it up to eat it and had to put on plate to eat with a fork and the veggies on pizza were burnt as well. I couldn't even make myself finish the first slice so I decided to try the wings. They were dry on the inside and burnt on the outside and the sauce was disgusting! To even call this place a restaurant is laughable. Dirty, Grimy, Disgusting, and Foul are just a few words I'd use to describe it. It's obvious that the employees couldn't care less about their patrons. I placed my order to go, and got there to pick it up at the time I was told. It wasn't ready. In fact, they told me it would be another hour and a half. Everyone was waiting for their food, even the buffet customers. There was no sense of urgency from the staff to get pizzas to the customers. I have been staying in the area a lot for work lately. All I can say about this Pizza Hut is.....just like any other Pizza Hut only dirty and they don't deliver.....yep you read right....they don't deliver. This place deserves less then one star!!! First off I have been trying to get in touch with the manager to let them know I got food poisoning after eating their salad!! Right now there is a huge salmonella outbreak caused from cucumbers!! I have called 3 times to a call service center because you can't reach directly the manager was supposed to call back within 30 minutes and its been 12 hrs now!!! The last time I called I was on hold for 42 minutes with no answer from any manager who I was being transferred to! This is serious it puts the public in Danger so if this gets to anyone in the area stay away from this place people have died from this and Pizza Hut could care less!!! read more
