Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered online. I ordered a 2 liter of Pepsi. When it was delivered there was no Pepsi. I wasn't the only one eating. So I had to go to the store and get Pepsi for everyone. So my pizza was Luke warm. The manager, said they would refund the pepsi, I wasn't happy with that. So they hung up on me and didn't refund anything. On top of that I called back twice and they transferred me to line that is disconnected 2 time. Pizza was typical Pizza Hut- awesome. Unfortunately- the customer service leadership at this store showed to be extremely poor. I ordered curbside, called when I arrived as instructed parked close enough to front door to hear their phone ring inside. I sat on hold for nearly 10min while they had no more than 1 customer in lobby and anywhere from 3-4 employees "smokin N Joking" inside. I entered store- voiced that I'm the one on hold while their phone continuously rings- "yes sir- the front counter person be right here". I asked "so only one of you is qualified to answer the phone??" Not 3 sec later- out comes what appeared to be the shift manager based on how he was dressed - while he played with the cash register as one of the "jokers" got my pizza out of the warmer. A phone ringing is the same as a customer at the counter!! Hate to give 1star- but IMHO customer service comes first! read more

Friendly staff. Wish they could be a little more efficient. I had to ask for napkins & a bag (which i didnt get), no offering of other condiments either. If the manager wouldve let the cashier push out the orders & cease all the tom foolery, things wouldve been better. It would've been nice of they would process orders as they come. I received my order after people that ordered & came in after me. What happened to 1st in 1st out... It's not rocket science, it's just pizza & a personal pan pizza on top that. I waited 45 minutes past the estimated delivery time, and my pizza arrived to me cold. It took me 30 minutes to get on the phone with someone at the store, and they informed me they could remake the pizza but it would take another 45-55 minutes to get to me. And if I wanted a refund I would have to return the product. This place is a scam. I much prefer their pizza to Dominos but I guess Im going back, because this place cant get its act together. It hurts my heart to write this because Pizza Hut used to be my absolute favorite pizza spot. The quality has gone down so much in the past years. They add water to the marinara sauce to stretch the product, and it's very noticeable. They use the same dough for everything, so there's a weird similar aftertaste to everything. The cheese sticks barely have any cheese whatsoever, and they're hard and dry. Every few months I order something with the hopes that the quality would have drastically improved, but I've been disappointed too many times. This location will never get my money again. read more

It all started with the most awkward phone call ever. I wanted a delivery pizza ordered and he didn't even ask for my address or my method of payment. Then when he did I had to repay myself over and over again. Then in the middle of my order he tells me to hold up and stars hollering what's up at someone. Totally grossed out! After eating a portion of my pizza I found an insect leg embedded and cooked into the cheese on my pizza. Also found several insect leg fragments in the pizza box, underneath the pizza itself. Very disgusted right now and would caution that apparently this location has some serious sanitation issues!
